Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a bottle cap and a packaging bottle. The bottle cap comprises a cap body with a layered structure, wherein the cap body comprises a first layer and a second layer, and the second layer comprises at least one low-oxygen-permeability barrier layer. Through setting up at least one deck low oxygen barrier layer that permeates water and distribute in the lid, form the bottle lid of multilayer structure separation, the bottle lid barrier property is showing and is promoted, can effectively separate external gas to get into and inside gas loss, plays the protection to the product content, keeps the delicate flavour of product, extension product shelf life.

The present disclosure relates to a bottle cap and a packaging bottle.

The statements herein merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
Beverage product packaging generally adopts bottle caps and bottle packaging modes, wherein the bottle caps are made of polyolefin materials, and the bottles are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) materials. The polyolefin material has poorer capability of blocking oxygen or other gases than the PET material, and the blocking property of the bottle cap is a key for influencing the shelf life of the product.
The existing plastic bottle cap is formed by injection molding or compression molding of polyolefin materials, the structure of the cap body is a polyolefin material single-layer structure, the barrier property of the bottle cap is poor, and the oxidation of products is easy to cause.
The gas barrier capability of the polyolefin cap has not been broken through by new technology, so that the shelf life of the product is greatly lost due to the use of the polyolefin material cap.
Disclosure of Invention
One technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is: the bottle cap and the packaging bottle can better protect the freshness of products and prolong the shelf life of the products.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a bottle cap is provided that includes a cap body in a layered structure, the cap body including a first layer and a second layer, the second layer including at least one low oxygen barrier layer.
In some embodiments, the oxygen permeability of the second layer is configured to be between 0.0001 and 0.001cc/pkg day.
In some embodiments, the low oxygen permeable barrier is made from materials including nylon, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylidene chloride, aluminum, and/or amorphous polyethylene terephthalate.
In some embodiments, the at least one low oxygen barrier layer comprises a nylon film, an EVOH film, a PVA film, a PVDC film, an aluminum foil film, and/or an APET film.
In some embodiments, the first layer is configured as an outer layer and the second layer is configured as an inner layer.
In some embodiments, the first layer is configured as an inner layer and the second layer is configured as an outer layer.
In some embodiments, the thickness of the second layer is configured to be 0.001mm to 1.2mm.
In some embodiments, the cover comprises a cover top comprising a first layer and a second layer, and a cover body comprising the first layer.
In some embodiments, the cover comprises a cover top and a cover body, each comprising a first layer and a second layer.
In some embodiments, the cap body includes a cap top and a cap body, the second layer being disposed on an outer periphery of the cap top and cap body adjacent to a cap top side such that the second layer is capable of covering a finish to be capped.
In some embodiments, the first layer is made of polyolefin.
A packaging bottle provided according to some embodiments of the present disclosure includes a bottle body and the aforementioned bottle cap.
According to the multi-layer oxygen-permeable barrier bottle cap, at least one low-oxygen-permeable barrier layer is arranged on the cap body to form a multi-layer structure barrier bottle cap, the barrier performance of the bottle cap is remarkably improved, external gas can be effectively blocked from entering and internal gas is prevented from losing, the content of a product is protected, the delicate flavor of the product is kept, and the shelf life of the product is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2 in combination, a bottle cap according to some embodiments of the present disclosure includes a cap body 1 having a layered structure, the cap body 1 including a first layer 2 and a second layer 3, the second layer 3 including at least one low oxygen permeation barrier layer.

In some embodiments, the at least one low oxygen permeable barrier layer comprises a nylon film, an EVOH film (ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer film), a PVA film (polyvinyl alcohol film), a PVDC film (polyvinylidene chloride film), an aluminum foil film (AL film) and/or an APET film (non-crystallized polyethylene terephthalate film), that is, the at least one low oxygen permeable barrier layer comprises at least one, at least two, at least three, at least four, at least five or all six of a nylon film, an EVOH film, a PVA film, a PVDC film, an aluminum foil film and an APET film, and it has been found that the use of the films processed from the above materials to produce the low oxygen permeable barrier layer has the advantage of low oxygen permeability, and the materials are easy to obtain and have high feasibility.
In some embodiments, the at least one low oxygen permeable barrier comprises 1 to 7 low oxygen permeable barriers.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the first layer 2 is configured as an outer layer and the second layer 3 is configured as an inner layer. The barrier layer is distributed on the inner layer of the cover body, and the multi-layer structure barrier bottle cover can be manufactured at one time through injection molding and compression molding, or can be manufactured through labeling and film ironing.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the first layer 2 is configured as an inner layer and the second layer 3 is configured as an outer layer. The barrier layer is distributed on the outer layer of the cover body, and the manufacturing of the multi-layer structure barrier bottle cover can be completed at one time through injection molding and compression molding, or the manufacturing of the multi-layer structure barrier bottle cover can be completed through labeling and film ironing.
To ensure a moderate thickness, in some embodiments the thickness of the second layer 3 is configured to be 0.001mm to 1.2mm.
The thickness and the coverage area of the barrier layer can be controlled by a processing technology, and the coverage area can be the whole cover body or part of the cover body. In some embodiments, the cover 1 comprises a cover top comprising a first layer 2 and a second layer 3, and a cover body comprising the first layer 2 to save costs.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cap 1 comprises a cap top and a cap body, each comprising a first layer 2 and a second layer 3, the barrier layer covering the entire cap to ensure complete barrier properties.
In some embodiments, the cap 1 comprises a cap top and a cap body, the second layer 3 being provided on the outer periphery of the cap top and cap body near the cap top side, so that the second layer 3 can cover the bottle mouth to be capped. Therefore, the cost is saved, the complete barrier performance can be ensured, and the method has higher feasibility.
A packaging bottle provided according to some embodiments of the present disclosure includes a bottle body and the aforementioned bottle cap. The packaging bottle has the beneficial technical effects correspondingly.

2. The bottle cap according to claim 1, characterized in that the oxygen permeability of the second layer (3) is configured to be 0.0001-0.001 cc/pkg day.
3. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein the low oxygen permeable barrier is made of a material comprising nylon, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylidene chloride, aluminum, and/or amorphous polyethylene terephthalate.
4. The closure of claim 1, wherein the at least one low oxygen barrier layer comprises a nylon film, EVOH film, PVA film, PVDC film, aluminum foil film, and/or APET film.
5. Bottle cap according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the first layer (2) is configured as an outer layer and the second layer (3) is configured as an inner layer.
6. Bottle cap according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the first layer (2) is configured as an inner layer and the second layer (3) is configured as an outer layer.
7. Bottle cap according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that the thickness of the second layer (3) is configured to be 0.001 mm-1.2 mm.
8. The closure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cap body (1) comprises a cap top comprising the first layer (2) and the second layer (3) and a cap body comprising the first layer (2).
9. The closure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cap body (1) comprises a cap top and a cap body, both comprising the first layer (2) and the second layer (3).
10. The bottle cap according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cap body (1) comprises a cap top and a cap body, and the second layer (3) is disposed on the outer periphery of the cap top and the cap body near the cap top side, so that the second layer (3) can cover the bottle mouth to be capped.
