The implementation principle of the laser cutting equipment provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: when cutting the workpiece 12, a technician places the workpiece 12 on the supporting plate 25, and drives the abutting plate 22 to rotate through the rotating motor 54, so that the abutting plate 22 abuts against the workpiece 12, the supporting plate 25 and the abutting plate 22 clamp and fix the workpiece 12, and meanwhile, the lifting cylinder 26 controls the abutting rod 21 to lift and adjust the rotating angle of the workpiece 12, so that the workpiece 12 is convenient to cut at different angles; during laser cutting, the water pump pumps water in the water tank 35 into the circulation groove 24 through the water inlet pipe 33, so that the abutting plate 22 cools the clamping part of the workpiece 12, and deformation of the workpiece 12 due to high temperature is reduced.

Claims (4)

1. Laser cutting equipment, including workstation (1) and locate laser head (11) on workstation (1), its characterized in that: the workbench (1) is provided with a clamping assembly (2) for clamping the workpiece (12);
the clamping assembly (2) comprises a supporting rod (21) arranged on the workbench (1), a supporting plate (22) arranged on the supporting rod (21), a supporting rod (23) arranged on the workbench (1) and a power piece for lifting and driving the supporting rod (21), wherein the supporting rod (22) is movably abutted against one side, far away from the workbench (1), of the workpiece (12), the supporting rod (23) is abutted against one side, close to the workbench (1), of the workpiece (12), and the supporting rod (21) and the supporting rod (23) are distributed at intervals along the width direction of the workbench (1);
the abutting plate (22) is rotatably arranged on the abutting rod (21), the clamping assembly (2) further comprises an angle control mechanism which is arranged on the abutting plate (22) and used for driving and controlling the rotation angle of the abutting plate (22), and the abutting plate (22) is close to the whole side wall of the workbench (1) and abuts against the side wall, far away from the workbench (1), of the workpiece (12);
the angle control mechanism comprises a rotating motor (54) fixed on the abutting rod (21), a driven gear (52) fixed on the rotating axis of the abutting plate (22) and a driving gear (51) fixed on the rotating shaft of the rotating motor (54), a transmission chain is in transmission connection with the driving gear (51) and the driven gear (52), and the radius of the driving gear (51) is far smaller than that of the driven gear (52);
the angle control mechanism further comprises a measuring ring (55) fixed on the abutting rod (21), scales are arranged on the inner peripheral side of the measuring ring (55), the measuring ring (55) is located at the rotating shaft of the abutting plate (22) and fixedly connected with a pointer (57) at the rotating shaft of the abutting plate (22), a signal receiver (56) is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the measuring ring (55), a signal emitter (58) is arranged on the pointer (57), the signal emitter (58) is electrically connected with the signal receiver (56), and the signal receiver (56) is electrically connected with the rotating motor (54);
a circulation groove (24) is formed in the abutting plate (22), and a circulation assembly (3) for supplying water into the circulation groove (24) is further arranged on the abutting plate (22);
the water inlet (31) and the water outlet (32) are respectively formed in the end side of the abutting plate (22), the water inlet (31) is communicated with one end of the circulation groove (24), the water outlet (32) is communicated with the other end of the circulation groove (24), the circulation assembly (3) comprises a water inlet pipe (33) which is arranged to be communicated with the water inlet (31), a water outlet pipe (34) which is communicated with the water outlet (32), a water tank (35) which is arranged on the workbench (1) and a circulation piece which enables water to circulate in the water inlet pipe (33) and the water outlet pipe (34), and the water inlet pipe (33) and the water outlet pipe (34) are all communicated with the water tank (35);
the supporting rod (21) is further provided with a supporting plate (4) used for limiting the rotation angle of the supporting plate (22), and one side, far away from the supporting plate (22), of the supporting plate (4) is movably attached to the workpiece (12).
2. A laser cutting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the water inlet pipe (33) is positioned in one accommodating groove (41), and the water outlet pipe (34) is positioned in the other accommodating groove (41).
3. A laser cutting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the accommodating groove (41) is provided with a protective cover (42), and the protective cover (42) and the accommodating groove (41) are surrounded to form a cavity for the water inlet pipe (33)/the water outlet pipe (34) to penetrate.
4. A laser cutting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the top of bracing piece (23) rotates and is connected with backup pad (25), the axis of rotation of backup pad (25) with the axis of rotation of butt board (22) is unanimous, just one side that backup pad (25) kept away from bracing piece (23) with the laminating of the bottom side activity of work piece (12).
