技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂。
背景技术
中间包内衬组成分为保温层、永久层、工作层三部分,其中工作层与钢水直接接触,是保护中间包正常使用的基础。前期使用的涂抹料和喷涂料工作层具有使用寿命相对较长、不污染钢水等优点,但在施工时需要加入20%-30%的水分,存在喷涂或搅拌设备维护复杂、工作层养护时间长等不足。
为了兼有绝热板和喷涂料的优点,采用中间包干式料工作层作为连铸中间包工作层材料,具有不污染钢水、使用寿命长、工艺简单、维护方便、易于翻包清理、作业效率高等优点,因此,干式料工作层中间包也得到了广泛的应用。现用干式料主要以碱性镁质料为主,经工程衬胎膜的震动、烘烤形成坚硬平整的工作层,越平整光滑越可有效的抵抗钢水和钢渣侵蚀、冲刷、渗透。
但中间包干式料经过胎膜烘烤后,时常会发生与工作层粘连脱模困难,严重时甚至会造成“拉伤”工作层的情况,轻微的裂纹可用火泥进行修补继续使用,严重的即使修补也会造成上线后塌料、局部意外侵蚀、渗钢等安全隐患。针对这一情况进行研究了如何减少干式料粘模的可能性,提升脱模隔离性能,达到良好脱模的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂,脱模剂的组成成分质量百分比为:滑石粉50%,石墨44%,表面活性剂4%,分散剂2%;
滑石粉中MgO含量≥32%,SiO2含量≥63.5%,滑石粉为不同粒径的滑石粉颗粒混合物;
石墨中C含量≥80.5%,石墨为不同粒径的石墨颗粒混合物;
表面活性剂为六偏磷酸钠,表面活性剂为不同粒径的表面活性剂颗粒混合物;
分散剂为MF水玻璃,分散剂中SiO2含量≥66.2%,分散剂为不同粒径的分散剂颗粒混合物。
进一步的,滑石粉颗粒混合物由粒径在0.5mm-1mm的滑石粉颗粒、粒径在0.25mm-0.5mm的滑石粉颗粒、粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的滑石粉颗粒、粒径在0.075mm以下的滑石粉颗粒混合而成。
进一步的,滑石粉颗粒混合物中粒径在0.5mm-1mm的滑石粉颗粒占35%、粒径在0.25mm-0.5mm的滑石粉颗粒占45%、粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的滑石粉颗粒占10%、粒径在0.075mm以下的滑石粉颗粒占10%。
进一步的,石墨颗粒混合物为粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的石墨颗粒和粒径小于等于0.075mm的石墨颗粒混合而成。
进一步的,粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的石墨颗粒与粒径小于等于0.075mm的石墨颗粒的混合比例为(5-30):(10-30)。

本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的脱模剂尤其适用于中间包干式料施工,并可同时满足冷热压两种工序的脱模处理,即本发明的脱模剂既满足冷包胎的表面涂抹,也可阻隔热包胎与干式料的黏连,可有效的进行脱模,脱模率达到100%,进而降低了生产成本,减少了因模具清理以及包胎表面去杂质化所耗费的人工和时间成本。本发明通过对各组成成分含量的优化,使得脱模剂的耐热及应力性能大大优化,通过对各组分的粒径控制使得脱模剂具有优良的易涂布性,成型好、脱模性强,上线使用过程中不易粘连,不会出现塌料、局部意外侵蚀、渗钢等安全隐患。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂的配料方式和使用步骤:

100kg的脱模剂中包含滑石粉50kg,石墨44kg,表面活性剂4kg,分散剂2kg,其中滑石粉的MgO含量≥32%、SiO2含量≥63.5%,其中石墨C含量≥80.5%,表面活性剂为六偏磷酸钠,分散剂为MF水玻璃,分散剂中SiO2含量≥66.2%;滑石粉由16kg粒径在0.5mm-1mm的滑石粉颗粒、22.5kg粒径在0.25mm-0.5mm的滑石粉颗粒、5kg粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的滑石粉颗粒、5kg粒径在0.075mm以下的滑石粉颗粒混合而成。石墨由6.3kg粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的石墨颗粒和37.7kg粒径小于等于0.075mm的石墨颗粒混合而成,混合比例为5:30。表面活性剂由2kg粒径在0.045mm-0.075mm的表面活性剂颗粒和2kg粒径小于等于0.045mm的表面活性剂颗粒混合而成。分散剂由1kg粒径在0.045mm-0.075mm的分散剂颗粒和1kg粒径小于等于0.045mm的分散剂颗粒混合而成。
一种防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂的使用步骤:
(1)包底打结:把包底料均匀的铺到包底上,用脚挨着踩实,要求厚度略高于水口模具不超过10mm,包底料厚度120mm。
(2)吊座胎模:在工作层胎模外表面上均匀涂抹上一层该本发明所述的脱模剂,用四腿链将工作层胎模吊至中间包上方;用卡板具把胎模调正,点动操作,摆正胎模,要求各对称点距离偏差<10mm,根据中间包寿命要求,设计厚度参数不同,连铸机使用的中间包工作衬整体厚度控制在100mm-110mm,其余位置渣线厚度控制在100mm。
(3)打结包壁:均匀将干式料倒入包胎与永久层之间的缝隙中,直至倒至包沿位置,要求多点布料,禁止在一个位置倒料。填完料后启动振动电机,振动5-10min,切断电源,把包沿上的干式料清扫干净。
(4)烘烤工作层:启动风机,将包胎内多余气体排出,点燃引火棒,开起燃气,依次点燃包胎上各个烧嘴。启动风机、调整火焰,同时记录下点火时间,烘烤3.5-4.5h后观察工作层烧结部位是否发黄,发黄部位深度达到20-40mm停火,总烘烤时间不大于5h。
(5)提工作层胎膜:烘烤停火后冷却10h,使用四腿链条、点动操作提出胎模。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂,配料方式和使用步骤与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是,石墨由33kg粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的石墨颗粒和11kg粒径小于等于0.075mm的石墨颗粒混合而成,混合比例为30:10。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂,配料方式和使用步骤与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是,石墨由20kg粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的石墨颗粒和24kg粒径小于等于0.075mm的石墨颗粒混合而成,混合比例为20:24。

分散剂为MF水玻璃,分散剂中SiO2含量≥66.2%,分散剂为不同粒径的分散剂颗粒混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂,其特征在于,所述滑石粉颗粒混合物由粒径在0.5mm-1mm的滑石粉颗粒、粒径在0.25mm-0.5mm的滑石粉颗粒、粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的滑石粉颗粒、粒径在0.075mm以下的滑石粉颗粒混合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂,其特征在于,所述滑石粉颗粒混合物中粒径在0.5mm-1mm的滑石粉颗粒占35%、粒径在0.25mm-0.5mm的滑石粉颗粒占45%、粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的滑石粉颗粒占10%、粒径在0.075mm以下的滑石粉颗粒占10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂,其特征在于,所述石墨颗粒混合物为粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的石墨颗粒和粒径小于等于0.075mm的石墨颗粒混合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂,其特征在于,所述粒径在0.075mm-0.25mm的石墨颗粒与粒径小于等于0.075mm的石墨颗粒的混合比例为(5-30):(10-30)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂颗粒混合物为粒径在0.045mm-0.075mm的表面活性剂颗粒和粒径小于等于0.045mm的表面活性剂颗粒按照1:1的质量比混合而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防止中间包工作层胎膜与工作层黏连的脱模剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂颗粒混合物为粒径在0.045mm-0.075mm的分散剂颗粒和粒径小于等于0.045mm的分散剂颗粒按照1:1的质量比混合而成。
