The vertical rice steamer as recited in claim 6, characterized in that the bottom of the heat-insulating layer (16) is attached to the bottom of the tank wall and the bottom of the tank, the top (8) of the heat-insulating layer is conical, and a channel for the rotary hanging arm (10) of the rice steamer is reserved on the inclined surface.
