The orthodontic irrigator of claim 1 wherein the local water pressure is readily adjustable by the user, and wherein: the guide assembly (13) comprises a connecting plate (1301) fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the fixed plate (11), a waterproof motor (1302) is fixedly mounted on the connecting plate (1301), a rotating plate (1303) is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the waterproof motor (1302), a protruding plate (1304) is fixedly arranged on the left side of the rotating plate (1303), a first spring (1305) is fixedly mounted on the right surface of the protruding plate (1304), a connecting plate (1306) is fixedly connected to the right side of the first spring (1305), a rotating shaft (1307) is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the connecting plate (1306), a sliding rod (1308) is rotatably mounted under the rotating shaft (1307), and sliding connection is achieved between the sliding rod (1308) and the rotating plate (1303).
