Working principle: in the invention, a front cloth roller 2 is used for winding sofa warp-knitted cloth after winding, folding and edge locking, a rear cloth roller 2 is used for winding the sofa warp-knitted cloth before folding and edge locking, the front cloth roller 2 is a driving roller, the rear cloth roller 2 is a driven roller, and the sofa warp-knitted cloth pulled out from the rear cloth roller 2 sequentially passes through two limiting guide rollers 102, a folding angle frame 5 and two edge locking machines 3 and is wound on the front cloth roller 2;
the four rows of rubber pinch rollers are used for pressing the left and right folded corner parts of the sofa warp-knitted fabric against the top ends of the left and right folded corner parts of the folded corner frame 5 (refer to fig. 5), the four rubber pinch rollers are in clamping connection with the left and right folded corner parts of the sofa warp-knitted fabric in a pair-by-pair mode (refer to fig. 10), when the left and right folded corner parts of the sofa warp-knitted fabric are in deviation, the two groups of rubber pinch rollers are in clamping connection with the left and right folded corner parts of the sofa warp-knitted fabric, the deviated fabric can drive the detection slide bars 6 to slide left and right, the detection slide bars 6 slide left and right, the two proximity switches 8 can be driven to slide together and be close to the stop lugs 502, the two proximity switches 8 can be triggered and started when being close to the stop lugs 502, the singlechip receives deviation signals to trigger the starting audible and visual alarm 4 to prompt a worker to correct deviation, and meanwhile, the two lockstitch-edge machines 3 and the driving motors of the front side fabric rollers 2 are stopped to wait for the worker to correct deviation, so that the folded corner of the sofa is prevented from being continuously conveyed at high speed under the condition of deviation, and the large-section warp-knitted fabric is not qualified to be processed.

Claims (10)

1. A dog-ear conveyer for sofa warp knitting cloth, its characterized in that includes: the base (1) is integrally formed by a left chassis, a right chassis and longitudinal connecting rods symmetrically welded between the two chassis, four vertical supporting support plates (101) are symmetrically welded at the top ends of the two chassis, two cloth rolls (2) are detachably and rotatably arranged between the top end sections of the four vertical supporting support plates (101), a motor is fixedly arranged at the top position of the front left vertical supporting support plate (101) through screw locking, and the motor is in shaft connection transmission with the cloth rolls (2) at the front side; four vertical support rods (104) are symmetrically welded on the middle sections of the two longitudinal connecting rods, and two L-shaped slide bars (7) are symmetrically and slidably arranged on the top end sections of the four vertical support rods (104); the top ends of the vertical supporting rods (104) at the left and right sides of the rear side are welded with a mountain-shaped supporting frame, the bottom suspension support of the vertical supporting rod in the middle of the mountain-shaped supporting frame is welded with a folded angle frame (5) which is horizontally arranged, the folded angle frame (5) is integrally in a Y-shaped structure, sofa warp knitted cloth is in traction sliding fit with the bottom of the folded angle frame (5), and the folded angles on the left side part and the right side part are in fit with the top ends of the left side part and the right side part of the folded angle frame (5); a transverse connecting rod is welded between the two longitudinal connecting rods, two vertical support mounting rods (103) are welded on the transverse connecting rods in a bilateral symmetry manner, two serging machines (3) are symmetrically arranged on the top end sections of the two vertical support mounting rods (103), and the two serging machines (3) are used for implementing sewing serging on folded corner parts on the left side and the right side of the sofa warp knitted fabric; a detection sliding rod (6) is arranged on the middle section of the middle bar in the angle folding frame (5) in a penetrating and sliding manner, and two proximity switches (8) are symmetrically arranged on the detection sliding rod (6) at the part close to the middle bar; an audible and visual alarm (4) is arranged in the middle of the top end of the mountain-shaped support, an electric cabinet is arranged on the front-end left vertical support plate (101), a singlechip is arranged in the electric cabinet, and two proximity switches (8) are electrically connected with the audible and visual alarm (4), the two serging machines (3) and the motor through the singlechip.
