Specifically, the robot can be cylindrical, the Nahm wheel is adopted as a travelling mechanism, the sensor is arranged at the top of the robot, whether the packaging box is placed or not can be judged, the robot can automatically sense the distance between surrounding objects through the infrared sensor and the ultrasonic sensor, and the working state is interacted with the position information and the control system in a wireless mode.
In some embodiments, a cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus 1 further includes a location identification device 70 and a control system 80. The position recognition device 70 is used for recognizing the position of the packing box 2 on the conveying mechanism 40. The control system 80 is connected to the position recognition device 70 and the transfer mechanism 40 and is configured to control the start and stop of the transfer mechanism 40 according to the position of the package 2 recognized by the position recognition device 70.
Specifically, when the position recognition device 70 recognizes that the packing box 2 is pushed into the transfer mechanism 40 by the automatic feeding apparatus 50, the control system controls the transfer mechanism 40 to be started. When the position identifying device 70 identifies that the packaging box 2 is respectively conveyed to the packaging box external virus sampling device 20, the sterilizing device 30 and the packaging box internal virus sampling device 10, the transmission mechanism 40 is controlled to be suspended, so that the packaging box external virus sampling device 20 can conveniently detect external viruses of the packaging box 2, the sterilizing device 30 can conveniently sterilize the packaging box 2, and the packaging box internal virus sampling device 10 can conveniently detect internal viruses of the packaging box 2.
Specifically, the position recognition device 70 may be suspended above the transmission mechanism 40, and operate with dual cameras, and perform positioning and determination on position information of a specific space through image acquisition and analysis, and upload the relevant result to the control system through a wired or wireless manner.
Further, a cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus 1 may further include a material tray provided at the feeding and discharging areas, object detection sensors provided at the tops of the automatic feeding apparatus 50 and the automatic discharging apparatus 60 for detecting materials, visual recognition sensors provided above the transfer mechanism 40, and the like.
In some embodiments, the external virus sampling apparatus 20 further includes an external virus sampling chamber of the package, and a spray sterilization mechanism (not shown) disposed within the external virus sampling chamber of the package for spray sterilization of the section of the transport mechanism 40 within the external virus sampling chamber of the package. Each sampling unit 21 is arranged in the virus sampling bin outside the packaging box.
Specifically, the inlet and outlet of the external virus sampling bin of the packaging box are all open, so that the packaging box 2 can conveniently enter and exit.
Specifically, the disinfectant sprayed by the spraying and sterilizing mechanism can be 75% alcohol, the disinfectant is placed in the storage tank, the temperature inside the storage tank can be controlled to be not lower than minus 20 DEG through the heat preservation device outside the storage tank, meanwhile, the residual quantity of the disinfectant in the tank and the spraying speed can be recorded, and when the residual quantity of the disinfectant in the tank is insufficient, automatic audible and visual alarm can be realized.
In some embodiments, the transfer mechanism 40 includes three transfer units 41 that are sequentially spaced apart in the transfer direction of the transfer mechanism 40 and form two adjoining voids. One of the adjacent gaps is positioned at the outer virus sampling device 20 of the packaging box so that the bottom of the packaging box 2 is exposed when the packaging box 2 is positioned at the outer virus sampling device 20 of the packaging box, thereby facilitating virus sampling and/or disinfection of the bottom of the packaging box 2; another abutment gap is located at the sterilizing device 30 to expose the bottom of the package 2 when the package is located at the sterilizing device 30, so as to sterilize the bottom of the package 2.
In some embodiments, a cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus 1 further comprises a package internal virus detection device and a package external virus detection device. The virus detection device in the packaging box is used for detecting viruses of the air extracted by the air extraction device 13. The external virus detection device of the packaging box is used for detecting viruses of the sampled cotton swabs 211.
It will be appreciated that the internal virus detection device of the package and the external virus detection device of the package may be the same detection device or may be different detection devices.
Preferably, the virus detection device in the packing box can be used for rapidly calibrating the antigen through the kit after being subjected to compression, centrifugal separation and then dripping related test solution for reaction. The external virus detection device of the packaging box adopts a PCR method to detect the sampled cotton swabs. The invention adopts a detection mode of combining a PCR method and a kit antigen detection method, and the detection result is more accurate.
The invention also provides a virus detection method of the cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus 1 according to any one of the above embodiments, the virus detection method comprising the step of sampling the inside of the packaging box 2.
The step of sampling the virus in the packaging box 2 may specifically include:
drilling a sampling hole on the packaging box 2 by using a drilling device 11; injecting gas into the interior of the packaging box 2 by using the gas injection device 12 to form an aerosol environment in the interior of the packaging box 2; and air in the aerosol environment formed inside the package 2 is extracted by the gas extraction device 13.
According to the invention, the sampling hole is drilled on the packaging box through the drilling device 11, and the gas is injected into the packaging box by inserting the gas injection device 12 into the sampling hole, so that an aerosol environment is formed inside the packaging box, and the aerosol environment is beneficial to virus transmission and diffusion possibly existing inside the packaging box. Finally, the air in the aerosol environment formed inside the packaging box is extracted by the air extraction device 13, so that the internal virus of the packaging box can be sampled, whether the virus exists inside the packaging box can be effectively and accurately judged by only carrying out virus detection on the extracted air, the packaging box is not required to be disassembled, manual participation is not required in the sampling process, the sampling process is simplified, and the sampling safety is improved.
In some embodiments, a cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus 1 further comprises a transport mechanism 40, an automatic loading apparatus 50, an automatic unloading apparatus 60, and a package external virus sampling apparatus 20, a sterilizing apparatus 30, a package internal virus detection apparatus, and a package external virus detection apparatus disposed on the transport mechanism 40.
In these embodiments, the virus detection method of the present invention further comprises, prior to virus sampling the interior of the package 2:
pushing the package 2 into the transfer mechanism 40 by the automatic feeding device 50; starting the transmission mechanism 40 until the packaging box 2 is conveyed to the packaging box external virus sampling device 20 and stopping; the external virus sampling device 20 of the packaging box is utilized to sample the external virus of the packaging box 2; detecting the external viruses of the packaging boxes 2 based on the external viruses, and restarting the transmission mechanism 40 until the packaging boxes 2 are conveyed to the disinfection device 30 and then stopped; the sterilizing device 30 is utilized to sterilize the package 2 externally; the transfer mechanism 40 is again activated until the package 2 is stopped after being transported to the package internal virus sampling apparatus 10.
Further, after virus sampling is performed on the inside of the package 2, the virus detection method of the present invention further includes:
detecting viruses in the packaging box 2 based on internal virus sampling; the transfer mechanism 40 is started again until the package 2 is conveyed to the end thereof and stopped; the package 2 is pushed out from the transfer mechanism 40 to the storage area by the automatic blanking apparatus 60 so as to wait for the virus detection result.
When the virus detection result is negative, prompting that the vehicle can go out of the warehouse; when the virus detection result is positive, different treatment measures can be adopted according to different conditions that the virus is stained outside or the virus exists inside, meanwhile, related information can be uploaded for the first time to avoid artificial interference, and the occurrence of a report-hiding event is effectively avoided.
The invention forms the whole virus sampling chain between the automatic feeding equipment 50 and the automatic discharging equipment 60, does not need to participate manually in the whole process, forms a full-automatic control mode without participation, effectively avoids virus transmission, reduces the requirements on sites, and can be widely applied to the virus sampling work requirements of links such as cold chain food import, storage and the like.
By now it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been shown and described herein in detail, many other variations or modifications of the invention consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly ascertained or inferred from the present disclosure without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be understood and deemed to cover all such other variations or modifications.

Claims (10)

1. A cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus comprising a package internal virus sampling device for sampling a virus within a package of cold chain items, the package internal virus sampling device comprising:
the drilling device is used for drilling sampling holes communicated with the inside of the packaging box on the packaging box; the gas injection device is used for injecting gas into the packaging box through the sampling hole so as to form an aerosol environment in the packaging box; and the gas extraction device is used for extracting air in the aerosol environment formed in the packaging box through the sampling hole.
2. The cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said inside-package virus sampling device further comprises a pressing plate for pressing and fixing said package; and/or the position of the sampling hole is selected as the top corner of the packing box; and/or the gas injection device injects the gas into the packaging box in an amount larger than the air amount extracted from the packaging box by the gas extraction device.
3. The cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a package external virus sampling means for sampling viruses from outside of said package; the external virus sampling device of the packaging box comprises at least one sampling unit, wherein each sampling unit comprises a cotton swab, a cam mechanism and a driving motor; the cotton swab is connected with the cam mechanism, and the driving motor is used for driving the cam mechanism to rotate, so that the cotton swab continuously rolls on the outer surface of the packaging box.
4. A cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the number of said sampling units is a plurality; and the sampling units are used for respectively sampling viruses at the bottom, the side and the top of the packaging box.

A cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising: the sterilizing device is used for sterilizing the outside of the packaging box; the transmission mechanism is used for transmitting the packaging boxes; the automatic feeding equipment is arranged at the starting end of the transmission mechanism and used for carrying the packaging boxes to be detected to the transmission mechanism; the automatic blanking equipment is arranged at the tail end of the transmission mechanism and used for carrying the detected packaging boxes from the transmission mechanism; optionally, the external virus sampling device of the packaging box, the sterilizing device and the internal virus sampling device of the packaging box are sequentially arranged at intervals in the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism.

The cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus of claim 5, further comprising: position recognition means for recognizing the position of the package on the transport mechanism; and the control system is connected with the position recognition device and the transmission mechanism and is configured to control the start and stop of the transmission mechanism according to the position of the packing box recognized by the position recognition device.

The cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said package external virus sampling device further comprises a package external virus sampling bin and a spray disinfection mechanism disposed within said package external virus sampling bin, said spray disinfection mechanism being for spray disinfection of a section of said transmission mechanism within said package external virus sampling bin; and each sampling unit is arranged in the virus sampling bin outside the packaging box.

The cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said transport mechanism comprises three transport units, said three transport units being sequentially spaced apart in a transport direction of said transport mechanism and forming two adjacent voids; one of the adjacent gaps is positioned at the external virus sampling device of the packaging box so that the bottom of the packaging box is exposed when the packaging box is positioned at the external virus sampling device of the packaging box; the other adjacent gap is positioned at the sterilizing device so that the bottom of the packing case is exposed when the packing case is positioned at the sterilizing device.
9. A method of virus detection in a cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising virus sampling the interior of the package; the virus sampling step for the interior of the packaging box comprises the following steps: drilling sampling holes on the packaging box by using the drilling device; injecting gas into the packaging box by utilizing the gas injection device so as to form an aerosol environment in the packaging box; and extracting air in an aerosol environment formed inside the packaging box by utilizing a gas extraction device.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the cold chain covd-19 virus sampling apparatus further comprises a transmission mechanism, an automatic feeding apparatus, an automatic discharging apparatus, and a packing case external virus sampling device, a sterilizing device, a packing case internal virus detecting device, and a packing case external virus detecting device provided on the transmission mechanism;
the virus detection method further comprises, before virus sampling the inside of the package, the steps of:
pushing the packaging box into the transmission mechanism through the automatic feeding equipment; starting the transmission mechanism until the packaging box is conveyed to the external virus sampling device of the packaging box and stopping; carrying out external virus sampling on the packaging box by utilizing the external virus sampling device of the packaging box; detecting the external viruses of the packaging box based on the external viruses, and restarting the transmission mechanism until the packaging box is conveyed to the disinfection device and then stopped; using the sterilizing device to sterilize the package box externally; restarting the transmission mechanism until the packaging box is conveyed to the virus sampling device in the packaging box and then stopping;
after virus sampling the interior of the package, the virus detection method further comprises:
detecting viruses in the packaging box based on internal virus sampling; restarting the transmission mechanism until the packing box is conveyed to the tail end of the transmission mechanism and stopping; and pushing the packaging box out of the transmission mechanism to a storage area through the automatic blanking equipment.
