Description

Inventory management system and method based on digital label
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of inventory management, in particular to an inventory management system and method based on digital labels.
Background
In the order management system in the market at present, for the management mode of inventory, a plurality of levels are adopted to calculate the inventory data of each level step by adopting a complex inventory algorithm. The conventional inventory management method has the following problems:
problem one: the traditional inventory management mode can not meet diversified sales scenes for small and medium-sized enterprises or single-level inventory enterprises. In this type, inventory is synchronized from the underlying inventory data directly to the upper sales channel according to an algorithm in a vertically managed manner. If the bottom stock adopts the convergence type, the upper sales channel updates the stock of all the upper sales channels in real time according to the change of the bottom stock, and the change is quick and is not beneficial to the parallelization of multiple sales scenes; if the bottom stock adopts the stock place to bind with the upper channel, the use efficiency of the bottom stock is greatly reduced, the uneven stock condition is unavoidable, and the sales scene effect is limited by the stock.
And a second problem: the medium-sized and large-sized enterprises or multi-level inventory enterprises have a large inventory using mode and huge traffic, and adopt a complex inventory structure and a fixed inventory management mode. Under the condition that each inventory service stably operates, the method can deal with the condition that new inventory service or service change occurs, the adjustment period of the inventory management mode is very long, and the service adjustment is completed on the premise that the inventory is not disordered by stopping the service in a large area, so that the cost is high and the risk resistance is weak.
Problem three: the rapid iterative updating of marketing business results in more complex and more traditional inventory patterns that are more difficult to support. Often, in the enterprise, when marketing business is updated, the adaptability of the inventory management mode needs to be evaluated, and a detailed supporting plan is made, so that the market precedent is lost. Or the inventory management mode in the current enterprise cannot be satisfied, and the exploration of the new business is abandoned.
Fourth problem: traditional inventory management methods ensure the efficient operation of enterprises through complex inventory algorithm systems. However, in the operation process, if inventory is disordered due to unknown reasons, the difficulty of finding out the problem and repairing the inventory is very high, and the more complicated and difficult to locate is which inventory usage causes errors.
Problem five: the group commodity is widely used, and most of the group commodity exists in a virtual inventory mode, but a plurality of sub commodities are sold in a packaged mode. The traditional management mode cannot ensure that the sales inventory of the packaged goods is sufficient, and particularly when a group of packaged goods are sold simultaneously by multiple shops, the goods are seriously robbed. However, if the stock of the commodity of the group is materialized, too much stock is occupied, and the individual selling of sub-commodities in the commodity of the group is seriously affected.

The problem of sufficient inventory of the stack goods during the large promotion period or the main pushing period is solved. The method can add the number of the monopolizes at any time and reduce the number of the monopolizes, fully satisfies the operation plan which is updated rapidly, avoids the stock waste of sub-commodities, ensures the stock quantity of the commodity of the group, and is easy to count the stock of the commodity of the group in time.
4. Support to carry out inventory transfer and right to transfer operations on the premise of keeping inventory labels. The special stock is still the exclusive use no matter where the goods are and whom the goods are. The method solves the problems that if special rules exist in the past stock, the stock cannot be freely mobilized before the stock is not consumed, the stock is easy to mobilize and transfer, and the label stock is easy to seek the source.
5. The label stock has priority, and the exclusive label, the store stock, the channel stock and the general stock of the group sleeve are searched in sequence according to the store sold at present, so that the stock can be hit quickly. The more accurate the label is, the higher the priority is, the more accurate the source searching is, and the inventory confusion probability is reduced.
6. Support the fast adjustment function of all tag inventory. Based on the dimension of the sub-commodity, all label stock is visually displayed. The number of each tag inventory may be adjusted at any time or the number of multiple tag inventories may be fully released. A convenient inventory adjustment mode is achieved, and the support business is adjusted rapidly.

It is evident that the drawings in the following description are only examples of the invention, from which other drawings and other embodiments can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort.
One embodiment of a digital label-based inventory management system according to the present invention is as follows, as shown in fig. 1 of the specification, including:
the label adding module 10 is used for adding a corresponding digital label to the commodity according to the received warehousing distribution instruction before warehousing the commodity, and constructing a label stock; the digital label comprises a general label, a channel label and a shop label.
Specifically, the OMS system obtains the actual commodity inventory from the WMS, and for adapting to the multi-level inventory management system, segments the inventory into logical inventory layers, channel inventory layers, store inventory layers, and 3-tier inventory structures.
The inventory statistics module 20 is configured to count each commodity of the digital label, and obtain the inventory number of the logical inventory layer of the digital label inventory.
Specifically, the logic inventory layer defines a cargo owner logic bin according to two dimensions of a cargo owner and a warehouse; different owners will be defined as multiple logical bins within the same warehouse; the same owner may also define multiple logical bins at different warehouses.
The tag adding module 10 is further configured to statistically allocate the commodities allocated to each channel in the general tagged commodities as channel allocation inventory based on the set allocation rules of each type of digital tags or the input allocation instructions of each type of digital tags.
Specifically, the inventory of the logical bins refers to the total inventory of a commodity of a pallet owner within a warehouse.
Channel inventory aggregation refers to summarizing general tag inventory of all logic bins according to commodity dimensions, and calculating channel aggregation inventory of each commodity;
the inventory statistics module 20 is further configured to count the number of all channel tag commodities and the number of channel distribution inventory, and obtain the inventory number of the channel inventory layer of the digital tag inventory.
Specifically, after channel inventory is aggregated, the channel inventory is divided into different channels according to a certain proportion to generate channel distribution inventory; if the channel label stock exists, the channel distribution stock is used for adding the stock of the commodity of the channel to generate the final commodity stock of the channel.
The tag adding module 10 is further configured to sum up the commodities assigned to each store in the general-tag commodity and the channel-tag commodity into a store-assigned inventory based on the set rule for assigning each type of digital tag or the input command for assigning each type of digital tag.
Specifically, the store inventory set refers to a store allocation inventory generated according to the allocation proportion of stores after channel inventory is generated according to the binding relation between stores and channels.
The inventory statistics module 20 is further configured to count the number of tag commodities in all stores and the number of stores allocated to store, and obtain the number of stores in the store inventory layer of the tag inventory.
Specifically, the store inventory layer generates store commodity inventory according to the shelf proportion of commodities in the store after store allocation inventory generation (the shelf proportion is generally understood as the saleable safety inventory proportion of the commodities when the store is shelf); if the store label stock exists, the store label stock of the commodity is added to the store distribution stock of the commodity, and then the store label stock is multiplied by the shelf proportion to generate the store commodity stock; if the commodity is a group commodity and a group exclusive label exists, the store distribution stock of the group commodity is added with the group exclusive label stock, and then the product is multiplied by the shelf proportion to generate the store commodity stock of the group commodity. The process of distribution can be referred to in fig. 2 of the specification.
The inventory management system based on the digital label further comprises the following modules:
and a channel/store label management module 30 for adding or releasing the channel label and store label to the label stock.
And a stack exclusive label management module 40, configured to add or release a stack exclusive label in the label stock.
The purchase allocation module 50 is used for managing the tag inventory when purchasing or allocating the goods in the tag inventory.
The inventory source searching module 60 is used for searching sources in the label inventory according to the label priority when the commodity is delivered out of the warehouse.
Specifically, the four modules may assist the tag adding module 10 in managing digitized tags. Can be used in combination or selected according to the requirements, and has stronger flexibility.
In another embodiment of the inventory management system based on digital labels provided by the present invention, on the basis of the above embodiment of the system, the channel and store label management module 30 further includes the following sub-modules, as shown in fig. 3:
the first instruction receiving sub-module 301 is configured to receive an instruction for adding or releasing a channel tag or a store tag.
A first judging sub-module 302, configured to, when receiving a new instruction of a new channel label or store label, judge whether the new channel label or store label exists in the label stock.
Specifically, all channel label stock and store label stock details of the commodity are opened, channel label stock or store label stock can be added, and whether channel label stock or store label stock exists in the saleable stock of the commodity or not is judged.
The first adding sub-module 304 is configured to increase a corresponding stock quantity of the channel tags or store tags in the corresponding stock quantity of the channel tags or store tags according to the new instruction when the new channel tags or store tags exist in the tag stock.
Specifically, if a product already has a channel tag stock or a store tag stock, a channel of the unlabeled channel tag stock or a store of the unlabeled store tag stock may be newly added, or the number may be modified in the channel of the existing channel tag stock or the store of the store tag stock.
Saleable inventory = general label inventory quantity + all channel label inventory quantity + all store label inventory quantity;
channel label stock of the appointed channel can be arbitrarily added;
store tag stock of a designated store can be arbitrarily added;
if the channel label stock of the designated channel or the store stock of the designated store is added, only the quantity of modification on the channel label stock or the store label stock is needed, and the quantity of modification is not more than the difference value between the current saleable stock and all the current label stock.

The first inventory reading sub-module 303 is configured to, when receiving a release instruction for releasing the channel tag or the store tag, read the corresponding inventory quantity of the commodity of the channel tag or the store tag.
Specifically, all inventory amounts of a certain commodity in a specified warehouse and a specified owner are checked, wherein the inventory amounts comprise inventory total amounts, saleable amounts, on-transit amounts, allocated amounts, locking amounts, stack amounts and stack exclusive amounts;
inventory total of commodity = number of sellable + number of allocated + number of locked + number of used-for-stack + number of exclusive-for-stack;
wherein the saleable quantity refers to the saleable quantity in the existing unoccupied inventory and comprises saleable quantity of three label inventories, namely a general label inventory, a channel label inventory and a store label inventory;
Unoccupied inventory = marketable quantity + quantity for stack;
occupied inventory = allocated quantity + locked quantity + exclusive quantity of stack
Each tag has a saleable inventory ratio and a stack inventory ratio, such as a saleable inventory of a general tag = a non-occupied inventory of a general tag x a saleable inventory ratio; general label for stack quantity = general label unoccupied inventory x stack inventory ratio;
the in-transit quantity refers to the commodity stock in the confirmed purchasing process, and is not put in storage, so that no label is given;
the allocated quantity refers to commodity stock occupied by order source searching, stock returning order, transfer order, right transfer order and the like, which cannot be reused under the condition that the original bill is not completed, and the stock comprises four kinds of stock, namely general label stock, channel label stock, store label stock and group exclusive label stock;

the method is characterized in that the stock of the commodity which is specially used for containing the commodity is cut out according to a fixed proportion in the unoccupied stock, the commodity is calculated according to the proportion, so that the stock of the commodity which is used for containing the commodity is also changed in real time, and the stock of the commodity for the commodity comprises three kinds of stock of general label stock, channel label stock and store label stock;
The first determining sub-module 302 is further configured to determine whether the release quantity in the release instruction is greater than the corresponding inventory quantity of the channel label or the store label.
The first release sub-module 305 is configured to release the corresponding inventory quantity of the commodity in the corresponding channel label or store label according to the release instruction when the release quantity in the release instruction is determined to be less than or equal to the inventory quantity of the commodity in the corresponding channel label or store label.
Specifically, on the basis of the existing channel label stock of the commodity, the quantity of the labeled channel label stock is released, and the stock with the quantity returns to the general label stock of the commodity after the quantity is released; the number of store label stock marked may also be released based on the store label stock where the commodity is already present.
The first release submodule 305 is configured to release, when it is determined that the release number in the release instruction is greater than the corresponding inventory number of the commodity of the channel tag or the store tag, an inventory not greater than the inventory number of the channel tag or the store tag.
Specifically, if the number of the required released tags in the release instruction is greater than the number of the existing tags, the inventory which is equal to or less than the number of the existing tags is released, and a popup window can be popped up to prompt the error of release.
The tag adding module 10 is also used for re-labeling the released commodity inventory as a general tag inventory.
Specifically, the released inventory of the quantity is re-marked as a general label inventory, and the general label inventory of the commodity is returned.
In another embodiment of the digital tag-based inventory management system provided by the present invention, on the basis of the above system embodiment, the stack exclusive tag management module 40 further includes the following modules, as shown in fig. 4:
a second instruction receiving sub-module 401, configured to receive an instruction for adding or releasing the exclusive tag of the stack.
A second judging sub-module 402, configured to, when receiving an instruction of adding a new exclusive label of a stack, judge whether the new exclusive label of the stack exists in the label stock.
And the stack calculation sub-module 403 is configured to read the formula number of sub-commodities in the stack commodity and the commodity inventory number that the stack can sell, and calculate the maximum stack commodity inventory number that can be added currently.
Specifically, the details of a group commodity are opened, and all inventory information of formula sub-commodities in the group commodity can be checked, wherein the inventory information comprises the inventory number of each sub-commodity for the group commodity, the inventory number of the unique sub-commodity, the quantity required by the formula, the group distribution inventory, the group exclusive inventory and the group available total inventory;
Formula sub-commodities in a stack commodity refer to all independent commodities which form the stack commodity;
the inventory for a stack refers to the unoccupied inventory of the sub-commodity multiplied by the amount for the stack proportion, exclusive to the calculated marketable inventory for all of the stack commodities that contain the sub-commodity;
exclusive sub-commodity inventory refers to the independent division of sub-commodities into the inventory of a group of commodities containing the sub-commodity;
the formula quantity refers to the composition quantity of the sub-commodity in the group commodity, if one group commodity A contains two sub-commodities B, the formula of B in A is 2;
the stack distribution inventory refers to the stack inventory quantity obtained by dividing the stack inventory for the sub-commodity by the formula quantity; if a stack article a contains two sub-articles B, then B has a formulation of 2 in a, B is used for a stack inventory count of 300, and a's stack allocation inventory=300/2=150;
the group exclusive stock refers to the group stock quantity obtained by dividing the group commodity by the formula quantity through the exclusive sub commodity stock of the sub commodity; if a group commodity A contains two sub-commodities B, the formula of B in A is 2, the inventory quantity of the exclusive sub-commodities B is 100, and the inventory of A is=100/2=50;
The sum of the stack available total stock finger stack distribution stock and the stack exclusive stock, namely, the stack distribution stock of A in the example is 150, the stack exclusive stock is 50, and the stack available total stock is 200;
and the second adding submodule 405 is configured to add a corresponding warehousing quantity to the corresponding stock quantity of the exclusive set of labels according to the new instruction when the exclusive set of labels exist in the label stock.
Specifically, the maximum addable quantity of commodity a for a stack = the total inventory available for a stack minus the exclusive inventory of a stack.
The second add-on submodule 405 is further configured to add the exclusive ticket to the ticket inventory when the newly added exclusive ticket does not exist in the ticket inventory. And according to the new instruction, increasing corresponding warehousing quantity in the inventory quantity of the newly-increased exclusive label of the stack, wherein the increased warehousing quantity is not greater than the maximum commodity warehousing quantity of the stack which can be added currently.
Specifically, after the number of exclusive label stock of all sets of sub-commodities of a certain expired commodity combination is newly increased, the newly increased performance stock is not greater than the calculated maximum addable number of the set of commodities.
And the second inventory reading sub-module 404 is configured to, when receiving a release instruction for releasing the exclusive label inventory of the stack, read the corresponding number of commodity inventory of the exclusive label of the stack.
Specifically, if the stack commodity has an exclusive quantity, an operation of reducing the exclusive inventory may be performed, where the reduced exclusive inventory quantity is not greater than the exclusive quantity.
The second determining submodule 402 is further configured to determine whether a release number in the release instruction is greater than a corresponding inventory number of goods of the exclusive tag of the stack.
And the second release submodule 406 is configured to release the corresponding inventory quantity of the commodity in the corresponding exclusive label of the stack according to the release instruction when the release quantity in the release instruction is determined to be less than or equal to the inventory quantity of the commodity in the corresponding exclusive label of the stack.
The second release submodule 406 is further configured to release, when it is determined that the release number in the release instruction is greater than the corresponding inventory number of the commodity of the exclusive tag of the stack, an inventory not greater than the inventory number of the exclusive tag of the stack.
Specifically, if the monopolized quantity of the stack commodity is 100, the monopolized quantity of the reduced stack cannot be more than 100;
Since the commodity has concurrent ordering operation in each store of each channel on line, the number of the monopolized stores can be applied to all store orders of the commodity in the group, if the monopolized stores of the commodity in the group need to be reduced, subtraction is performed on the number of the monopolized stores which are not currently used by using the reduction operation, thus avoiding influencing the existing orders of the commodity in the group and improving the accuracy.
The second release submodule 406 is further configured to automatically release, when the sub-commodity combination of the group commodity expires, the total group exclusive tag inventory quantity of the sub-commodity of the expired commodity combination.
Specifically, the exclusive sub-commodity inventory in the failed formula of the stack commodity can be automatically released in the background;
in the current live E-commerce or Taobao traditional E-commerce, the sales volume of an online sales link is important reference data of the commodity. The merchant can ensure that the high sales volume of one commodity link attracts more buyers to pay or the online sales link is unchanged in the live broadcast process in the live broadcast electronic commerce, but the commodity in the link can be changed frequently, so that the commodity of the group can change the formed formula frequently, but the commodity of the group is unchanged; if the formula is changed on the premise, the exclusive sub-commodity stock in the formula is lost, and the sub-commodity stock needs to be released manually or automatically; the scheme adopts automatic release, so that the need of maintenance one by one during manual release is avoided, and the operation is too complicated;
Setting a timing task, wherein the time can be set every half hour/day, and the automatic operation is carried out once to release the exclusive inventory of the sub-commodity in the overdue distribution;
the specific release process is as follows:
1. searching all the stack commodities with exclusive inventory;
2. screening out the failed group sleeve formula with the failure time longer than 6 hours from the group sleeve commodity; (the failed recipe may have an order that was not processed, 6 hours for reserved system processing time)
3. The exclusive stack label stock of all the sub-commodities in the stack formula which are screened out and lose efficacy for more than 6 hours is used for releasing the exclusive stock of the sub-commodities according to the unique occupation quantity, and the stock marked as the common label;
after the exclusive inventory of sub-commodity is released, these failed stack formulas are marked as exclusive inventory free, and such released failed stack formulas are no longer retrieved the next time.
The tag adding module 10 is also used for the released sub-commodity inventory, and is re-labeled as a general tag inventory.
Specifically, the released inventory of the quantity is re-marked as a general label inventory, and the general label inventory of the commodity is returned.
