The essence of the invention has rich fragrance, the compatibility of the formula is high, the fragrance of each component is fully reserved through a specific solvent, and the essence is especially suitable for enhancing the fragrance of cigarettes, and can mask bad miscellaneous flavor and enhance eating.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of essence and spice, and particularly relates to an essence for enhancing cigarette aroma, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The traditional tobacco products are applied to a large number of cases of low purity, insufficient fragrance and insufficient alcohol and are easy to leave dry and astringent taste feeling for consumers and have unpleasant residual taste, so that the flavoring of cigarettes is one of important links in the production of cigarettes, and the cigarettes are endowed with certain fragrance style through essence, meanwhile, the adverse effects of reducing irritation, residue and the like are achieved, and the quality of the cigarettes is improved. The essence for cigarettes is prepared from a plurality of monomers or synthetic perfume raw materials, has a certain perfume type, can be directly or indirectly used for perfuming mixture of cigarettes, and can endow different styles to cigarette smoke, for example, the concentration of the smoke can be increased, the smoke effect can be improved, the smoke quality can be improved, and the richness of the smoke can be effectively improved. At present, in the application of cigarette flavoring, the natural extract with the aroma style is widely applied to the cigarette flavoring. However, the quality of the essence prepared from the natural extract is greatly fluctuated due to the interference of a plurality of factors, such as the restrictions and influences of raw material varieties, planting conditions, environmental factors and the like, and the fluctuation of the quality can greatly influence the end product. The tobacco essence prepared by the synthetic perfume has the advantages of low cost, safety, large yield and the like, along with the rapid increase of market demands, the natural perfume source is limited, the synthetic perfume is continuously enlarged under the condition that the market demands cannot be fully met, more importantly, the synthetic perfume product is multiple in structure and various in variety, the requirement of differentiated blending of the perfume product is better met, for example, chinese patent CN115505458A discloses a tobacco nut perfume, the perfume comprises methyl pyrazine compounds, dimethyl pyrazine compounds, trimethyl pyrazine compounds and tetramethyl pyrazine compounds, the pyrazine compounds are taken as main perfume sources, raw materials are simple and easy to obtain, the cost is low, the perfume feeling of tobacco smoke can be obviously improved, but the tobacco perfume has poorer irritation reducing effect on the smoke, the perfume is single, the synergistic effect of other additive components is difficult to determine, and the application has great limitation. Chinese patent CN115322832A discloses a cool flavor, tobacco sheets and non-combustible cigarettes, the patent technology adopts a synergistic effect which accords with a sweetener and has a certain effect on mint flavor, the edible cool flavor is well coordinated with smoke, the miscellaneous gas of tobacco shreds can be well covered, the bitter taste and taste of the mint flavor are greatly reduced by the flavor formula, the smoking experience is improved, the flavor of the flavor formula is single, the cool flavor is mainly generated, the richness of the flavor of the smoke is insufficient, and the mint flavor easily covers other flavors, so that the compatibility of the flavor formula and other flavor components is difficult to coordinate, the rich cigarette flavor cannot be achieved, and the irritation of the smoke can be reduced.
Therefore, aiming at the defects of the prior art, the tobacco essence with rich layers is developed, and simultaneously, the tobacco essence can have good coordination effect with smoke, obviously improve the irritation of the smoke, keep the fragrance lasting, and has a certain significance to the field of cigarettes.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the essence for enhancing the fragrance of cigarettes, and the preparation method and application thereof.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a flavour enhancement for cigarettes, the flavour composition for cigarettes comprising 2-ethylpyrazine, 2,3, 5-trimethylpyrazine, 2-methyl-3- (methylthio) pyrazine, 2-ethoxy-3-methylpyrazine, cis-3-hexenal, cis-6-nonenal, acetaldehyde diethyl acetal, cyclopentadecanolide, menthyl lactate, anisyl aldehyde, clove oil, isobutyric acid, dodecanoic acid, phenethyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol, linalool, ethyl isovalerate, ethyl acetate and a solvent;
the solvent is a mixture of ethanol, propylene glycol and glycerol.
Further, the essence for cigarettes comprises, by mass, 0.1-0.6 part of 2-ethylpyrazine, 0.4-1 part of 2,3, 5-trimethylpyrazine, 0.1-2 parts of 2-methyl-3- (methylthio) pyrazine, 0.1-1 part of 2-ethoxy-3-methylpyrazine, 0.1-2 parts of cis-3-hexenal, 0.1-3 parts of cis-6-nonenal, 0.1-1 part of acetaldehyde diethyl acetal, 0.2-2 parts of cyclopentadecanolide, 0.5-5 parts of menthyl lactate, 0.1-2 parts of anisic aldehyde, 0.5-2 parts of clove oil, 0.2-2 parts of isobutyric acid, 0.1-1 part of dodecanoic acid, 0.1-0.8 part of phenethyl alcohol, 0.5-2 parts of isoamyl alcohol, 0.5-5 parts of linalool, 0.1-2 parts of ethyl isovalerate, 0.1-1 part of ethyl acetate and 15-85 parts of solvent.
Further, the mass ratio of the ethanol to the propylene glycol to the glycerol is (6-12): 2-6): 1-3.
Further, the mass addition amount of the essence for the cigarettes is 0.01-2% of the mass of the tobacco shreds.
Further, the flavour comprises a solid, liquid or semi-solid form.
In a second aspect, the invention also provides a preparation method of the essence for enhancing the aroma of cigarettes, which comprises the following steps:
s1, premix A
Weighing 2-ethylpyrazine, 2,3, 5-trimethylpyrazine, 2-methyl-3- (methylthio) pyrazine, 2-ethoxy-3-methylpyrazine, acetaldehyde diethyl acetal and isoamyl alcohol, and mixing with 1/3 parts by mass of solvent, and stirring until a uniform solution is formed;
