Abstract
The application discloses a housing maintenance fund transaction processing system and method, wherein a front-end transaction corresponding to a transaction request is initiated through a front-end banking subsystem in response to the transaction request related to housing maintenance, the front-end transaction is sent to a rear banking subsystem by a bank communication subsystem, and the rear banking subsystem processes the front-end transaction by interacting with a third-party housing maintenance fund system, so that cooperation between a bank and the third-party housing maintenance fund system can be realized to complete related transaction processing.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of repair funds management technology, and more particularly, to a system and method for processing housing repair funds transactions.
Background
At present, in order to meet the requirement of customers for conveniently transacting house maintenance fund related business, building a house maintenance fund system has become a development trend of house application.
However, how to implement collaboration between a housing maintenance fund system and a bank for transaction processing becomes a problem.

Optionally, the external integrated subsystem is specifically configured to connect, in response to the connection request, the post-bank terminal system and the third-party housing maintenance fund system through a private network.
Optionally, the bank back terminal system is further configured to send a back-end transaction to the external integrated subsystem;

A house maintenance fund transaction processing method, comprising:
the front-end transaction corresponding to the transaction request is initiated by the front-end sub-system of the bank in response to the transaction request associated with the maintenance of the housing;
the bank communication subsystem sends the front-end transaction to a bank back-end subsystem;
and the back-end transaction is processed by the back-end banking subsystem through interaction with a third-party housing maintenance fund system.
Optionally, the post-banking subsystem processes the front-end transaction by interacting with a third party housing maintenance fund system, including:
the bank back terminal system addresses to the external connection integrated subsystem through the bank communication subsystem, and sends a connection request to the external connection integrated subsystem, so that the external connection integrated subsystem responds to the connection request, and connects the bank back terminal system with the third-party housing maintenance fund system, so that the bank back terminal system interacts with the third-party housing maintenance fund system.

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a house maintenance fund transaction processing system provided in embodiment 1 of the present application is shown in fig. 1, where the house maintenance fund transaction processing system includes: a front banking subsystem 100, a bank communications subsystem 200 and a back banking subsystem 300.
The bank front end subsystem 100 is configured to respond to a transaction request associated with housing maintenance, and initiate a front end transaction corresponding to the transaction request.
The transaction request associated with a housing maintenance includes:
in this embodiment, the front-end bank subsystem 100 belongs to the front-end bank for performing the page operation.
At least one of a payment transaction request, a pickup transaction request, a supplementary transaction request, and a ticket supplementary transaction request associated with a housing maintenance. Accordingly, the front-end transaction may include: at least one of payment transaction, drawing transaction, supplementary recording transaction and bill supplementary printing transaction.
A bank communication subsystem 200 for transmitting the front-end transaction to the back-end-of-bank subsystem 300.
The post-bank subsystem 300 is used to process the front-end transaction by interacting with a third party housing maintenance fund system.
In this embodiment, the front-end transaction corresponding to the transaction request is initiated by the front-end banking subsystem 100 in response to the transaction request associated with the housing maintenance, the front-end transaction is sent to the back-end banking subsystem 300 by the bank communication subsystem 200, and the back-end banking subsystem 300 processes the front-end transaction by interacting with the third-party housing maintenance fund system, so that the cooperation between the bank and the third-party housing maintenance fund system can be realized to complete the related transaction processing.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the post-bank subsystem processes the front-end transaction by interacting with a third party housing maintenance fund system, comprising:
