In the present embodiment, the first connecting piece 100 and the second connecting piece 200 can utilize the matching structures of the first clamping portion 140, the second clamping portion 150, the third clamping portion 210, the fourth clamping portion 220 and the fifth clamping portion 230 to realize the detachable connection capable of being firmly connected.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10 in combination, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the first connector 100 and the second connector 200 in the embodiment of fig. 2 when they are initially clamped, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the first connector 100 and the second connector 200 in the embodiment of fig. 8 when they are further clamped, and fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of the first connector 100 and the second connector 200 in the embodiment of fig. 9 when they are further clamped.
In the process of fastening the first connecting member 100 and the second connecting member 200, the third fastening portion 210 is first inserted into the first fastening portion 140 in an oblique direction, and since the fifth fastening portion 230 is matched with the first fastening portion 140, when the first fastening portion 140 abuts against one end of the third fastening portion 210 opposite to the fifth fastening portion 230, the first connecting member 100 and the second connecting member 200 do not form a stable connection structure, i.e. the second connecting member 200 can move relative to the first connecting member 100.
Further, the first clamping portion 140 stays in the third clamping portion 210, and the end of the second connector 200 provided with the fourth clamping portion 220 rotates towards the second clamping portion 150, so that the fourth clamping portion 220 is located at a position corresponding to the second clamping portion 150.
Further, the second connecting piece 200 moves towards the second clamping portion 150 until the second clamping portion 150 and the fourth clamping portion 220 are clamped, at this time, the first clamping portion 140 and the fifth clamping portion 230 are clamped synchronously, and the first clamping portion 140, the second clamping portion 150 and the third clamping portion 210 can cooperate to limit the movement of the fourth clamping portion 220 and the fifth clamping portion 230, so that the first connecting piece 100 and the second connecting piece 200 form a detachable fixed connection structure.
Further, the first limiting portion 1401 and the second limiting portion 1501 are protruding portions formed at one ends of the first clamping portion 140 and the second clamping portion 150, which are away from the first fixing portion 101, and the protruding direction of the protruding portions is perpendicular to the second connecting portion 201, and the first limiting portion 1401 and the second limiting portion 1501 can cooperate to limit movement of the fifth clamping portion 230 and the fourth clamping portion 220 relative to the first clamping portion 140 and the second clamping portion 150.
Further, when the first connector 100 and the second connector 200 form a fixed connection structure in the body groove 501, the third connecting portion 202 is disposed on the side of the roof rail 502 facing away from the body groove 501 for connection with the third connector 300. Referring to fig. 11 and fig. 2 to fig. 4 in combination, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of the third connecting member 300 in the embodiment of fig. 2.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the third connecting member 300 includes a second fixing portion 301, a third fixing portion 302, and a fourth connecting portion 303 formed between the second fixing portion 301 and the third fixing portion 302, the fourth connecting portion 303 being connected to the second fixing portion 301 and the third fixing portion 302, respectively. The middle part of the fourth connecting portion 303 may be formed with a through hole 310 matching with the third connecting portion 202, where the third connecting portion 202 can penetrate through the through hole 310 and cooperate with the locking member 400 to fix the second fixing portion 301 on the cross beam 503 and/or fix the third fixing portion 302 on the roof rail 502, and further strengthen the connection structure between the first connecting member 100 and the second connecting member 200.
It should be noted that the structures of the third connecting portion 202, the third connecting member 300 and the locking member 400 are not limited to the present embodiment, for example, the third connecting portion 202 may be a nut, and the locking member 400 may be a matched screw to cooperatively connect the vehicle body assembly 10; in addition, in other embodiments of the present application, the locking member 400 may not be provided, meanwhile, the third connecting portion 202 may be provided with a thread, the inner wall of the through hole 310 may be provided with a matched thread, and then the third connecting portion 202 may be matched with the through hole 310 to realize connection between the second connecting member 200 and the third connecting member 300, so that the third connecting member 300 is fixed on a roof, and meanwhile, the clamping connection between the first connecting member 100 and the second connecting member 200 may be further reinforced.
