Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil removal agents, in particular to an environment-friendly cleaning oil removal agent.
Background
The oil removing agent is a complex mixture of water-based organic and inorganic chemicals, and is a novel industrial oil removing agent developed by utilizing the principles of emulsification and saponification. The cleaning agent has wide application in the industrial fields of metal processing, food, textile, traffic, ships, buildings, electric appliances, medicines, chemical industry and the like, and the cleaning purpose is consistent although the cleaning surface matrixes are different, so that the cleanliness of the surfaces of the matrixes is recovered and the integrity of the surfaces of the matrixes is maintained, and the cleaning agent is classified according to the characteristics: 1. the solvent-based degreasing agent is usually a degreasing agent which is insoluble in water and cannot be diluted with water. Such as FRB-1.1, FRB-101, FRB-111, FRB-121, FRB-122, FRB-1.1, F, FRB-662, FRB-663, which are full of industrial substitutes for trichloroethylene; conventionally used kerosene, diesel oil, gasoline, trichloroethylene, trichloroethane, white oil and the like belong to solvent degreasing agents; 2. the water-based degreasing agent is soluble in water and can be diluted by adding water. For example, the water-based degreasing agents comprise a high-efficiency water-based degreasing agent WP-751, a neutral degreasing agent WHC-1, a weak alkaline degreasing agent WHC-2, an alkaline degreasing agent WHC-5, an acidic degreasing agent WP-20 and the like. 2. Classifying 1 according to pH value, and an acidic degreasing agent, namely a degreasing agent with the pH value lower than 7; 2. neutral degreasing agent, which means a degreasing agent having a pH of about 7; 3. the alkaline degreasing agent is a degreasing agent with the PH value being more than 7;
in the existing cleaning degreasing agents, most of the degreasing agents contain organic acids, the organic acids are easy to cause corrosion of equipment, the degreasing effect is not good when the cleaning degreasing agents are used, the cleaning degreasing agents are not environment-friendly, and corrosion damage is large when the cleaning degreasing agents are used for a long time.
