Abstract
The invention discloses a high-voltage equipment cabinet with a fireproof expansion filling structure, which comprises an equipment cabinet, a drawing component and a buckle cover; the equipment cabinet is provided with a flame-retardant groove and a cable perforation; the flame-retardant groove is communicated with the cable perforation; the drawing component is detachably connected with the flame-retardant groove; the buckle cover is detachably connected to the notch of the flame-retardant groove and covers the drawing assembly; the cable in the equipment cabinet penetrates through the intumescent flame retardant and extends out of the equipment cabinet along the cable perforation. The invention can prevent the expansion of fire when the fire occurs inside or outside the equipment cabinet, and has the functions of dust prevention, water prevention and insect prevention, the plugging material can be rapidly dismantled, and the use convenience is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power equipment, in particular to a high-voltage equipment cabinet with a fireproof expansion filling structure.
Background
The fireproof plugging material is mainly used for plugging holes of wires and cables, and the bottom gaps of the electrical equipment cabinets are sealed so as to prevent the wires and cables from fire and spreading from the holes to the facing rooms and the facing ditches, thereby reducing fire loss.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a high voltage equipment cabinet having a fire resistant intumescent filling structure, comprising:
the equipment cabinet 1, wherein the equipment cabinet 1 is provided with a flame-retardant groove 2 and a cable perforation 11; the flame-retardant groove 2 is communicated with the cable perforation 11;
the drawing component is detachably connected with the flame-retardant groove 2;
the buckle cover 8 is detachably connected to the notch of the flame-retardant groove 2 and covers the drawing component;
wherein, the drawing component is filled with an intumescent flame retardant, and a cable in the equipment cabinet 1 penetrates through the intumescent flame retardant and extends out of the equipment cabinet 1 from the cable perforation 11;
when a fire occurs inside or outside the equipment cabinet 1, the fire spreads along the cable and burns to the flame-retardant groove 2, the expansion type flame retardant blocks the expansion of the fire, and simultaneously, the expansion type flame retardant also seals the perforation of the cable and achieves the purposes of dust prevention, water prevention and insect prevention;
when the expansion type flame retardant is replaced, the drawing component and the flame retardant groove 2 can be detached and separated, so that the drawing component and the expansion type flame retardant filled in the drawing component are drawn out as a whole, the residue of the expansion type flame retardant in the flame retardant groove 2 is reduced, the plugging material is quickly removed, and the use convenience is improved.

the drawing component comprises a frame body (3) and a through hole (4); the frame body (3) is arranged along the flame-retardant groove (2) in a sliding connection manner; one end of the frame body (3) far away from the equipment cabinet (1) is opened; the through hole (4) is formed in the side wall of the frame body (3); and the through-hole (4) is arranged opposite to the cable perforation (11); the frame body (3) is detachably connected with the flame-retardant groove (2); the frame body (3) is filled with the intumescent flame retardant.
