Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for controlling an intelligent device based on location information according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for controlling the intelligent device based on the location information described in fig. 2 may be applied to an intelligent device control apparatus based on the location information, or may be applied to a local server or a cloud server controlled by the intelligent device based on the location information, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the location information-based smart device control method may include the following operations:

acquiring associated user behavior data of an associated user, and executing prediction operation according to the associated user behavior data to obtain a prediction result, wherein the prediction result comprises behavior data of the associated user in a determined future time period and/or the use requirement of the associated user on each associated intelligent device;
And according to the prediction result, determining at least one fourth intelligent device to be controlled corresponding to the associated user from all the associated intelligent devices in the associated home scene.
In this alternative embodiment, optionally, collecting the associated user behavior data of the associated user may include collecting one or more of a condition of the associated user using a smart device, a movement condition of the associated user, and a sleep condition of the associated user. In this optional embodiment, optionally, the fifth intelligent device may further be a preset cleaning device, for example, one or more of a sweeping robot and a mopping robot, and the control instruction corresponding to the fifth intelligent device may be to turn on the fifth intelligent device. when judging that the second intelligent devices do not exist in all the target intelligent devices, merging all the first intelligent devices into all the target intelligent devices so as to update all the target intelligent devices;
and deleting all the second intelligent devices from all the target intelligent devices when judging that at least one second intelligent device exists in all the target intelligent devices, and merging all the first intelligent devices into all the target intelligent devices so as to update all the target intelligent devices.
It can be seen that, implementing the apparatus described in fig. 4 can determine whether there is a second intelligent device whose operation result after executing the corresponding control instruction and the operation result after executing the corresponding control instruction by at least one second intelligent device are in negative influence relationship from all target intelligent devices, if there is a second intelligent device, delete the second intelligent device from all target intelligent devices, and combine all first intelligent devices into all target intelligent devices, so as to update all target intelligent devices, which can be beneficial to improving the intelligence of controlling the intelligent devices, thereby being beneficial to improving the convenience of controlling the intelligent devices, and further being beneficial to improving the operation effect of the intelligent devices.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the update module 306 incorporates all the first smart devices into all the target smart devices in the following manner:
judging whether third intelligent equipment which is different from the target intelligent equipment in equipment type and meets the preset functional condition with the target intelligent equipment exists in all the first intelligent equipment according to the control instruction corresponding to the target intelligent equipment and the control instruction corresponding to all the first intelligent equipment, wherein the function meeting the preset functional condition with the target intelligent equipment is that the function set of the target intelligent equipment comprises the control instruction corresponding to the third intelligent equipment or the function set of the third intelligent equipment comprises the control instruction corresponding to the target intelligent equipment;
for any target intelligent device, if a third intelligent device which is different from the target intelligent device in device type and meets the preset function condition with the target intelligent device exists in all the first intelligent devices, determining the intelligent device which needs to be reserved from the target intelligent device and the third intelligent device and deleting the other intelligent device which needs to be reserved from the third intelligent device when the target intelligent device and the third intelligent device are combined, wherein the function set of the intelligent device which needs to be reserved comprises the function of the control instruction corresponding to the other intelligent device.
As can be seen, implementing the apparatus described in fig. 4 can determine, when it is determined that there is a third smart device having a device type different from the device type of the target smart device and satisfying a preset functional condition with the target smart device in all the first smart devices, and when the target smart device and the third smart device are combined, an smart device that needs to be reserved from the target smart device and the third smart device and delete another smart device other than the smart device that needs to be reserved, which can be beneficial to improving the intelligence of combining the first smart device to all the target smart devices, improving the experience of using the smart devices by the user, and improving the efficiency of controlling the smart devices.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the determining module 305 is further configured to determine whether an associated home scene associated with the target home scene exists;
the judging module 305 is further configured to, when judging that there is an associated home scene, judge whether there is at least one associated smart device associated with the smart device in the target home scene in the associated home scene;
the judging module 305 is further configured to, when judging that an associated intelligent device exists in the associated home scene, judge whether an associated user associated with the target user exists in a preset first area;

Therefore, when the associated home scene exists, the device described in fig. 4 can judge whether the associated intelligent device exists in the associated home scene and judge whether the associated user exists in the preset first area, and when the associated user exists in the first area, the fourth intelligent device to be controlled and the control instruction corresponding to each fourth intelligent device are determined from the associated home scene, so that linkage of the intelligent devices in different home scenes can be realized, the linkage intelligence of the intelligent devices in different home scenes can be improved, the linkage instantaneity of the intelligent devices in different home scenes can be improved, and the efficiency of the associated user for controlling the intelligent devices can be improved.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the determining module 303 determines, from all associated smart devices in the associated home scenario, at least one fourth smart device to be controlled corresponding to the associated user in a specific manner:
acquiring associated user behavior data of an associated user, and executing prediction operation according to the associated user behavior data to obtain a prediction result, wherein the prediction result comprises behavior data of the associated user in a determined future time period and/or the use requirement of the associated user on each associated intelligent device;
and according to the prediction result, determining at least one fourth intelligent device to be controlled corresponding to the associated user from all the associated intelligent devices in the associated home scene.
Therefore, the device described in fig. 4 can predict the associated user behavior data according to the associated user behavior data, obtain a prediction result, and determine the fourth intelligent device according to the prediction result, so that the intelligent device linkage between different family scenes can be improved, the real-time performance of the intelligent device linkage between different family scenes can be improved, and the efficiency of controlling the intelligent device by the associated user can be improved.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus further comprises:
the acquisition module 307 is configured to send a corresponding control instruction to each target intelligent device by using the sending module 304, so that before the target intelligent device that receives the corresponding control instruction performs an operation that matches the control instruction received by the target intelligent device, the real-time position of the target user is continuously acquired in a preset time period, and a movement track corresponding to the target user in the preset time period is generated;
the judging module 305 is further configured to judge whether the movement trend of the target user is a movement trend towards the target home scene according to the movement track;
a calculating module 308, configured to calculate a movement speed of the target user when the determining module 305 determines that the movement trend of the target user is a movement trend towards the target home scene;
a prediction module 309, configured to predict an arrival time of the target user at the target home scene according to the movement track and the movement speed;
the sending module 304 sends the corresponding control instruction to each target intelligent device, so that the mode of enabling the target intelligent device receiving the corresponding control instruction to execute the operation matched with the control instruction received by the target intelligent device is specifically as follows:
Determining the control instruction sending time corresponding to each target intelligent device according to the current time, the arrival time and all the target intelligent devices;
and for each target intelligent device, sending a corresponding control instruction to the target intelligent device according to the control instruction sending time corresponding to the target intelligent device, so that the target intelligent device which receives the corresponding control instruction executes the operation matched with the control instruction received by the target intelligent device.
Therefore, the device described in fig. 4 can determine whether the movement trend of the target user is the movement trend towards the target home scene according to the movement track, if so, calculate the movement speed of the target user and predict the arrival time of the target user at the target home scene, and determine the control instruction sending time corresponding to each target intelligent device, which is beneficial to improving the intelligence of controlling the intelligent device, thereby being beneficial to improving the efficiency of controlling the intelligent device, further being beneficial to improving the instantaneity of controlling the intelligent device and the experience of the user using the intelligent device.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another intelligent device control apparatus based on location information according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the smart device control apparatus based on location information may include:
A memory 401 storing executable program codes;
a processor 402 coupled with the memory 401;
the processor 402 invokes executable program codes stored in the memory 401 to perform the steps in the location information based smart device control method described in the first or second embodiment of the present invention.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer storage medium which stores computer instructions for executing the steps in the intelligent device control method based on the position information described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment of the invention when the computer instructions are called.

An embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer program product, which includes a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, and the computer program is operable to cause a computer to perform the steps in the location information-based smart device control method described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent device control method based on location information, the method comprising:
acquiring the current position of a target user;
matching the current position with each preset home scene to obtain a target home scene matched with the target user at the current position;
determining at least one target intelligent device to be controlled corresponding to the target user and a control instruction corresponding to each target intelligent device from all intelligent devices in the target home scene;
And sending corresponding control instructions to each target intelligent device so that the target intelligent device which receives the corresponding control instructions executes the operation matched with the control instructions received by the target intelligent device.
2. The method for controlling a smart device based on location information according to claim 1, wherein after the current location of the target user is obtained, the method further comprises:
judging whether the current position is in a preset specific place or not;
when the current position is judged to be in the preset specific place, determining at least one first intelligent device to be controlled corresponding to the specific place and a control instruction corresponding to each first intelligent device;
wherein, before the sending a corresponding control instruction to each target intelligent device so that the target intelligent device receiving the corresponding control instruction performs an operation matched with the control instruction received by the target intelligent device, the method further includes:
and executing updating operation on all the target intelligent devices according to all the first intelligent devices so as to update all the target intelligent devices, and triggering and executing the step of sending corresponding control instructions to each target intelligent device so as to enable the target intelligent device which receives the corresponding control instructions to execute operation matched with the control instructions received by the target intelligent device.
3. The smart device control method according to claim 2, wherein the performing an update operation on all the target smart devices according to all the first smart devices to update all the target smart devices includes:
judging whether at least one second intelligent device exists in all the target intelligent devices according to the control instructions corresponding to all the target intelligent devices and the control instructions corresponding to all the first intelligent devices, wherein the operation result of the second intelligent device after the corresponding control instructions are executed and the operation result of the second intelligent device after the corresponding control instructions are executed are in a negative influence relationship;
when judging that the second intelligent devices are not existed in all the target intelligent devices, merging all the first intelligent devices into all the target intelligent devices so as to update all the target intelligent devices;
and deleting all the second intelligent devices from all the target intelligent devices when judging that at least one second intelligent device exists in all the target intelligent devices, and merging all the first intelligent devices into all the target intelligent devices so as to update all the target intelligent devices.
4. A method of controlling a smart device based on location information as claimed in claim 3, wherein said merging all of said first smart devices into all of said target smart devices comprises:
judging whether third intelligent equipment which is different from the target intelligent equipment in equipment type and meets the preset function condition with the target intelligent equipment exists in all the first intelligent equipment according to the control instruction corresponding to the target intelligent equipment and the control instruction corresponding to all the first intelligent equipment, wherein the function meeting the preset function condition with the target intelligent equipment is that the function set of the target intelligent equipment comprises the control instruction corresponding to the third intelligent equipment or the function set of the third intelligent equipment comprises the control instruction corresponding to the target intelligent equipment;
for any one of the target intelligent devices, if a third intelligent device with a device type different from that of the target intelligent device and meeting a preset function condition with the target intelligent device exists in all the first intelligent devices, determining the intelligent device needing to be reserved from the target intelligent device and the third intelligent device and deleting another intelligent device except the intelligent device needing to be reserved when the target intelligent device and the third intelligent device are combined, wherein the function set of the intelligent device needing to be reserved comprises the function of a control instruction corresponding to the other intelligent device.
5. The method for controlling a smart device based on location information of claim 4, further comprising:
judging whether an associated home scene associated with the target home scene exists or not;
when judging that the associated home scene exists, judging whether at least one associated intelligent device associated with the intelligent device in the target home scene exists in the associated home scene;
when judging that the associated intelligent equipment exists in the associated family scene, judging whether an associated user associated with the target user exists in a preset first area or not;
when judging that the associated user exists in the preset first area, determining at least one fourth intelligent device to be controlled corresponding to the associated user and a control instruction corresponding to each fourth intelligent device from all the associated intelligent devices in the associated home scene;
and sending corresponding control instructions to each fourth intelligent device so that the fourth intelligent device receiving the corresponding control instructions executes the operation matched with the received control instructions.
6. The method for controlling a smart device based on location information according to claim 5, wherein said determining at least one fourth smart device to be controlled corresponding to the associated user from all the associated smart devices in the associated home scene comprises:
acquiring associated user behavior data of the associated user, and executing prediction operation according to the associated user behavior data to obtain a prediction result, wherein the prediction result comprises behavior data of the associated user in a determined future time period and/or the use requirement of the associated user on each associated intelligent device;
and according to the prediction result, determining at least one fourth intelligent device to be controlled corresponding to the associated user from all the associated intelligent devices in the associated home scene.

The smart device control method of claim 6, wherein before sending a corresponding control command to each of the target smart devices to cause the target smart device that received the corresponding control command to perform an operation matching the control command it received, the method further comprises:
Continuously collecting the real-time position of the target user in a preset time period, and generating a movement track corresponding to the target user in the preset time period;
judging whether the movement trend of the target user is a movement trend towards the target family scene or not according to the movement track;
when the movement trend of the target user is judged to be the movement trend towards the target family scene, calculating the movement speed of the target user;
predicting the arrival time of the target user at the target home scene according to the movement track and the movement speed;
the sending the corresponding control instruction to each target intelligent device so that the target intelligent device receiving the corresponding control instruction executes the operation matched with the control instruction received by the target intelligent device, including:
determining the control instruction sending time corresponding to each target intelligent device according to the current time, the arrival time and all the target intelligent devices;
and for each target intelligent device, sending a corresponding control instruction to the target intelligent device according to the control instruction sending time corresponding to the target intelligent device, so that the target intelligent device which receives the corresponding control instruction executes the operation matched with the control instruction received by the target intelligent device.
8. An intelligent device control apparatus based on location information, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the current position of the target user;
the matching module is used for matching the current position with each preset home scene to obtain a target home scene matched with the target user at the current position;
the determining module is used for determining at least one target intelligent device to be controlled corresponding to the target user and a control instruction corresponding to each target intelligent device from all intelligent devices in the target home scene;
and the sending module is used for sending corresponding control instructions to each target intelligent device so that the target intelligent device which receives the corresponding control instructions can execute the operation matched with the control instructions received by the target intelligent device.
