The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 4. The handheld dust collector of the embodiment of the invention comprises a shell 1, a filtering component 2, a motor component 3, a battery pack 4 and a control circuit board component 5.
The housing 1 includes a dust-absorbing housing 1a and a main housing 1b, the dust-absorbing housing 1a is located in front of the main housing 1b, and the dust-absorbing housing 1a is detachably connected with the main housing 1b, and the detachable connection manner includes, but is not limited to, a rotation clamping connection manner, a fastening manner of fastening a clamping hook with a clamping groove, and the like. The filter assembly 2 and the motor assembly 3 are both disposed within the main housing 1b.
The main housing 1b includes a dirt cup 11b, a rear housing 12b and a hand-held portion 13b. The dust cup 11b is located at the front end of the main casing 1b, and the rear end of the dust cup 11b is detachably connected to the front end of the rear casing 12 b. In this embodiment, the dust suction housing 1a is rotatably engaged with the front end of the dust cup 11b. For this purpose, the dust collection housing 1a is provided with a plurality of rotary locking grooves 10a, and the dust cup 11b is provided with a plurality of rotary locking hooks 10b which are respectively engaged with the rotary locking grooves 10a one by one. In the present embodiment, a portion of the annular housing 32 is located within the rear housing 12 b. A handle 23 is arranged at the top of the filter cover 2 a; the top of the filter housing 2a is in abutting engagement with the attachment disc 12a to form a closed cavity enclosing the handle 23 therein. In the present embodiment, the rear end surface of the connection disc 12a is provided with an annular protrusion 125 protruding toward one side of the filter housing 2 a; the top of the filter cover 2a is provided with a plane part 25, and the handle 23 is convexly arranged on the plane part 25; the top end of the annular projection 125 abuts the planar portion 25 to form a closed cavity 30, and the handle 23 is located in the closed cavity 30. Claims (13)
1. A hand-held dust collector comprises a shell, a filtering component and a motor component; the dust collection device is characterized in that the shell comprises a dust collection shell and a main shell, wherein the dust collection shell is provided with a dust collection pipe, and the front end of the main shell is provided with a dust cup;
the dust collection shell is positioned in front of the main shell, the dust collection shell is detachably connected with the main shell, and the dust collection pipe is communicated with the dust cup;
the main housing is provided with a handheld portion, and the filter assembly and the motor assembly are both arranged in the main housing.
2. The hand-held vacuum cleaner of claim 1 wherein the hand-held vacuum cleaner includes a battery pack removably mounted to a rear end of the main housing.
3. The hand-held cleaner of claim 1 wherein the main housing includes a rear housing, a front end of the rear housing being removably connected to a rear end of the dirt cup.
4. A hand-held cleaner according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the filter assembly is disposed in the dirt cup, the filter assembly comprising a filter housing and a filter cartridge; the filter cover is partially covered outside the filter element, the bottom of the filter cover is detachably connected with the filter element, and the periphery of the rear end of the filter element abuts against the inner wall of the central hole of the dust cup.
5. The hand-held cleaner of claim 4 wherein the inner wall of the central bore of the dirt cup defines a ring of annular steps and the rear end of the filter cartridge defines a ring of annular flanges which bear against the annular steps.
6. The hand-held vacuum cleaner of claim 4 wherein the motor assembly includes a motor, a motor mount, and a fan blade;
the motor is arranged in the filter element and is detachably connected with the motor seat; the motor seat is detachably connected with the rear end of the dust cup; the fan blade is connected with the output shaft of the motor.
7. The hand-held vacuum cleaner of claim 6 wherein the motor mount includes a positioning inner ring, an annular outer cover, and a plurality of ribs circumferentially spaced apart;
the motor is detachably connected with the positioning inner ring through screws, the output shaft of the motor penetrates through the central hole of the positioning inner ring, the periphery of the positioning inner ring is connected with one ends of the connecting ribs, the other ends of the connecting ribs are respectively connected with the periphery of the central through hole of the annular outer cover, the periphery of the annular outer cover is detachably connected with the bottom end of the dust cup, and the annular outer cover covers the fan blades.
8. The hand-held vacuum cleaner of claim 4 wherein the suction housing includes a suction housing body and a connecting disc, the connecting disc being located at a rear end of the suction housing body, the connecting disc being detachably connected to the suction housing body;
the connecting disc is provided with an air vent, and the dust collection pipe is communicated with the dust cup through the air vent.
9. The hand-held cleaner of claim 8 wherein the top of the filter housing is provided with a handle;
the top of the filter cover is in abutting fit with the connecting disc to form a closed cavity which surrounds the handle.
10. The hand-held cleaner according to claim 9, wherein a rear end surface of the connection plate is provided with an annular protrusion protruding toward one side of the filter housing;
the top of the filter cover is provided with a plane part, and the handle is convexly arranged on the plane part; the top end of the annular bulge is abutted against the plane part to form a closed cavity, and the handle is positioned in the closed cavity.
11. The hand-held vacuum cleaner of claim 8 wherein a dust flap is provided at the vent opening, the dust flap being movably coupled to the connecting disc, the dust flap shielding the vent opening when the motor assembly is not in operation and the dust flap opening when the motor assembly is in operation.
12. A hand-held vacuum cleaner according to claim 3, wherein the hand-held portion is a handle, both ends of which are connected to the dirt cup and the rear housing, respectively;
the handle is located directly above the motor assembly.
13. The hand-held vacuum cleaner of claim 1 wherein the suction tube includes an outer suction tube and an inner suction tube, at least a portion of the inner suction tube being disposed within the outer suction tube, the inner suction tube being axially movable relative to the outer suction tube between an extended position and a retracted position.
