At present, an oil seal mode of a starter is an onboard oil seal, and when the starter is installed on an airplane, the onboard oil seal is developed by utilizing a main engine oil seal device of the airplane and an airplane operation platform. However, the on-board oil seal has the following disadvantages:
1. the joint of the main engine oil seal device needs to be refitted, meanwhile, the main engine oil seal device and the aircraft operation platform are large in mass and complex in structure, cannot be independently placed on the ground to independently operate, and needs a long pipeline to be connected with a starter positioned on the back of the aircraft, so that the operation is very inconvenient.
2. In addition, the oil seal device further comprises a residual oil collecting system for collecting residual oil discharged in the starter oil seal process. The residual oil collecting system comprises an exhaust guiding device, a guiding pipe and a residual oil collecting container, wherein the exhaust guiding device is arranged at an exhaust port of the starter and used for guiding oil-sealed oil blown out from the exhaust port to a proper direction, so that the oil-sealed oil is prevented from drifting around and is convenient to clean, and the guiding pipe is respectively connected with a fuel oil discharging nozzle, a fuel oil return nozzle, a lubricating oil return nozzle, an oil discharging port of the exhaust guiding device and the residual oil collecting container of the starter. The exhaust guiding device uses a flanging of an exhaust outlet of the starter as a supporting and fixing platform, an interface of the exhaust guiding device is attached to the flanging of the exhaust outlet and placed on the flanging platform, and a fixing claw on the exhaust guiding device is used for grabbing the flanging to achieve fixing.
It can be understood that the inventor of the invention has completed the actual manufacture of the oil seal device, and has selected 10 ground detached starters to perform internal dynamic oil seal treatment, in the oil seal process, the internal oil pressure, each relevant control signal and operation data are all normal, the oil inlet and return system can work normally, the exhaust guide device can effectively prevent the oil from diffusing, and the oil seal storage of the internal fuel oil system of the starter can be successfully realized on the ground without external resources.

1. An oil seal apparatus for a gas turbine starter, comprising:
the power supply and control system is used for providing a stable power supply for the starter and controlling the starter oil seal mode to switch among a static oil seal mode, a dynamic oil seal mode and a cold running mode;
the oil seal oil supply system is used for supplying oil seal oil to the fuel system of the starter in a static oil seal mode or a dynamic oil seal mode;
and the lubricating oil supply system is used for providing lubricating oil for the lubricating oil system of the starter in the dynamic oil seal mode or the cold running mode.
2. The oil seal apparatus of a gas turbine starter as set forth in claim 1, wherein the power supply and control system includes a power supply, a start-stop switch, a first relay, a motor switch, an oil supply switch, and an oil pump switch, the power supply is used for providing a stable dc power supply for an electric booster pump, a starter motor, a stop solenoid valve and a state readjustment solenoid valve of the oil seal oil supply system, wherein the electric booster pump, the starter motor, the stop solenoid valve and the state readjustment solenoid valve are connected in parallel and then connected in series with the start-stop switch, the start-stop switch is used for controlling start-stop of the whole system, the first relay is used for controlling on-off of a power supply branch where the starter motor is located, the motor switch is disposed on the power supply branch where the first relay is located and used for controlling start-stop of the starter motor, the stop solenoid valve and the state readjustment solenoid valve are connected in parallel and then connected in series with the oil supply switch, the oil supply switch is used for controlling opening or closing of a fuel outlet of a fuel adjusting accessory of the starter, and the oil pump switch is disposed on the power supply branch where the electric booster pump is located.

The oil seal apparatus of a gas turbine starter as set forth in claim 2, wherein when the start-stop switch and the oil pump switch are closed and the motor switch and the oil supply switch are opened, the starter motor is not operated, the fuel outlet of the fuel regulating attachment and the shutter valve of the starter fuel system are both closed, the oil seal oil is supplied to the fuel regulating attachment of the starter only by the electric booster pump of the oil seal oil supply system, and the fuel regulating attachment of the starter is only oil-sealed, thereby achieving the static seal of the starter.

The oil seal apparatus of a gas turbine starter as set forth in claim 2, wherein when the start-stop switch, the motor switch, the oil supply switch, and the oil pump switch are simultaneously closed, the starter motor operates and drives the fuel booster pump and the oil booster pump in the starter to operate, the fuel outlet of the fuel regulating accessory and the shutter of the starter fuel system are both opened, the electric booster pump of the oil seal oil supply system and the fuel booster pump in the starter pump oil seal oil together to the fuel system of the starter to seal the entire fuel system of the starter, and simultaneously the oil booster pump in the starter pumps lubricating oil to the oil system of the starter to seal the oil system of the starter, thereby realizing dynamic oil seal of the starter.

The oil seal apparatus of a gas turbine starter as set forth in claim 2, wherein when the start-stop switch and the motor switch are closed and the oil supply switch and the oil pump switch are opened, the starter motor is operated and drives the fuel booster pump and the oil pump in the starter to operate, the electric booster pump of the oil seal oil supply system is not operated, the fuel outlet of the fuel adjusting accessory and the shutter valve of the starter fuel system are both closed, and the lubricating oil is pumped from the oil supply system only by the oil pump in the starter, and only the oil pump of the starter is sealed, thereby realizing the cold operation of the starter.

The oil seal apparatus of a gas turbine starter as set forth in claim 2 further comprising a time relay connected in series with the starter motor, the stop solenoid valve and the status readjustment solenoid valve after being connected in parallel, the time relay being adapted to control a delayed disconnection of a power supply branch of the starter motor, the stop solenoid valve and the status readjustment solenoid valve.

The oil seal apparatus of a gas turbine starter as set forth in claim 2, wherein the power supply includes a charging power supply for converting alternating current into direct current, a battery for directly supplying direct current, the charging power supply and the battery being powered in parallel, and a second relay for controlling on-off of a battery charging circuit, the second relay forming a series loop with the start-stop switch and the charging power supply, the second relay being energized and controlling the charging circuit of the battery to be closed when the start-stop switch is closed, to charge the battery by the charging power supply.
8. The oil seal apparatus of a gas turbine starter as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a residual oil collection system for collecting residual oil discharged during oil sealing of the starter.

The oil seal apparatus of a gas turbine starter as set forth in claim 8, wherein said residual oil collecting system includes an exhaust guide means installed at an exhaust port of the starter for guiding the oil seal oil blown out from the exhaust port to an appropriate direction, a guide pipe connected to a fuel discharge nozzle, a fuel return nozzle, a lubricant return nozzle, an oil discharge port of the exhaust guide means, and a residual oil collecting container, respectively.
10. The gas turbine starter oil seal apparatus of claim 7 wherein said first relay and said second relay each employ an electromagnetic current relay capable of withstanding 1000A of current.
