The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
It will be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like, as used herein, may be used to describe various elements, but these elements are not limited by these terms unless otherwise specified. These terms are only used to distinguish one element from another element. For example, a first xx script may be referred to as a second xx script, and similarly, a second xx script may be referred to as a first xx script, without departing from the scope of this disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, a bid management system is provided, which may specifically include:
the information source processing module is used for acquiring bidding information in real time according to the keywords, integrating the bidding information with the manually input bidding information and updating a bidding information base according to the integration result;
the information analysis matching module is used for matching the enterprise bid response capability with the requirement of the bid information according to the bid information in the bid information base, and if the enterprise bid response capability is matched with the requirement of the bid information, the bid information corresponding to the matched requirement is marked as target information; comparing the target information with enterprise bidding historical data, determining enterprise bidding ranking and historical winning bid ratio occupation ratio, and updating the target information as a bidding analysis result; matching the target information with an enterprise internal client database, searching and acquiring client information, determining a client type, marking, and updating the target information into a client analysis result; integrating the bid analysis result and the customer analysis result, distributing departments according to a preset distribution principle, and marking a target information distribution result;
and the bid-answering management module is used for acquiring bidding materials from an enterprise historical bidding database according to a preset flow and a preset flow according to the target information distribution result, generating bidding files and quotation, and updating the state of the bid-answering items.
In this embodiment, the information source processing module is specifically configured to process an information source, and the system obtains, in real time, bidding information on the internet according to search keywords set by an enterprise, such as a requirement specification of a business target, and synchronously integrates manually entered bidding information, and updates the manually entered bidding information into a bidding information base. The integrated bidding information is processed by the information source processing module, and then the bidding information including but not limited to bidding company name, industry, client name, bidding release time, bidding deadline, bidding source and the like is output according to specific requirements.
In this embodiment, the real-time acquisition refers to online real-time acquisition through methods such as web (World Wide Web) crawler technology, API (Application Programming Interface) interface and RRS (Really Simple Syndication), instead of collecting first and then processing in batches, in this way, all the acquirable and public bid information sources are covered and acquired as much as possible, so that the efficiency of information acquisition is ensured, manual entry is not limited, and the multi-channel acquisition mode ensures the coverage of information acquisition.
In this embodiment, the information analysis matching module is specifically configured to perform information analysis matching processing, where the system matches, according to the bid information in the bid information base, the enterprise bid response capability with the requirement of the bid information, that is, matches correspondingly according to the business bid hardness requirement, and if matching, marks the bid information corresponding to the matched requirement as target information; comparing the target information with the enterprise bidding historical data, determining bidding data of different years in past bidding of the enterprise, performing bidding ranking, calculating the ratio of the number of times of historical bidding winning of the enterprise to the number of times of bidding, namely the ratio of the historical bidding rate, adding the information into the target information, and naming the updated target information as a bidding analysis result; matching the target information with an enterprise internal client database, searching for and obtaining client information, determining whether the client and the company have history cooperation records, if so, determining that the client is an old client, and if not, determining that the client is a new client; for old clients, further determining basic indexes of historical cooperation, such as the times, the amount and the credit control account period of the historical cooperation, determining client type of client bidding information, marking, and updating target information to a client analysis result; and distributing the information to corresponding departments according to a preset distribution principle, pushing the distribution notification reminding departments, completing personnel reservation, and marking a target information distribution result after the feedback of the departments and reservation personnel is obtained.
In this embodiment, the bid management module is specifically configured to manage a bid flow, process bid document data, and the like, and according to a target information distribution result, according to a preset flow, the system automatically obtains bid materials from an enterprise historical bid database, generates a bid document and a bid quotation, and updates a bid item status.
In the embodiment, the information source processing module is used for acquiring the bidding information in real time and integrating the bidding information which is manually input, so that the information can be acquired efficiently and accurately; the information analysis matching module is used for judging the adaptation degree of the enterprise bid response capability and the requirement of bid information, performing bid analysis, customer analysis and the like on the data, and completing automatic matching, so that judgment and calculation by a system can be realized, human resource allocation is optimized, resource occupation is reduced, and consumption of labor, implicit cost and the like is reduced; and the automatic generation of the bidding documents and the quotation list is completed through the bidding management module, so that the overall working efficiency is improved. The three system modules work cooperatively, so that more efficient and accurate information matching can be realized, and the problem of low manual processing efficiency is solved.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, integrating the bid analysis result and the client analysis result, distributing departments according to a preset distribution principle, and marking target information distribution results, including:
integrating the bid analysis result and the client analysis result, classifying clients according to preset rules according to the integrated result, and placing the integrated result in a queue entry corresponding to the client classification;
creating processing threads corresponding to each queue, and naming the processing threads corresponding to each queue by using the queue names;
each processing thread sequentially reads, distributes and transmits the integration result to the corresponding department terminal, pushes the prompt to the subordinate target ID account of the corresponding department terminal, requests the back-end acquisition device to acquire and return the feedback information of the subordinate target ID account, and updates the feedback information to the target information distribution result.
In this embodiment, the process of obtaining the bid analysis result and the customer analysis result is performed synchronously, no succession is accepted, and finally, the processed target information is summarized to the information of the same main body through integration, and the information is processed synchronously, so that the processing time of the information is saved, and the information processing efficiency is ensured.
In this embodiment, the preset rule classifies a combination of a client type and an item type, if the client type is an old client o and the item type is a class a bidding item, the integration result is placed in an oA queue entry, if the client type is a new client n and the item type is a class a bidding item, the integration result is placed in an nA queue entry.
In this embodiment, the subordinate target ID account is an ID account of each department employee, when receiving the reminding push of each processing thread, the feedback needs to be confirmed or refused, the back-end acquisition device acquires and returns the feedback information, and the system updates the feedback information to the target information distribution result. Meanwhile, the item is automatically added in the work calendar corresponding to the target ID account, so that the time loss of the processes such as manual approval and manual distribution is reduced, and the distribution efficiency is improved.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the naming of the queue name includes: matching the integration result with a preset keyword set, determining whether the sum of the matching frequencies of keywords in a preset time period is larger than a first threshold value, and if so, using the keyword with the highest matching frequency for naming a queue; if not, the request information source processing module re-acquires the keywords.
In this embodiment, the preset keyword set is a combination of a project name keyword and a customer type, that is, if a is a bid item, the keyword oA and the keyword nA are added into the preset keyword set, and if B is a bid item, the keyword oB and the keyword nB are added into the preset keyword set, so that the keyword set is oA, nA, oB, nB, oC, nC … … oN and nN.
In this embodiment, the preset time period is one period, and may be set to 5 working days to one period T, where the period T may be preset according to the actual implementation, and the time period T is not limited. The matching frequency is the number of times that each keyword is matched in a time period T, and each integration result is matched with each keyword in a preset keyword set. And sorting according to the matching frequency, wherein the keyword with the highest frequency is the keyword which is matched for the most times in the time period.
In this embodiment, the first threshold is set to a value of 0, and the sum of the matching frequencies is an integer greater than or equal to 0, without negative numbers. If the total sum of the frequency of the matching is larger than 0, the corresponding keyword can be found in the preset keyword set, and if the total sum of the matching frequency is equal to 0, the brand new item can be found in the preset keyword set, and the request information source processing module needs to be returned for reacquiring and supplementing information.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, each processing thread sequentially reads, allocates and transmits an integration result to a corresponding department terminal, including:
each processing thread sequentially reads the names of the corresponding queues;
matching whether the current processing thread meets the preset condition, and executing the corresponding flow rule if the current processing thread meets the preset condition;
setting a plurality of process anchor points according to the process rule, and marking each process anchor point and an execution result of each stage of the thread correspondingly;
and updating the flow state in real time according to the flow anchor point, and collecting the fed-back flow state by the acquisition device.
In this embodiment, each processing thread sequentially reads the name of the corresponding queue, if the queue name is o series, executes the flow rule of CO, and if the queue name is n series, executes the flow rule of MC. The flow rules are formulated according to the collaborative function allocation in the enterprise.
In this embodiment, the process anchor is set according to the staged execution result of the process, such as allocation reminder, response mark confirmation, project execution, etc., and may be set as the process anchor, which is used to mark as the staged execution result when the process completes the execution of the corresponding stage.
In this embodiment, the flow state directly extracts the anchor point name, outputs the anchor point name as the flow state, and the flow state is automatically updated to cover the previous state, so that the state updated in real time is maintained, which is helpful for the enterprise to intuitively understand the flow state of the project by the personnel having the corresponding authority, is helpful for efficient collaboration, and also strengthens the management of the project.
As an optional embodiment of the invention, pushing a reminder to a subordinate target ID account of a corresponding department terminal, requesting a back-end acquisition device to acquire and return feedback information of the subordinate target ID account, and updating the feedback information to a target information distribution result comprises:
transmitting the integration result to a corresponding department terminal, acquiring feedback information of the recommendation approval sub-module, executing S1 if the feedback information is passed, and executing S2 if the feedback information is not passed;
s1: pushing a response mark confirmation prompt to a subordinate ID account initiating a sponsoring approval application, requesting the acquisition device to acquire feedback information and returning the feedback information, and updating the returned feedback information to a target information distribution result;
s2: determining subordinate ID accounts with idle time periods in a target time period from a work calendar task manager of all subordinate ID accounts of a corresponding department terminal, marking the ID accounts as target ID accounts, pushing a response mark confirmation prompt to the target ID accounts, requesting an acquisition device to acquire feedback information and returning the feedback information, and updating the returned feedback information to a target information distribution result.
In this embodiment, the feedback information of the self-recommendation approval sub-module is used to determine whether there is a subordinate ID account for performing the random recommendation, if there is a self-recommendation, it is also required to determine whether the user is judged to pass, that is, the person initiating the self-recommendation is better than other people automatically allocated according to the system in matching the adaptation degree of the corresponding item, and the reservation of the port is set to ensure the optimal utilization of enterprise resources, so as to realize the forward assistance of the artificial and intelligent.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, the recommendation approval submodule is specifically configured to:
and (3) acquiring self-recommendation application form data, matching the self-recommendation application form data with fields of a bid information base and an enterprise historical bidding database, determining whether the match degree of the corresponding applicant's qualification, self-recommendation description field and preset conditions of the self-recommendation application form data is greater than or equal to a second threshold value, if so, marking the corresponding self-recommendation application form as passing, otherwise, returning the self-recommendation application form.
In this embodiment, the necessary filling items of the self-referring application form are preset, including self-referring person seniority, self-referring description and the like, so that the self-referring sub-module intercepts the core fields of the fields, compares the core fields with the preset fields, counts the text fields with similarity greater than 80% according to the parameter score, compares the counted score with a second threshold value, and if the second threshold value is 80, the counted score is greater than or equal to 80, the approval passes, otherwise, returns the self-referring application form.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, according to the target information distribution result, according to a preset flow, bidding materials are obtained from an enterprise historical bidding database, and a bidding file is generated, which includes the following steps:
searching from the enterprise historical bidding database by taking the client name as a searching condition according to the target information distribution result, determining whether the searching result is a null value, executing S1 if the searching result is the null value, otherwise executing S2;
s1: sending a search instruction to the bid information base, calling all bid information containing the client name, creating an information set named by the client name, updating the information set to the enterprise historical bid database, and executing S2;
s2: initiating a retrieval and calling instruction to an enterprise historical bidding database, executing and calling project information and bidding materials of corresponding clients, judging authority of called target information, and directly calling first information if the authority of the called target information is public information; if the authority of the called target information is the information needing to be authorized, initiating authorization approval to an authorization approval sub-module, acquiring authorization approval feedback, determining whether to continue calling, if the authorization approval passes, continuing calling, marking the called target information as second information, otherwise, terminating calling the authorization information; s3, executing;
s3: integrating the calling first information and the second information, and generating a bidding document according to a preset document generation rule.
In this embodiment, the allocation is completed, that is, the corresponding client of the response bid is confirmed, the client name is used as a search condition to search from the enterprise historical bid database, if the search result in the enterprise historical bid database is null, that is, the information of the corresponding client cannot be found in the enterprise historical bid database, the client can be judged to be a brand new client, a new client needs to be created in the enterprise historical bid database, and actions such as calling and creation need to be executed.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, generating an quotation comprises the steps of:
searching an enterprise internal human resource database according to the target information distribution result, collecting the labor cost value of the ID account corresponding to the project, calculating the project labor cost, and updating the project labor cost to an enterprise cost management database;
invoking cost data of all target projects in an enterprise cost management database according to the target information distribution result, marking the cost data as project cost, calculating the total sum of all marked project costs, and updating the total sum as project budget cost;
deducing the quotation amount of the project according to the preset project profit and project budget cost, and generating a project quotation.
In this embodiment, the preset project profit can be derived according to the enterprise historical project profit array, and if the derived result is that the historical project profit is 60%, the project quotation amount can be calculated according to the project budget cost to be the preset project profit.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, the bid-to-bid managing module is provided with a bid-to-bid document managing sub-module, and the bid-to-bid document managing sub-module is used for:
when the bidding document is generated, the capping of the electronic official seal and the electronic watermark is executed; sending a reservation signal to a designated printing agency, confirming a printing schedule, and copying schedule information to a preset target ID account; retrieving and extracting the receiving address of the corresponding item from the enterprise historical bidding database, initiating express reservation, and performing write-back feedback after the express reservation; uploading the bidding document and requesting the subsequent collection device to update the data to the enterprise historical bidding database.
In this embodiment, the electronic watermark is to avoid information leakage caused by improper use of company and employee information under unauthorized conditions, and is automatically triggered to generate watermark characters and automatically added to a bidding document.
In this embodiment, after uploading the bidding document, the subsequent collection device is requested to update the data to the enterprise historical bidding database, where the collected data includes, but is not limited to, all the information of the current bid, the processed bid information, the electronic archive of the bidding document, etc., so as to trace the source to find and copy the bidding document later.
As shown in fig. 2, in yet another embodiment, a bid management method is provided, which specifically may include:
acquiring bidding information in real time according to the keywords, integrating the bidding information with manually input bidding information, and updating a bidding information base according to the integration result;
matching the enterprise bid response capability with the requirement of the bid information according to the bid information in the bid information base, and marking the bid information corresponding to the matched requirement as target information if the matching is performed; comparing the target information with enterprise bidding historical data, determining enterprise bidding ranking and historical winning bid ratio occupation ratio, and updating the target information as a bidding analysis result; matching the target information with an enterprise internal client database, searching and acquiring client information, determining a client type, marking, and updating the target information into a client analysis result; integrating the bid analysis result and the customer analysis result, distributing departments according to a preset distribution principle, and marking a target information distribution result;
and acquiring bidding materials from an enterprise historical bidding database according to a preset flow and the target information distribution result, generating bidding documents and quotation, and updating the state of the items to be bid.
In this embodiment, the above method is a basic method for operating each module in the system provided by the present invention, and for explanation of each link, please refer to the explanation of the system of the present invention, and the embodiment is not described herein again.
FIG. 3 illustrates an internal block diagram of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, an input device, and a display screen connected by a system bus. The memory includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system, and may also store a computer program, which when executed by a processor, causes the processor to implement the bidding information management method provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The internal memory may also store a computer program, which when executed by the processor, causes the processor to execute the bidding information management method provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 3 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor causes the processor to perform the steps of:

It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the embodiments of the present invention are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows.
