After passing the authority verification, the commodity supply system calls an order acquisition interface to acquire a target virtual commodity order, then calls an order delivery interface to carry out delivery processing on the target virtual commodity order, feeds back delivery information to the electronic commerce platform, and changes the state of the virtual commodity order corresponding to the delivery information in the order pool into delivered after the electronic commerce platform receives the delivery information; therefore, the manual participation degree can be reduced in the process of changing the state of the order, the processing cost of the order is further reduced, and the processing efficiency of the order is improved. And the commodity supply system can call the interface only after passing the authority verification, so that the safety of the applied interface is ensured, and the commodity supply system without the authority cannot call the interface to acquire the order, thereby improving the safety and privacy of the data of the e-commerce platform.
Further, after changing the state of the virtual commodity order to shipped, the e-commerce platform can also determine the virtual commodity order with shipped state as an order to be settled, and trigger a preset settlement subsystem to perform settlement processing on the order to be settled.

Further, the e-commerce platform can not audit the virtual commodity orders in the throwing pool at any time, and the specific process is as follows:

When the waiting time is longer than the preset time, the fact that the merchant does not ship in the specified time is indicated, at the moment, the order to be checked is determined to be an overtime order, early warning information of the order is generated, overtime scores of the overtime order are contained in the early warning information, the overtime scores are higher, the fact that the overtime time is longer is indicated, and the probability that the overtime order is subjected to customer bad evaluation is higher.
After the early warning information is generated, the e-commerce platform can actively send reminding information that the merchant does not deliver the goods in time to the consumer, remind the consumer to return the goods, and can provide corresponding compensation for the consumer, for example, provide coupons for the consumer; the e-commerce platform may also actively refund the amount of the purchased virtual good to the consumer when the merchant is not shipped for a long period of time.
According to the invention, the delivery condition of the virtual commodity order in the throwing pool can be monitored, when the virtual commodity order is overtime and is not delivered, corresponding measures can be taken, the emotion of a consumer is effectively calmed, higher-quality service is provided for the consumer, the viscosity of the consumer and the electronic commerce platform is increased, and the loss of the user of the electronic commerce platform is effectively avoided.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of a scenario application of virtual order processing provided by an embodiment of the present invention is specifically described below:
the invention is not limited to telephone fee recharging, but can be applied to order processing of other virtual goods; the front end of the platform, the bill throwing system and the commodity supply system in the figure are all parts of the e-commerce platform.
And the consumer purchases the goods on the shelf of the goods supply system at the front end of the platform, namely, charges the telephone fee, generates an order of the virtual goods purchased by the consumer through the order interface after the consumer pays successfully, and stores the generated order into the order pool. It should be noted that when the consumer pays unsuccessfully, the corresponding order is not created.
After the commodity supply system passes the permission verification, an order acquisition interface can be called to acquire an order, the acquired order is an order which is paid successfully by a consumer, namely the order to be recharged, then an operator is called to carry out telephone fee recharging operation, further, the operator can generate result information based on the result of the recharging operation, and then the result information is fed back to the order throwing system; further, the result information includes information about whether the recharging operation is successful, and further, the operator performs the recharging operation to be understood as shipping based on the order, when the operation is performed successfully, the generated result information includes content of successful execution, and when the operation is performed unsuccessfully, the generated result information includes content of failed execution.
Preferably, the order throwing system can call back the information of the order, the information of the order includes but is not limited to the result information fed back by the operator, whether the operator successfully executes the recharging operation is judged based on the information of the order, and when the operator fails to execute the recharging operation, the order throwing system can call a refund interface to generate a refund after sale order of the order, and refund is given to consumers under the condition of no delivery; when the recharging operation is successfully carried out by the operator, the bill throwing system also needs to judge whether the recharging expense of the operator is recharged to the account of the consumer, and when the recharging operation is not carried out to the account of the consumer, the operator is indicated that the recharging operation is carried out, but the recharging process is abnormal, no telephone charge is not normally recharged to the account of the consumer, and the bill throwing system needs to refund the consumer at the moment, and the customer of the bill throwing system restarts the order after sale, and opens the refund state of the order so as to apply refund by the consumer.

Furthermore, after the front end of the platform finishes payment, the information of the order can be recalled, when the recalled order information is overtime, the fact that the supplier does not carry out recharging processing in the specified time is indicated, the order is overtime, a post-sale refund order of the order can be generated at the moment, and then refund is given to the consumer.

the commodity supply system needs to be firstly accessed to the resident electronic commerce platform and then issues the commodity, further, the commodity supply system needs to clearly sell commodity types when the commodity supply system is accessed to the resident electronic commerce platform, specifically, the commodity supply system sells virtual commodities, when the commodity supply system is accessed to the resident electronic commerce platform, an interface corresponding to the virtual commodities needs to be used for accessing the electronic commerce platform so that a corresponding interface can be called to generate a corresponding order later, so that the order of the virtual commodities is distinguished from the order of the physical commodities, and preferably, the commodity supply system is a system for selling the virtual commodities. Preferably, the commodity supply system is in the e-commerce platform and the commodity issuing process can be realized through the e-commerce platform.
The electronic commerce platform puts the commodity released by the commodity supply system on shelf, then a consumer can place an order to purchase the put commodity, after the consumer finishes paying, the electronic commerce platform can generate a corresponding order, then the order is stored in the order pool, further, the electronic commerce platform puts the commodity on shelf, after the consumer places the commodity, the order is generated, and is stored in the order pool, preferably, the order can be put in the stock table besides the order is stored in the order pool, and the contents can be realized through an order system of the electronic commerce platform.
The commodity supply system can acquire orders from the E-commerce platform after passing the authority verification, and the commodity supply system can call the interface to acquire the orders after passing the authority verification by using the interface call key distributed by the electric fan platform when entering the residence. Preferably, the e-commerce platform can also perform the order throwing processing on the order in the order throwing pool, namely, the virtual commodity order is stripped through the interface, and then the stripped virtual commodity order is thrown to the commodity supply system passing the authority verification. After acquiring the order, the commodity supply system performs shipping processing on the order, generates shipping information and sends the shipping information to the e-commerce platform. The electronic commerce platform changes the delivery state of the order based on the order information, namely, the order is changed from non-delivery to delivery, then whether the order is successfully delivered is determined, namely, whether virtual goods of the order are sent to an account of a consumer is determined, when the delivery is successful, the order can be settled, and if the delivery is unsuccessful, refund processing is required to be carried out on the order so as to refund the paid amount to the consumer. Preferably, the content described herein may be implemented by a bill-by-bill collaboration system of an e-commerce system, which may be understood as the bill-by-bill system above.
Preferably, the invention can monitor the delivery condition of the virtual commodity by applying the developed bill throwing system, and by using the bill throwing system, the system of the commodity supplier can access to the electronic commerce platform according to the specification of the bill throwing system without developing unique codes for each commodity supplier, thereby accelerating the demand of the commodity supplier for quick access to the platform and effectively reducing the development cost. In addition, when the invention is applied to change the order state of the virtual commodity, the manual participation is effectively reduced, the workload of staff is reduced, and the processing cost of the order is reduced.
Corresponding to the method shown in fig. 1, the present invention further provides a virtual commodity order processing apparatus, where the apparatus is configured to support the specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, and referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of a virtual commodity order processing apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention is specifically described below:
a verification unit 601, configured to obtain an order acquisition request sent by a commodity supply system, and perform authority verification on the commodity supply system based on the order acquisition request;
the feedback unit 602 is configured to, when the commodity supply system passes the authority verification, feed back verification passing information to the commodity supply system, so that the commodity supply system calls a preset order acquisition interface to acquire a target virtual commodity order in a preset throwing pool in response to the verification passing information, where the target virtual commodity order is a virtual commodity order belonging to the commodity supply system and in a state of not being shipped;
And an obtaining unit 603, configured to obtain shipping information sent by the commodity supply system, and change a status of a virtual commodity order corresponding to the shipping information in the bill casting pool to shipped, where the shipping information is information generated after the commodity supply system invokes a preset order shipping interface to perform a shipping operation on the target virtual commodity order.
In the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, an order acquisition request sent by a commodity supply system is acquired, and authority verification is carried out on the commodity supply system based on the order acquisition request; when the commodity supply system passes the authority verification, the verification passing information is fed back to the commodity supply system, so that the commodity supply system responds to the verification passing information, a preset order acquisition interface is called to acquire a target virtual commodity order in the throwing pool, wherein the target virtual commodity order belongs to the commodity supply system, and the state is a virtual commodity order which is not shipped; and acquiring delivery information sent by the commodity supply system, changing the state of the virtual commodity order corresponding to the delivery information in the bill throwing pool into delivery information, and calling a preset order delivery interface for the commodity supply system to carry out delivery operation on the target virtual commodity order by the delivery information to generate information. After passing the authority verification, the commodity supply system calls an order acquisition interface to acquire a target virtual commodity order, then calls an order delivery interface to carry out delivery processing on the target virtual commodity order, feeds back delivery information to the electronic commerce platform, and changes the state of the virtual commodity order corresponding to the delivery information in the order pool into delivered after the electronic commerce platform receives the delivery information; therefore, the manual participation degree can be reduced in the process of changing the state of the order, the processing cost of the order is further reduced, and the processing efficiency of the order is improved. And the commodity supply system can call the interface only after passing the authority verification, so that the safety of the applied interface is ensured, and the commodity supply system without the authority cannot call the interface to acquire the order, thereby improving the safety and privacy of the data of the e-commerce platform.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, which comprises stored instructions, wherein the equipment where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the virtual commodity order processing method when the instructions run.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, whose structural schematic diagram is shown in fig. 7, specifically including a memory 701, and one or more instructions 702, where the one or more instructions 702 are stored in the memory 701, and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 703 to perform the above operations by the one or more instructions 702.
The specific implementation process and derivative manner of the above embodiments are all within the protection scope of the present invention. The specific working process of each unit and subunit in the virtual commodity order processing device disclosed in the above embodiment of the present invention can refer to the corresponding content in the virtual commodity order processing method disclosed in the above embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing a virtual commodity order, comprising:
acquiring an order acquisition request sent by a commodity supply system, and performing authority verification on the commodity supply system based on the order acquisition request;
when the commodity supply system passes the authority verification, feeding back verification passing information to the commodity supply system, so that the commodity supply system responds to the verification passing information, and calling a preset order acquisition interface to acquire a target virtual commodity order in a preset throwing pool, wherein the target virtual commodity order belongs to the commodity supply system and is in a non-delivery state;
And acquiring delivery information sent by the commodity supply system, changing the state of the virtual commodity order corresponding to the delivery information in the bill casting pool into delivery information, and calling a preset order delivery interface for the commodity supply system to carry out delivery operation on the target virtual commodity order by the delivery information to generate information.
2. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and determining the virtual commodity order with the shipped state as an order to be settled, and triggering a preset settlement subsystem to perform settlement processing on the order to be settled.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein triggering a preset settlement subsystem to perform settlement processing on the order to be settled comprises:
the settlement subsystem verifies whether the delivery path of the virtual commodity of the order to be settled is abnormal or not;
and when the delivery path of the virtual commodity of the order to be settled is not abnormal, determining the order settlement money of the order to be settled, and paying the amount corresponding to the order settlement money to the commodity supply system.
4. A method according to claim 3, further comprising:
And when the delivery path of the virtual commodity of the order to be settled is abnormal, determining the payment information of the order to be settled, and executing refund processing based on the payment information.
5. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
determining the virtual commodity order in the throwing pool, which is not shipped, as an order to be checked;
determining the waiting time length of the order to be checked based on the order generation time of the order to be checked;
and when the waiting time is longer than the preset time, determining the order to be checked as a overtime order, and generating early warning information of the overtime order.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the verifying the entitlement of the merchandise supply system based on the order acquisition request comprises:
acquiring an interface call key in the order acquisition request;
determining residence information of the commodity supply system;
judging whether the interface calling key is consistent with the key in the residence information;
when the interface calling key is consistent with the key in the residence information, determining that the commodity supply system passes the authority verification;
and when the key is inconsistent with the key in the residence information, determining that the commodity supply system fails to pass the permission verification.
7. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
receiving commodity purchase information and determining the type of the purchased commodity based on the commodity purchase information;
when the commodity type is a virtual class, calling an order interface corresponding to the virtual class to process the commodity purchase information, and generating a virtual commodity order;
and storing the virtual commodity order into the throwing pool.
8. A virtual commodity order processing apparatus, comprising:
the verification unit is used for acquiring an order acquisition request sent by the commodity supply system and verifying the authority of the commodity supply system based on the order acquisition request;
the feedback unit is used for feeding back verification passing information to the commodity supply system when the commodity supply system passes the authority verification, so that the commodity supply system responds to the verification passing information and calls a preset order acquisition interface to acquire a target virtual commodity order in a preset throwing pool, wherein the target virtual commodity order belongs to the commodity supply system and is in a non-delivery state;
the commodity delivery system comprises an acquisition unit, a commodity delivery unit and a commodity delivery unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring delivery information sent by the commodity delivery system, changing the state of a virtual commodity order corresponding to the delivery information in the commodity delivery pool into information which is generated after the commodity delivery unit calls a preset order delivery interface to carry out delivery operation on the target virtual commodity order.
