S44: and storing the shaking speed difference value and the shaking time difference value corresponding to each cup holder shaking type into a database to be analyzed.
Specifically, after the shaking speed difference value and the shaking time difference value corresponding to each cup holder shaking type are associated, the shaking speed difference value and the shaking time difference value are used as a group of data to be analyzed and stored in a database to be analyzed, so that the follow-up analysis of faults and maintenance of the shaking machine is facilitated, the working times of the shaking machine can be analyzed through the group number of the data to be analyzed, the maintenance message can be triggered automatically conveniently, and whether the shaking machine has faults or not can be judged through whether the shaking speed difference value and/or the shaking time difference value exceeds a preset value so as to inform the maintenance in time.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic of each process, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application in any way.
In an embodiment, an intelligent control device of a shake apparatus is provided, where the intelligent control device of a shake apparatus corresponds to the intelligent control method of a shake apparatus in the foregoing embodiment one by one. As shown in fig. 8, the intelligent control device of the shaking machine comprises a cup holder shrinkage module, a shaking cup starting control module, a shaking cup stopping control module and a data storage module. and the data storage module is used for storing the type of the target product, the corresponding practical shaking speed of the cup holder and the practical shaking time of the cup holder into a database to be analyzed when the trigger message of the push-out limit switch is acquired.
Optionally, the cup holder retraction module includes:
the serial number acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring the bar code data of the target product and converting the bar code data of the target product into the serial number of the target product;
and the type identification sub-module is used for acquiring the target product field from the target product serial number and generating the target product type according to the target product field.

the data calculation sub-module is used for calculating a shaking speed difference value of a sub-cup holder actual speed and a cup holder setting speed corresponding to each cup holder shaking type and calculating a shaking time difference value between a sub-cup holder actual time and a cup holder setting time corresponding to each cup holder shaking type;
and the data storage sub-module is used for storing the shaking speed difference value and the shaking time difference value corresponding to each cup holder shaking type into the database to be analyzed.
For specific limitations of the intelligent control device of the shaker, reference may be made to the above limitation of the intelligent control method of the shaker, and no further description is given here. The modules in the intelligent control device of the shaking machine can be realized in whole or in part through software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method for intelligent control of a swing machine.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of when executing the computer program:
acquiring a Xueke cup fixing message, generating a frame shrinkage instruction, and acquiring a target product type;
when the trigger message of the entering limit switch is acquired, generating a cup holder shaking instruction according to the type of the target product;
acquiring a cup holder shaking stopping instruction, generating a rack pushing instruction, and acquiring cup holder shaking state data, wherein the cup holder shaking state data comprises a cup holder shaking actual rate and a cup holder shaking actual time;
and when the trigger message of the push-out limit switch is acquired, storing the target product type, the corresponding actual shaking speed of the cup holder and the corresponding actual shaking time of the cup holder into a database to be analyzed.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring a Xueke cup fixing message, generating a frame shrinkage instruction, and acquiring a target product type;
when the trigger message of the entering limit switch is acquired, generating a cup holder shaking instruction according to the type of the target product;
acquiring a cup holder shaking stopping instruction, generating a rack pushing instruction, and acquiring cup holder shaking state data, wherein the cup holder shaking state data comprises a cup holder shaking actual rate and a cup holder shaking actual time;
and when the trigger message of the push-out limit switch is acquired, storing the target product type, the corresponding actual shaking speed of the cup holder and the corresponding actual shaking time of the cup holder into a database to be analyzed.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions.

Claims (10)

1. The intelligent control method of the shaking machine is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring a Xueke cup fixing message, generating a frame shrinkage instruction, and acquiring a target product type;
when the trigger message of the entering limit switch is acquired, generating a cup holder shaking instruction according to the type of the target product;
acquiring a cup holder shaking stopping instruction, generating a rack pushing instruction, and acquiring cup holder shaking state data, wherein the cup holder shaking state data comprises a cup holder shaking actual speed and a cup holder shaking actual time;
and when the trigger message of the push-out limit switch is acquired, storing the target product type, the corresponding practical shaking speed of the cup holder and the practical shaking time of the cup holder into a database to be analyzed.
2. The intelligent control method of a swing machine according to claim 1, wherein the steps of obtaining a snowmobile fixing message, generating a frame shrinkage instruction, and obtaining a target product type include:
obtaining target product bar code data, and converting the target product bar code data into a target product serial number;
and obtaining a target product field from the target product serial number, and generating the target product type according to the target product field.
3. The intelligent control method of a shaker as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the access limit switch trigger message is obtained, generating a cup holder shaking instruction according to the target product type, specifically including:
acquiring preset cup holder shaking types, and acquiring a rate reference weight corresponding to each cup holder shaking type;
generating a product reference value according to the target product bar code data, and obtaining a cup holder shaking set rate according to the product reference value and the rate reference weight of each cup holder shaking type;
calculating the lifting amount of the cup holder according to the target product bar code, and acquiring corresponding shaking setting time of the cup holder according to the target product bar code;
the cup holder shaking instruction is generated according to the cup holder lifting amount, the cup holder shaking set rate and the cup holder shaking set time.
4. The intelligent control method of the shaker as set forth in claim 3, wherein the calculating the cup holder lifting amount according to the target product bar code specifically includes:
acquiring an initial position of a cup holder, and acquiring size data of the Xueke cup according to the bar code of the target product;
and calculating the lifting amount of the cup holder according to the size data of the Xueke cup and the initial position of the cup holder.
5. The intelligent control method of a shaker as set forth in claim 3, wherein when the push-out limit switch trigger message is acquired, storing the target product type, the corresponding actual shaking rate of the cup holder and the actual shaking time of the cup holder in a database to be analyzed, the method specifically includes:
splitting the actual shaking speed of the cup holder according to the shaking type of the cup holder to obtain the actual shaking speed of the sub cup holder corresponding to each shaking type of the cup holder;
splitting the actual cup holder shaking time according to the cup holder shaking types to obtain sub cup holder actual time corresponding to each cup holder shaking type;
calculating a shaking rate difference value between the actual rate of the sub-cup holder and the set rate of the cup holder corresponding to each cup holder shaking type, and calculating a shaking time difference value between the actual time of the sub-cup holder and the set time of the cup holder corresponding to each cup holder shaking type;
and storing the shaking speed difference value and the shaking time difference value corresponding to each cup holder shaking type into the database to be analyzed.
6. An intelligent control device of a shaking machine, which is characterized by comprising:
the cup holder shrinkage module is used for acquiring a Xueke cup fixing message, generating a frame shrinkage instruction and acquiring a target product type;
the cup shaking starting control module is used for generating a cup holder shaking instruction according to the type of the target product when acquiring a trigger message of entering the limit switch;
the cup shaking stopping control module is used for acquiring a cup shaking stopping instruction, generating a rack pushing instruction and acquiring cup shaking state data, wherein the cup shaking state data comprises a cup shaking actual speed and a cup shaking actual time;
and the data storage module is used for storing the target product type, the corresponding cup holder shaking actual speed and the corresponding cup holder shaking actual time into a database to be analyzed when the push-out limit switch trigger message is acquired.
