Background
Nonwoven cotton refers to a sheet, web or batt of oriented or randomly arranged fibers which are bonded to one another by friction, cohesion or adhesion or a combination of these processes, and after the nonwoven cotton has been heat-pressed to set, it is required to roll the nonwoven cotton, thus requiring an automatic roll trimming device for the nonwoven cotton material.
For the existing automatic non-woven cotton material winding and trimming equipment, when the non-woven cotton material is conveyed, the non-woven cotton material is easy to deviate, the conveying device is easy to stop, and the existing automatic non-woven cotton material winding and trimming equipment is inconvenient in adjusting the cutting width.

The invention provides a purpose and an effect of automatic non-woven cotton material rolling and trimming equipment, which specifically comprise the following steps: the device comprises a feeding mechanism, a sorting mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a winding mechanism; the feeding mechanism comprises a first base, supporting seats, mounting seats, sliding seats, bottom rollers and a first motor, wherein the first base is fixed on the ground, the supporting seats are fixed at the upper end of the first base, the two groups of the mounting seats are provided with sliding grooves, the sliding seats are arranged in the sliding grooves, the sliding seats are connected with compression rollers in a shaft mode, the bottom rollers are connected with the two groups of the mounting seats in a shaft mode, belt pulleys are arranged at the front ends of rotating shafts of the bottom rollers, the first motor is arranged on the first base through bolts, and belts are arranged between the two groups of belt pulleys which are arranged on the rotating shafts of the first motor; the trimming mechanism is arranged at the left end of the feeding mechanism, and the trimming mechanism is provided with a cutting mechanism through a bolt; the winding mechanism is arranged at the left end of the cutting mechanism.
