Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described in conjunction with the embodiments, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
At present, the existing instant voice communication method cannot provide high-quality call service aiming at scenes such as complex environments or weak base station signals, so that user experience is poor.
For the convenience of understanding the present embodiment, first, a detailed description will be given of an instant voice call method disclosed in the present embodiment, and the method is applied to a call server, referring to a flow chart of an instant voice call method shown in fig. 1, and the method mainly includes the following steps S102 to S106:
step S102, when a call request transferred by the voice gateway is received, determining a push identifier associated with the current number corresponding to the call request. When receiving a call request sent by a calling mobile terminal, the voice network transfers the call request to a call server, and the call request carries the current number to be called. The calling mobile terminal is the mobile terminal for dialing out the number, and the called mobile terminal is the called mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, when receiving a call request for calling a mobile terminal, a voice gateway detects a mobile phone signal corresponding to a current number carried by the mobile phone signal, if the strength of the mobile phone signal is higher than a preset threshold, the voice gateway directly sends a voice call invitation to a called mobile terminal, and if the strength of the mobile phone signal is lower than the preset threshold, the call request is transferred to a communication server, and meanwhile, a user identifier associated with the current number to be called is sent to the communication server.
In one embodiment, the called mobile terminal is pre-installed with a call application program, and registers an account number and a password in the call application program, the call application program binds the account number and the current number used by the called mobile terminal to upload to a call server, and meanwhile generates a push identifier (CID, connection IDentifier) and a User Identifier (UID), binds the current number, the push identifier and the user identifier, and stores the same to the call server. On the basis, when the call server receives a call request, the corresponding push identifier can be found based on the received user identifier.
Step S104, sending the call invitation pushing to the called mobile terminal corresponding to the pushing identification, so that the called mobile terminal responds to the triggering operation aiming at the call invitation pushing and re-registers to the call server through the pre-installed call application program. In one embodiment, the communication server searches a corresponding push identifier according to a user identifier associated with a current number to be called, and after the push identifier is found, sends a call invitation push to a called mobile terminal corresponding to the push identifier to inform a user of the called mobile terminal that a call to be answered exists.
Step S106, if the re-registration of the called mobile terminal is monitored to be successful, the connection state between the call server and the called mobile terminal is determined to be normal, and voice call invitation is initiated to the called mobile terminal, so that the called mobile terminal responds to the triggering operation aiming at the voice call invitation, and a voice call channel between the calling mobile terminal and the called mobile terminal is established. In one embodiment, when the re-registration of the called mobile terminal is successful, it can be determined that the call application program is normally connected to the call server, at this time, the called mobile terminal in the voice call invitation transmission can be determined, if the user of the called mobile terminal clicks the voice call invitation, the user is considered to agree to answer, so that a voice call channel between the calling mobile terminal and the called mobile terminal is established, and the respective users of the calling mobile terminal and the called mobile terminal can perform instant voice call conveniently.
The instant voice call method provided by the embodiment of the invention can push and send the call invitation to the corresponding called mobile terminal so that the called mobile terminal can re-register to the call server by using the call application program, and after the re-register is successful, the voice call invitation is sent to the called mobile terminal again, and after the called mobile terminal triggers the voice call invitation, a voice call channel can be established and the instant voice call is realized.
In one embodiment, the user of the called mobile terminal needs to configure and register the called mobile terminal in advance before receiving the call request transferred by the voice gateway. Specific: if the called mobile terminal is monitored, the called mobile terminal is registered to the call server for the first time through the call application program, a push identifier and a user identifier are generated, and the current number, the push identifier and the user identifier of the called mobile terminal are stored in a correlated mode. The call server may be a FreeSwitch server, the call application is abbreviated as communication APP (Application), the call APP is embedded with a Web-View page of the Uni-APP, and the Web-View page uses sipml5 to implement an instant voice call with the calling mobile terminal, such as a code schematic shown in fig. 2. In practical application, the called mobile terminal needs to install the communication APP in advance, set the microphone authority of the communication APP and the authority of receiving the push of the call invitation, when the called mobile terminal opens the communication APP, the communication APP will automatically register the SIP (Session initialization Protocol, session initiation protocol) account bound with the current number to the FreeSwitch server, acquire the push identifier CID and the user identifier UID of the called mobile terminal at the same time, such as another code schematic diagram shown in fig. 3, and send the push identifier CIU and the user identifier UID to the back end for storage.
It can be understood that if the communication APP is installed by the called mobile terminal, the communication APP is not opened all the time, that is, the push identifier CIU and the user identifier UID of the called mobile terminal have never been sent to the FreeSwitch server, so even if there is an incoming call, the communication APP cannot receive a call invitation, because the FreeSwitch server cannot find the CIU of the called mobile terminal according to the user identifier UID, and cannot enter the voice call invitation. If the called mobile terminal installs the communication APP, and exits the communication APP after opening, and if the called mobile terminal wants to receive offline push of the call invitation, the configuration of offline notifications of different brands of mobile phone manufacturers of the communication APP application is required to be configured in the background of a development center of the Uni-App, such as an offline configuration schematic diagram shown in FIG. 4, so that the called mobile terminal can receive offline push of the call invitation sent by the Freeswitch server.
On the basis that the called mobile terminal completes the configuration, the FreeSwitch server can execute the steps S102 to S106.
In one embodiment, before executing step S106, it may be determined whether the re-registration of the called mobile terminal is successful according to the following steps: judging whether a user identifier associated with the current number sent by the called mobile terminal is received within a preset time length; if yes, determining that the called mobile terminal is successfully re-registered; if not, determining that the re-registration of the called mobile terminal fails. Assuming that the preset duration is 1 minute, if the user identification UID sent by the called mobile terminal is not received within 1 minute, the terminal is called, and if the user identification UID sent by the called mobile terminal is received within 1 minute, step S106 is continuously performed.
In order to facilitate understanding of the foregoing embodiments, the embodiment of the present invention provides another instant voice call method, which is applied to a called mobile terminal, and provides a graphical user interface through the called mobile terminal, referring to a flowchart of another instant voice call method shown in fig. 5, the method mainly includes the following steps S502 to S508:
step S502, when receiving the call invitation pushing sent by the call server, displaying the call invitation pushing through a graphical user interface; the call server is used for determining a push identifier associated with the current number corresponding to the call request when receiving the call request transferred by the voice gateway, and sending call invitation push to a called mobile terminal corresponding to the push identifier;
in step S504, in response to the triggering operation for pushing the call invitation, the call server is re-registered through the pre-installed call application program, so that when the call server monitors that the re-registration of the called mobile terminal is successful, it is determined that the connection state between the call server and the called mobile terminal is normal, and a voice call invitation is initiated to the called mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, a Web-View page of a call application may be displayed through a graphical user interface in response to a triggering operation for a call invitation push, and re-registered with a call server; if the re-registration is successful within the preset time length, the user identification associated with the current number is sent to the call server, so that the call server monitors that the re-registration of the called mobile terminal is successful. The call application program is embedded with a Web-View page of the Uni-App, and the Web-View page uses sipml5 to realize instant voice call with the calling mobile terminal.
Step S506, the voice call invitation is displayed through the graphical user interface.
Step S508, responding to the triggering operation aiming at the voice call invitation, and establishing a voice call channel between the calling mobile terminal and the called mobile terminal. In one embodiment, an answer interface may be displayed through a graphical user interface in response to a triggering operation for a voice call invitation; wherein, the content displayed by the answering interface at least comprises a receiving control; and responding to the triggering operation aiming at the receiving control, and establishing a voice call channel between the calling mobile terminal and the called mobile terminal so as to enable the calling mobile terminal and the called mobile terminal to conduct instant voice call.
For the understanding of the foregoing embodiments, the embodiment of the present invention provides an overall flow of an instant voice call method, and refer to an overall flow schematic diagram of an instant voice call method shown in fig. 6, specifically:
(1) If the user A calls the user B, detecting a mobile phone signal of the user B through a voice gateway, wherein the user A is the calling mobile terminal, and the user B is the called mobile terminal; in practical application, when user A dials a call to user B, the voice gateway detects that the mobile phone signal of user B is poor or no signal, the call is transferred to a Freeswitch server which is arranged independently, and a user identification UID corresponding to user B is sent to the Freeswitch server;
(2) If the mobile phone signal of the user B is good, directly calling the user B;
(3) If the mobile phone signal of the user B is poor or no mobile phone signal is generated, the user B is transferred to a Freeswitch server which is independently deployed;

(9) If the user B clicks the push of the call invitation, the communication APP of the user B is automatically opened and immediately re-registered once, and after the registration is successful, a user identification UID bound with the current number is sent to the Freeswitch server; in practical application, after receiving the voice invitation push, the mobile phone of the user B automatically opens and immediately re-registers on the FreeSwitch server after clicking consent, and actively sends the user identifier UID bound by the current mobile phone number to the back end after registering, informing that the back end is ready to receive the session, wherein the re-registration is rather re-connected to the FreeSwitch server, because the push message which is possibly received is offline push, the APP of the user B is not normally connected to the FreeSwitch server at the moment, and in order to ensure that the APP is in a connection state, the APP is re-registered on the FreeSwitch server every time the push message is received;
(10) The Freeswitch server discovers that the notified communication APP of the user B is successfully re-registered;
(11) The Freeswitch server initiates voice call invitation to the communication APP of the user B; in practical application, the Freeswitch server starts to initiate voice call invitation to the B client after receiving the notified reply that the B client is ready to receive;
(12) After receiving the voice call invitation, the call APP of the user B starts ringing and pops up an answering interface;
(13) If the user B answers, the communication APP of the user A and the user B are connected, real-time voice call is carried out, and the original call of the mobile phone A and the mobile phone B is converted into the APP of the mobile phone A and the mobile phone B for call;
(14) If user B refuses to answer or does not operate, the calling terminal or waiting for a timeout calling terminal.
In summary, the instant voice call method provided by the embodiment of the invention uses the Uni-App front end development framework, sipml5 and personal push to solve the access guarantee under the VoIP network, and transfers the phone to the embedded web page of the App to perform the real-time voice call, so that when the user a dials the phone for the user B, the user B normally answers the voice call invitation of the user a through the communication App under the condition that the signal of the user B is poor or no, thereby remarkably improving the quality of call service, effectively reducing the condition that the instant voice call is missed, and remarkably improving the user experience.
