In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the embodiment of the application provides a conference sign-in method, a conference sign-in device, conference sign-in equipment and a readable storage medium. The conference sign-in method provided by the embodiment of the application is first described below.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a conference sign-in method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the conference sign-in method may include the steps of:
step 101, acquiring a meeting place meeting list of a target meeting and a terminal meeting list of the target meeting, wherein the meeting place meeting list comprises corresponding relations between a plurality of participant identities and preset face images, and the terminal meeting list comprises corresponding relations between a plurality of participant identities and preset terminal identifiers.
In step 101, for a target conference, a part of participants may participate in a conference site, where the conference site may include a main conference site where a conference presenter is located, and may also include a sub conference site where a remote video conference hard terminal is deployed, which is not particularly limited herein. And part of participants can participate in the remote conference application cloud on the personal terminal. Different participant lists can be obtained for different participant modes.
For example, a meeting place meeting list of the target meeting can be obtained, and for the participants in the meeting place meeting list, automatic sign-in can be performed by adopting a face recognition mode. Based on this, the conference site reference list may include correspondence between a plurality of participant identities and a preset face image. For example, participant a corresponds to image a, participant B corresponds to image B, participant C corresponds to image C, and so on.
The terminal meeting list of the target meeting can be obtained, and for the participants in the terminal meeting list, automatic sign-in can be performed by adopting a terminal identification and recognition mode. Based on this, the terminal reference list may include correspondence between a plurality of participant identities and preset terminal identities. For example, participant D corresponds to identifier D, participant E corresponds to identifier E, participant F corresponds to identifier F, and so on.
In some examples, the participants in the conference site participant list and the terminal participant list may be referred to as individuals or institutions. In the case where the participant is a person, one participant may correspond to one face image or terminal identification of the user. In the case that the participant is an organization, one participant may correspond to a face image or a terminal identifier of the organization to which the participant belongs, for example, a participant of the organization is pre-designated, and the organization may correspond to a personal image or a terminal identifier of the participant; one participant may also correspond to a plurality of face images or terminal identifications of the institution to which the institution belongs, e.g., the institution does not designate a participating representative, may correspond to personal images or terminal identifications of a plurality of employees in the institution, in other words, any employee may sign in on behalf of the institution.
Step 102, a first face image is acquired.
In step 102, a face recognition device may be installed at the entrance of the venue or inside the venue, through which a first face image of a person entering the venue is acquired.
Step 103, recording the identity of the participant corresponding to the first face image and generating a first sign-in table under the condition that the first face image is matched with the preset face image in the meeting place participant list.
In step 103, the first face image may be matched with a preset face image in the meeting place participant list, and if the matching is successful, the participant identity corresponding to the first face image may be recorded, and a first sign-in table may be generated. For example, if the first face image matches image a successfully, participant a may be recorded in the first check-in table to indicate that participant a completed the conference check-in.
In some examples, the information such as the place of check-in, the time of check-in, and the like may be recorded while the identity of the participant corresponding to the first face image is recorded. In other examples, the category label corresponding to the participant identity may be recorded as well as the participant identity corresponding to the first face image, whether it is "personal" or "institution". In this way, statistics of the subsequent meeting check-in data are facilitated.
Step 104, obtaining the terminal identification of the access target meeting.
In step 104, the terminal identification of the terminal may be obtained by a person engaged in the personal terminal when the terminal accesses the target conference.
Step 105, recording the participant identity corresponding to the terminal identifier and generating a second sign-in table under the condition that the terminal identifier is matched with the preset terminal identifier in the terminal participant list.
In step 105, the terminal identifier may be matched with a preset terminal identifier in the terminal participant list, and if the matching is successful, the participant identity corresponding to the terminal identifier may be recorded, and a second sign-in table may be generated. For example, if the terminal identification matches the identification D successfully, participant D may be recorded in a second check-in table to indicate that participant D completed the conference check-in.
In some examples, the terminal identifier may be recorded as well as the corresponding participant identity, and information such as check-in time may also be recorded. In other examples, the category label corresponding to the participant identity may be recorded as well as the corresponding participant identity of the terminal identifier, whether it is "personal" or "institution". In this way, statistics of the subsequent meeting check-in data are facilitated.
In the embodiment of the application, the conference sign-in method can acquire a conference place parameter list of the target conference and a terminal parameter list of the target conference, wherein the conference place parameter list comprises the corresponding relation between a plurality of participant identities and preset face images, and the terminal parameter list comprises the corresponding relation between a plurality of participant identities and preset terminal identifiers; collecting a first face image; under the condition that the first face image is matched with a preset face image in a meeting place participant list, recording the participant identity corresponding to the first face image, and generating a first sign-in table; acquiring a terminal identifier of an access target conference; and under the condition that the terminal identification is matched with a preset terminal identification in the terminal participant list, recording the participant identity corresponding to the terminal identification, and generating a second sign-in table.
Like this, to the personnel of meeting in the meeting place under the line of same goal meeting, can sign in through the mode of face identification, and the personnel of meeting of high in the clouds meeting on line, then can sign in through the mode of terminal identification when terminal access goal meeting, can satisfy the demand of registering of diversified meeting scene, be applicable to different meeting modes, and then provide accurate, efficient meeting service of registering for meeting organization side.
In some embodiments, the first face image is a face image collected at the entrance of the conference room, and after the step 103, the conference sign-in method may further include the following steps:
collecting a second face image in the meeting place;
when the second face image comprises a third face image and the third face image is matched with a preset face image in a meeting place participant list, recording the participant identity corresponding to the third face image and updating the first sign-in table;
the third face image is a face image which is different from the first face image in the second face image.
In this embodiment, the first face image may be a face image acquired at a meeting place entrance. In other words, a face recognition device may be installed at the entrance of the venue, and the face recognition device may collect face images of persons entering the venue.
It can be appreciated that in a scenario where the number of large conference participants is high, the number of participants entering the conference at the same time may be too high, which results in incomplete collection of the first face image, and thus affects the check-in result. Based on the above, a face recognition device can be installed in the conference room, and a second face image in the conference room can be acquired by the face recognition device.
The second face image may be compared with the first face image to determine whether a third face image, which is different from the first face image, exists in the second face image. For example, the first face image includes a face image a, a face image B, and a face image C, and the second face image includes a face image a, a face image B, a face image C, and a face image D, then the face image D may be regarded as a third face image.
The third face image can be matched with the preset face image in the meeting place reference list, if the matching is successful, the identity of the reference corresponding to the third face image can be recorded, and the first sign-in list is updated. For example, if the third face image is successfully matched with the image D in the meeting place participant list, the participant D corresponding to the image D may be additionally recorded in the first sign-in table, so as to indicate that the participant D also completes the meeting sign-in.
Therefore, the first face image of the meeting place entrance and the second face image inside the meeting place can be collected together, the identity of the participant of the meeting place participant is identified by combining the first face image and the second face image, the sign-in is completed, the condition of missing sign is effectively avoided, and the accuracy of the sign-in of the meeting is improved.
In some embodiments, the conference sign-in method may further include the steps of:
acquiring meeting starting time of a target meeting;
determining a sign-in time period of a target conference according to the conference starting time;
acquiring a first face image, comprising:
and acquiring a first face image in the check-in time period.
In this embodiment, the meeting start time of the target meeting may also be acquired, and a check-in period in which the target meeting can automatically check in may be determined based on the meeting start time. The check-in time period may be a preset time range before the meeting start time, and the preset time range may be set in combination with actual situations, which is not specifically limited herein. For example, the check-in period may be one-half hour before the start time of the meeting.
The first face image entering the meeting place can be automatically acquired in the signing-in time period so as to complete the automatic signing-in process.
In some examples, the second face image inside the venue may also be acquired automatically during the check-in period. For the case of personal terminal participation, the terminal can automatically acquire the terminal identification to complete the sign-in only when the terminal accesses the target meeting in the sign-in time period.
Therefore, the conference signing-in process can be automatically started in a specific signing-in time period, the problems of resource consumption and the like caused by long-time starting of related equipment are avoided, resources are effectively saved, the cost of conference signing-in is reduced, and the operability is higher.
In some embodiments, after the step 103, the conference sign-in method may further include the following steps:
displaying a sign-in two-dimensional code;
and under the condition that a sign-in request of a participant responding to the sign-in two-dimensional code is received, recording the participant identity of the participant, and updating the first sign-in table.
In this embodiment, for the case that some participants miss the check-in time period, the check-in two-dimensional code may be displayed, and the participants may implement the tab by scanning the check-in two-dimensional code.
It can be appreciated that the check-in two-dimensional code may be continuously displayed during the progress of the target meeting, or may be displayed only at a specific time, for example, the check-in two-dimensional code may be displayed at the end of the meeting.
The participant may scan the check-in two-dimensional code through the personal terminal to generate a check-in request based on which the participant identity may be included. The system can record the identity of the participant and update the first sign-in table under the condition that the participant receives the sign-in request submitted by the participant in response to the sign-in two-dimensional code, so that the participant can complete sign-in.
In some examples, the check-in request may also include information of the check-in time, the type tag of the participant (i.e., person or organization), etc., which may be synchronously recorded in the first check-in table.
Therefore, a participant missing the sign-in time period is provided with a sign-in two-dimensional code based sign-in process, the condition of sign-out is avoided, and the accuracy of meeting sign-in is further improved.
In some embodiments, the conference sign-in method may further include the steps of:
comparing the first check-in list with a meeting place reference list, and comparing the second check-in list with a terminal reference list to determine a non-check-in list of the target meeting;
and outputting the non-signed-in list.
In this embodiment, after the first check-in table and the second check-in table are generated, the first check-in table may be compared with the meeting place participant list to determine the non-checked-in participants in the meeting place participant list. And the second check-in list can be compared with the terminal participant list to determine the non-checked-in participant in the terminal participant list.
The non-check-in list of the target meeting may be determined and output based on the non-check-in participants in the meeting place participant list and the non-check-in participants in the terminal participant list. Thus, the attendance statistics of the target conferences in different participation modes are facilitated, and accurate and efficient conference attendance services are provided for conference organization parties.
In some embodiments, each participant identity in the meeting place participant list and the terminal participant list corresponds to a type tag, the type tag is an organization or a person, and the outputting the non-checked-in list may include the following steps:
generating a non-signed-in personnel list and a non-signed-in mechanism list according to the type label corresponding to each participant identity in the non-signed-in list;
and outputting a list of non-checked-in personnel and a list of non-checked-in institutions.
In this embodiment, each participant identity corresponds to an organization or individual type tag. Based on the above, according to the type label corresponding to each participant identity in the non-checked-in list, it can be determined that the type label is a personal non-checked-in participant, and a non-checked-in personnel list is generated. It may also be determined that the type tag is a non-check-in participant for the institution and a list of non-check-in institutions is generated.
The list of non-checked-in persons and the list of non-checked-in institutions may be output separately. Therefore, multidimensional sign-in statistics are supported, so that conference sign-in management is clearer and more convenient, and more accurate and efficient conference sign-in service is provided for conference organization parties.
In order to facilitate understanding of the conference sign-in method provided in the above embodiment, the conference sign-in method is described in the following with a specific embodiment of a scene. Then, meeting place information of the meeting can be obtained, and the right of face recognition sign-in of the corresponding meeting place is opened. The method can also acquire the information of the conference terminal of the conference, simultaneously start the setting item of 'terminal identification', and add a timing task of 'generating sign-in two-dimension code' in the background. And after the period of the signed-in time is reached, automatically starting to collect the signed-in information.
Collecting check-in information may include:
after the attendance is started, in a period of time capable of attendance, personnel participating in a main conference site can be automatically identified by a face recognition device installed at a conference site entrance, the identity of the participants is recorded, meanwhile, the information of the personnel entering the conference site can be dynamically acquired and supplemented by the face recognition device installed in the main conference site, and the conference site is recorded.
For personnel remotely participating in a meeting place through a meeting place where a video conference hard terminal is deployed, personnel entering the meeting place can be automatically identified through a face recognition device installed at an entrance of the meeting place, the identity of the participants is recorded, meanwhile, the information of the personnel entering the meeting place can be dynamically acquired, supplementary sign-in is carried out through the face recognition device installed inside the meeting place, and the meeting place is recorded.
For personnel participating in a target meeting through the personal terminal, when the personal terminal accesses the target meeting, the personal terminal identification is automatically identified, and the identity of the participant is recorded.
For people or institutions who need to carry out the supplementary sign in the missed sign-in time period, when the meeting is finished, the sign-in two-dimensional code can be displayed, the category label of the person or the institution can be selected by oneself after the code scanning, and if the category label is the person after the sign-in information is submitted successfully, the identity of the participant is directly recorded for sign-in registration. If the category label is "institution", the attribution institution of the check-in person can be automatically read and check-in registration is performed.
Extracting check-in features may include:
the information of the user on the human resources is automatically acquired through the category labels of the 'institutions' and 'individuals' defined in the check-in rules, and then the characteristic fields of the 'institutions' (such as the names of institutions, check-in persons of institutions, meeting places, check-in modes and the like) and the characteristic fields of the 'individuals' (such as the names of personnel, affiliated institutions, meeting places, check-in modes and the like) are respectively extracted according to the requirements.
The statistical check-in result may include:
the checked-in personnel list and the mechanism list can be respectively arranged according to the extraction result of the check-in characteristics, and are respectively compared with the 'participating personnel list' and the 'participating mechanism list', and then the 'non-checked-in personnel list' and the 'non-checked-in mechanism list' are generated and output.
The embodiment of the scene can automatically collect the identities of the participants and sign in without manually triggering the sign in by the participants. The same conference supports multi-scene check-in, multi-dimensional check-in statistics, and is simpler in flow, stronger in operability and better in user experience.
