As shown in fig. 5, the height of the fixing mechanism 5 can be adjusted by threads, the height of the first suction cup 501 is adjusted by threads between the backplate 201 and the first suction cup 501, and the angle of the circuit board 4 is adjusted by adjusting the relative height of the first suction cup 501, so as to be suitable for the display devices 100 with different sizes and styles.
In an embodiment, the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 have conductivity and are electrically connected, and the first suction cup 501 is in suction contact with the GND layer of the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4, so that the GND layer (not shown) of the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4 is electrically connected with the backplate 201. The surface of the circuit board 4 facing the fixing mechanism 5 is a back surface 401 of the circuit board 4, and the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4 has a GND layer. The first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 have conductivity, and a conductive cloth in the prior art is omitted, further simplifying the structure of the display device 100.
Specifically, the surfaces of the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 have conductive coatings, so that the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 have conductivity, or the materials of the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 are conductive materials, that is, the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 are made of conductive materials, so that the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 have conductivity. The fixing portion 502 has a conductive layer on a surface or a conductive wire inside.
In a specific embodiment, the position of the fixing mechanism 5 on the backplate 201 may be adjusted, for example, a screw may be provided on the side of the fixing portion 502 near the backplate 201, a plurality of screw holes may be provided on the backplate 201, and the position of the fixing mechanism 5 on the backplate 201 may be adjusted by connecting the screw with different screw holes. In addition, the number of the fixing mechanisms 5 may be adjusted, and the number of the fixing mechanisms 5 may be plural, for example, 2 or 3, and may be determined according to the size, and the shape of the circuit board 4 required in a specific case. The fixing mechanism 5 of the display device 100 can select the positioning range and the number of the fixing mechanisms 5, so that the stability and the flexibility of fixing the circuit board 4 are improved, and the problem that the arrangement of each device of the fixing mechanism 5 and the circuit board 4 is interfered with each other can be solved.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a part of a structure of a display device according to a third embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the display device 100 includes a display panel 1, a backplate 201, a flip chip film 3, a circuit board 4, a fixing mechanism 5, a frame module 6, a backlight module 2, and a rear cover 7. The structure and function of all the other components except the fixing mechanism 5 are described and illustrated in detail in the above embodiments, and reference is made to the description of the above embodiments, which is not repeated here.
Referring to fig. 6, the fixing mechanism 5 provided in this embodiment includes a first suction cup 501 and a fixing portion 502, and the structure of the display device 100 in this embodiment is different from that of the display device 100 related to the above embodiment in that the fixing mechanism 5, as shown in fig. 6, is that the first suction cup 501 and the backplate 201 are fixed in an adsorption manner, and the side of the fixing portion 502 near the circuit board 4 is fixed in a non-adsorption manner on the circuit board 4. In a specific embodiment, the fixing portion 502 may be adhered to the circuit board 4 by using an adhesive, or the fixing portion 502 may be welded to the circuit board 4 by using a welding method, or other non-adsorption fixing methods may be adopted, which is not limited herein. With the fixing mechanism 5 in the present embodiment, the fixing portion 502 is fixed only to the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4, and this way can solve the problem that the fixing mechanism 5 and other various electronic component layouts on the front surface of the circuit board 4 interfere with each other.
In a specific embodiment, the fixing portion 502 adsorbs a part of the surface of the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4, so that the rest of the surface of the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4 is exposed.
In another embodiment, the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 are electrically conductive and electrically connected, and the fixing portion 502 is electrically connected to the GND layer (not shown) on the back side of the circuit board 4 by means of conductive adhesive or soldering, so that the GND layer on the back side of the circuit board 4 is electrically connected to the backplate 201, which reduces the presence of conductive cloth in the prior art, further simplifies the structure of the display device 100, and has conductive performance.
Specifically, the surfaces of the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 have conductive coatings, so that the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 have conductivity, or the materials of the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 are conductive materials, that is, the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 are made of conductive materials, so that the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 have conductivity. The fixing portion 502 has a conductive layer on a surface or a conductive wire inside.
In this embodiment, the height of the first suction cup 501 and the number and positions of the fixing mechanisms 5 may also be adjusted, and the specific adjustment manner and function may refer to the adjustment manner and function of the height of the first suction cup 501 and the number and positions of the fixing mechanisms 5 provided in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, which are not described herein.
The application provides a display device 100, which comprises a display panel 1, a backboard 201, a fixing mechanism 5, a flip chip film 3 and a circuit board 4. By adopting the fixing mechanism 5 having the suction cup and the fixing portion 502, the suction cup only sucks the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4, or the fixing portion 502 is only fixed on the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4, the problem that the fixing mechanism 5 and other various electronic component layouts on the front surface of the circuit board 4 interfere with each other can be solved. A part of the surface of the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4 is sucked by the first suction cup 501; or the fixing portion 502 adsorbs a part of the surface of the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4 so that the remaining part of the surface of the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4 is exposed; compared with the prior art, after the circuit board 4 and the backboard 201 are incompletely contacted and attached, the front surface and the back surface of the circuit board 4 can be used as heat dissipation surfaces for dissipating heat, so that the heat dissipation effect of the circuit board 4 is better. Meanwhile, the fixing mechanism 5 of the display device 100 can select the positioning range and the number of the fixing mechanisms 5, so that the stability and the flexibility of fixing the circuit board 4 are improved. By making the first suction pad 501 and the second suction pad 503 conductive, the first suction pad 501 is in suction contact with a GND layer (not shown) of the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4; or the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 have conductivity and are electrically connected, and the first suction cup 501 is in suction contact with the GND layer of the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4; or the first suction cup 501 and the fixing portion 502 are electrically conductive and electrically connected; the GND layer of the back surface 401 of the circuit board 4 is electrically connected to the backplate 201, reducing the presence of conductive cloth in the prior art, and further simplifying the structure of the display device 100. The height of the fixing mechanism 5 can be adjusted, and the circuit board 4 is parallel to the surface of the backplate 201 for fixing the fixing mechanism 5, so that the fixing mechanism 5 in the application can reduce the bending degree of the flip chip film 3, that is, the fixing mechanism 5 in the display device 100 provided by the application can solve abnormal display caused by bending. The shape and structure of the fixing mechanism 5 of the display device 100 provided by the application bring a plurality of beneficial effects to the display device 100.

Claims (10)

1. A display device, comprising:
a display panel having a light-emitting surface;
the backboard is arranged on one side of the display panel, which is away from the light-emitting surface;
the fixing mechanism is arranged on the surface of the backboard, which is away from the display panel;
one end of the flip chip film is electrically connected with the display panel;
the circuit board is electrically connected with the other end of the flip chip film and is fixed on the surface of the backboard, which is away from the display panel, through the fixing mechanism;
the fixing mechanism is characterized in that the fixing mechanism is positioned between the backboard and the circuit board.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein a side of the fixing mechanism, which is close to the circuit board, is provided with a first sucker, and the first sucker and the circuit board are fixed in an adsorption manner; the fixing mechanism is provided with a second sucker on one side close to the backboard, and the fixing mechanism is fixed on the backboard in an adsorption mode through the second sucker.
3. The display device according to claim 2, wherein the fixing mechanism further includes a fixing portion that connects the first suction cup and the second suction cup; the first sucking disc and the second sucking disc have conductivity, the fixing part is used for electrically connecting the first sucking disc and the second sucking disc, and the first sucking disc is in adsorption contact with the GND layer on the back of the circuit board, so that the GND layer on the back of the circuit board is electrically connected with the backboard.
4. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the fixing mechanism includes a first suction cup and a fixing portion connected to the first suction cup; the first sucker and the circuit board are fixed in an adsorption mode, and one side of the fixing part, which is close to the backboard, is fixed on the backboard in a non-adsorption mode; or (b)
The first sucker and the backboard are fixed in an adsorption mode, and one side of the fixing part, which is close to the circuit board, is fixed on the circuit board in a non-adsorption mode.
5. The display device according to claim 4, wherein the first suction cup and the fixing portion have conductivity and are electrically connected, and the first suction cup is in suction contact with the GND layer of the back surface of the circuit board so that the GND layer of the back surface of the circuit board is electrically connected to the back plate; or (b)
The fixing portion is electrically connected with the GND layer of the back side of the circuit board, so that the GND layer of the back side of the circuit board is electrically connected with the back plate.
6. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first suction cup sucks a part of a surface of the back surface of the circuit board so that the remaining part of the surface of the back surface of the circuit board is exposed.
7. The display device of claim 1, wherein the display device comprises a bezel module and a backlight module, wherein:
the backlight module comprises the backboard;
the frame module comprises a first frame and a second frame;
the backlight module is arranged on one side of the display panel, which is away from the light emitting surface;
the display panel is clamped and fixed between the first frame and the second frame; and a part of the flip chip film is positioned between the first frame and the second frame.
8. The display device according to claim 7, wherein the flip chip film comprises a first connection portion, an intermediate portion, and a second connection portion connected in this order, wherein:
the first connecting part and the middle part are arranged between the first frame and the second frame; the first connecting part is electrically connected with the display panel, the middle part is parallel to the side wall of the second frame, and the second connecting part is arranged in parallel with the circuit board and is electrically connected with the circuit board.
9. The display device of claim 8, wherein the circuit board is parallel to a surface of the back plate for securing the securing mechanism.
10. The display device of claim 2, wherein the height of the first suction cup is adjustable.
