In the invention, the characteristics of the new material PCM: the novel material is solidified and hung on the neck by placing the connecting rod of the neck hanging fan together with the novel material in a low-temperature environment before use, the novel material is fast and continuously cooled by utilizing the heat absorption and melting characteristic of the novel material, and the air of the neck hanging fan passes through the surface of the novel material to reduce the temperature of the air, so that a human body can enjoy cool air faster and more permanently under the condition of not consuming the electric energy of the neck hanging fan, and the electronic product is not suitable for being stored in the low-temperature environment, so that the fan end (comprising the electronic control system) of the neck hanging fan is made into a structure which is detachable from the connecting rod, namely the novel material is conveniently placed in the low-temperature environment at any time for solidification, and the safety of the electronic system of the fan is not influenced.

the fan comprises two fan main bodies (1), wherein fan blade assemblies are arranged in the fan main bodies (1), and after the fan main bodies are started, the fan blade assemblies generate air flow and continuously output the air flow for a human body;
the connecting piece (2) is used as a hanging carrier, a hanging contact surface is formed on one surface of the connecting piece, connecting sections are formed at two ends of the connecting piece, the connecting piece is connected with the fan main body (1) in a rotary disassembling mode, an elastic connecting piece (22) is further arranged in the connecting piece (2), and an air outlet of the fan main body (1) is arranged corresponding to the connecting piece (2);
the cooling filling piece (3) is made of PCM material and is filled in the connecting piece (2), and the connecting piece (2) and the cooling filling piece (3) are placed in a low-temperature environment before use, so that the cooling filling piece (3) is kept in a solidification state.

The continuous cooling type neck hanging fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a connector (4) with an iron ball body is arranged at the bottom of the connecting piece (2) corresponding to the fan main body (1), a spherical cavity is arranged on the fan main body (1) corresponding to the connector (4), a magnet (5) is arranged in the spherical cavity, and the iron ball body of the connector (4) is arranged in the spherical cavity and is magnetically attracted with the magnet (5) in the spherical cavity;

The continuous cooling type neck hanging fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the connecting piece (2) is provided with a connector (4) with a sphere corresponding to the fan main body (1), the fan main body (1) is provided with a convex connecting part (6) corresponding to the connector (4), the connecting part (6) is provided with a spherical cavity, the outer part of the connecting part (6) is provided with external threads, the sphere of the connector (4) is arranged in the spherical cavity, and the outer part is engaged and locked with the external threads of the connecting part (6) through a nut piece (7); the connecting piece (2) comprises an outer protective layer (21) made of soft materials, and the elastic connecting piece (22) is arranged in the outer protective layer (21).

the fan comprises two fan main bodies (1), wherein fan blade assemblies are arranged in the fan main bodies (1), and after the fan main bodies are started, the fan blade assemblies generate air flow and continuously output the air flow for a human body;
the connecting piece (2) is used as a hanging carrier, a hanging contact surface is formed on one surface of the connecting piece, connecting sections are formed at two ends of the connecting piece, the connecting piece is connected with the fan main body (1) in a rotary disassembling mode, an elastic connecting piece (22) is further arranged in the connecting piece (2), and an air outlet of the fan main body (1) is arranged corresponding to the connecting piece (2);
