Fig. 2 illustrates a flow 200 of one embodiment of a message processing method of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the message processing method of the present embodiment may include the steps of:
in step 201, an online document is created in response to receiving a topic issuing instruction of a first user in a group session.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a user may publish topic content in a session of an instant messaging application, which may be content soliciting replies from in-session members. For example, an instant messaging application may include multiple group sessions, or groups, in which a user may send instant messages. If the user triggered a topic issuing instruction in the group session, an online document would be created. Here, the user who executes the topic issuing instruction is referred to as a first user. The topic issuing instruction may be triggered by the first user through a preset button in the instant messaging application interface. The topic issuance instruction may include content information of the topic, for example, may include a name of the topic, content description information of the topic, an initiation time, a deadline of the topic, or a participation object of the topic, and the like. The online document may be created by a preset document creation instruction. An online document is a document that can be collaborated online by multiple people, such as an online text editing document, an online form, an online presentation, an online whiteboard, or an online mind map.
Step 202, recording content information of topics in the online document, and sending a first message of topics in a group session with the identity of a first user based on a message processing strategy configured in the online document.
In some implementations of the present disclosure, content information for topics is recorded into an online document after the online document is created. Message handling policies may be configured in the online document. By configuring the message processing strategy of the online document, the session message can be automatically sent to the group session when the preset condition is met.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the message processing policy may be configured by the first user through a preset interface in the instant messaging application. Alternatively, the message handling policy may be configured by the first user through a preset interface in the online document. Alternatively, when an online document is created, a preset document template is invoked, the template being associated with a topic issuing instruction, the document template having been configured with the message handling policy.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the message processing policy may include execution conditions and execution actions, wherein the execution conditions may include any one of the following: when new content is added to the online document, when existing content in the online document is modified, and when the new content added to the online document satisfies the condition. When any of the above is met, performing the action may include: and sending a message containing the specified content to the specified session of the specified instant messaging application, wherein the specified instant messaging application, the specified session or the specified content can be configured. For example, configuring a specified instant messaging application as product a, a specified session as session B in product a, and specified content may be configured as new content added in the above-described document. The above examples of specifying an instant messaging application, specifying a session, or specifying content are only one of the possible cases, and a user can make a wider selection and configuration as needed in actual configuration.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first message on the topic may be sent in the group session with the identity of the first user based on the message processing policy described above. That is, it is seen to the other users in the group session that the first user sent the first message in the group session. In practice the first message is sent by the online document in the instant messaging application according to the message handling policy. Or the instant messaging application receives the indication sent by the online document based on the message processing strategy, and sends the first message in the group session according to the indication by the instant messaging application according to the identity of the first user. The first message comprises content information of topics.
According to the message processing method, when the user needs to send topics in the group, the message about the topics can be automatically sent to the group session by the message processing strategy configured by the online document, and the information about the topics is collected into the online document for recording, so that the message statistics collection efficiency is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 3, a flow 300 of another embodiment of a message processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 3, the method in this embodiment may include the steps of:
in step 301, an online document is created in response to receiving a topic issuing instruction of a first user in a group session.
Step 302, recording content information of topics in the online document, and sending a first message of topics in a group session with the identity of a first user based on a message processing policy configured in the online document.
Step 303, in response to receiving the reply message of the second user to the first message, recording the content of the reply message in the online document, and sending the second message of the topic in the group session with the identity of the second user based on the message processing policy.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after sending the first message to the group session, other users in the group session may reply to the first message. Herein, the other user is referred to as a second user, and a message that the second user replies to the first message is referred to as a reply message. After the second user sends the reply message, the content of the reply message may be recorded in the online document. Then, based again on the message handling policy, a second message of the topic is sent in the group session with the identity of the second user, the second message comprising the content of the reply message. Here, the second message is sent by the sender of the reply message described above for the first user and other users in the group session. In effect, online documents are sent in an instant messaging application in accordance with a message handling policy. Or the instant messaging application receives the indication sent by the online document based on the message processing strategy, and sends a second message in the group session according to the indication by the instant messaging application according to the identity of the second user. The second message may differ from the first message in that the reply content of the second user is included in the second message.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second user replies to the first message by triggering the message body of the first message, rather than directly sending the reply message in the message edit box of the group session, to enable recording the content of the reply message into the online document.
According to the message processing method, when the user replies to the topic in the group, the reply message about the topic can be automatically sent to the group session by the message processing strategy configured by the online document according to the identity of the user, and the content of the reply message is collected into the online document for recording, so that the message statistics collection efficiency is improved.
