Specifically, the quick-drying agent adopts one of ethyl formate, ethyl acetate, ethyl propionate and ethyl isobutyrate, and the ethyl formate, the ethyl acetate, the ethyl propionate and the ethyl isobutyrate are all homologs, have lower boiling points and similar structures, can be mutually dissolved with ethanol, have excellent solubility and quick volatility, and can enable fingerprint-resistant liquid to be quickly self-dried.
Specifically, the cross-linking agent adopts one of urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine-formaldehyde resin and benzoguanamine resin, and the urea-formaldehyde resin, the melamine-formaldehyde resin and the benzoguanamine resin are amino resins, so that the binding force and the adhesive force of the fingerprint-resistant liquid can be improved after the cross-linking agent is mixed with water-soluble resin.
In summary, in the first to fourth embodiments, the quick-drying chromium-free fingerprint-resistant liquid for galvanized steel sheets prepared in the second embodiment is optimal in coating binding force, self-drying speed, corrosion resistance, blackening resistance and adhesion, has good morphology and stability, does not generate sagging phenomenon, and can be dried quickly.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (9)
1. A quick-drying chromium-free fingerprint-resistant liquid for galvanized steel sheets is characterized in that: the coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-2 parts of silane coupling agent, 2.5-10 parts of silicon dioxide, 2-8 parts of metal activator, 1-2 parts of wax, 1-2 parts of zirconium salt, 15-30 parts of quick-drying agent, 10-20 parts of ethanol, 10-45 parts of water-soluble resin, 2-5 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.25-1 part of defoamer and 5-10 parts of deionized water.

The quick-drying chromium-free fingerprint-resistant liquid for galvanized steel sheets according to claim 1, characterized in that: the silane coupling agent adopts one of gamma-ureido propyl triethoxysilane, 3- (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxysilane and gamma-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane.
3. The quick-drying chromium-free fingerprint-resistant liquid for galvanized steel sheets according to claim 1, characterized in that: the silicon dioxide is colloidal silicon dioxide, and the particle size of the colloidal silicon dioxide is 40-70nm.

The quick-drying chromium-free fingerprint-resistant liquid for galvanized steel sheets according to claim 1, characterized in that: the metal activator is prepared from, by weight, 0.3-0.6 part of sulfuric acid, 0.1-0.35 part of titanium sulfate, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium silicate, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium molybdate, 0.1-0.45 part of cerium nitrate and 60-95 parts of deionized water.
5. The quick-drying chromium-free fingerprint-resistant liquid for galvanized steel sheets according to claim 1, characterized in that: the wax is an aqueous polyethylene wax dispersion having a density of 0.96-0.98 g/cm.
6. The quick-drying chromium-free fingerprint-resistant liquid for galvanized steel sheets according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water-soluble resin is a single-component aqueous acrylic emulsion, and the content of the single-component aqueous acrylic emulsion resin is 42% -45.5%.

The quick-drying chromium-free fingerprint-resistant liquid for galvanized steel sheets according to claim 1, characterized in that: the defoaming agent adopts one or more of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene alcohol amine ether and polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene glycerol ether.
8. The quick-drying chromium-free fingerprint-resistant liquid for galvanized steel sheets according to claim 1, characterized in that: the quick-drying agent adopts one of ethyl formate, ethyl acetate, ethyl propionate and ethyl isobutyrate.
9. The quick-drying chromium-free fingerprint-resistant liquid for galvanized steel sheets according to claim 1, characterized in that: the cross-linking agent adopts one of urea formaldehyde resin, melamine formaldehyde resin and benzoguanamine resin.
