Abstract
The invention aims to recycle solid waste generated by burning inferior lignite in a boiler, integrate resources and circularly produce the solid waste, solve the problems of constrained solid waste disposal, high environmental protection pressure, high cost and the like, and provide a formula for producing aerated concrete blocks by cleanly burning the solid waste aiming at the inferior lignite. After the inferior lignite is combusted by the boiler, the main components of the inferior lignite fly ash are silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, ferric oxide, calcium oxide and the like, and generally the content of the silicon oxide is 40-60%, the content of the aluminum oxide is 15-40%, the content of the ferric oxide is 10-20%, and the content of the calcium oxide is 2-10%. .
The formula comprises the following components: 55-65% of inferior lignite fly ash, 10-15% of quicklime powder, 15-25% of cement, 2-3% of desulfurized gypsum, 1-3% of aluminum powder paste, and the ratio of water to dry materials is 0.7:1.
Each component and effect:
inferior lignite fly ash: under the action of water heat, more hydrate is generated, the strength of the product is enhanced, and the dryness of the product is reduced;
quicklime powder: under the action of water heat, more hydrate is generated, the strength of the product is enhanced, and the gas generation, thickening and hardening of slurry are accelerated;
and (3) cement: and the thickening time of the slurry is regulated, so that the casting stability of the slurry is ensured. The hydration, coagulation and hardening of the cement can improve the strength of the embryo body and enhance the strength and durability of the product;
gypsum: inhibiting lime digestion, regulating lime digestion speed, and reducing digestion temperature; the intensity of the embryo body is increased, and the damage of the embryo body is reduced; promoting evolution, and improving product strength;
aluminum powder paste: the reaction in the alkaline slurry produces enough hydrogen gas to be uniformly distributed in the slurry, so that a plurality of tiny air holes are formed, and the air holes have a good air hole structure.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention comprehensively utilizes the inferior lignite coal ash solid waste as resources, changes waste into valuable, and produces a novel building material of qualified and environment-friendly silicate building blocks for buildings.
