Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a urinary catheterization device comprises a catheter 8 and a plug 1. One end of the catheter 8 is provided with a catheter connector 9 which is in plug-in fit with the plug 1.
The plug 1 is of a hollow structure, and the plug 1 is communicated with the catheter 8 through the catheter connector 9. The plug 1 is inserted into the inner side of the catheter joint 9, and the plug 1 is in interference fit with the catheter joint 9. In use, the plug 1 is inserted into the catheter adapter 9.
The end of the plug 1 far away from the catheter 8 is communicated with a hose 6. The end of the hose 6 far away from the plug 1 is provided with a urine bag connector 7, the urine bag connector 7 is connected with a urine bag, and the hose 6 is communicated with the urine bag through the urine bag connector 7.
A cutting assembly is arranged between the plug 1 and the catheter adapter 9. When the plug 1 is pulled out of the catheter connector 9, the cutting assembly cuts the catheter connector 9, and the catheter 8 is prevented from being reused. The cutting assemblies have two, which are symmetrically arranged about the axis of the plug 1.
The cutting assembly comprises a cutting blade 4 and an arcuate bar 5. The cutting knife 4 is fixedly connected with one side of the arc-shaped rod 5 facing the catheter 8. In this embodiment, the cutter 4 and the arc-shaped rod 5 are integrally formed.
The plug 1 is symmetrically provided with grooves 2 matched with the cutting knives 4, and the openings of the grooves 2 deviate from the axial direction of the plug 1. The plug 1 is symmetrically provided with an arc sliding cavity 3 matched with an arc rod 5. The grooves 2 are in one-to-one correspondence with the arc sliding cavities 3, one end of each arc sliding cavity 3 is communicated with the corresponding groove 2, and the other end of each arc sliding cavity 3 is communicated with the hollow structure of the plug 1. The arc rod 5 is arranged in the arc sliding cavity 3 in a sealing sliding way. The cross section of the groove 2 is triangular, the side length of one side of the triangle, which is close to the hose 6, is larger than the length of the cutting knife 4, the side length of one side of the triangle, which is close to the catheter 8, is smaller than the length of the cutting knife 4, and the included angle between the two side edges of the triangle is connected smoothly by an arc. The lower end of the cutter 4 is located at the circular arc. The center of the arc sliding cavity 3 coincides with the center of the arc. The cutting edge of the cutter blade 4 faces in the direction of the hose 6.
Both the plug 1 and the catheter adapter 9 are made of hard materials. The urinary catheter 8 is made of a soft material.
When the plug 1 is separated from the catheter 8, one hand is needed to pinch one end of the catheter 8 close to the catheter connector 9, and the other hand is needed to pinch one end of the hose 6 close to the plug 1, so that the catheter 8, the plug 1, the catheter connector 9 and the hose 6 are enclosed into a closed space, and the space formed by the hollow structure of the plug 1 is larger. Pulling outwards by hand moves the plug 1 to the right relative to the catheter adapter 9, gradually separating the plug 1 from the catheter adapter 9. During this process the relative position of the hand and the catheter 8 or hose 6 is unchanged. The volume of the enclosed space surrounded by the catheter 8, the plug 1, the catheter connector 9 and the hose 6 gradually increases, so that the air pressure in the enclosed space gradually decreases, the arc-shaped rod 5 moves along the arc-shaped sliding cavity 3 in the direction away from the groove 2, the arc-shaped rod 5 drives the cutting knife 4 to rotate leftwards, and the upper end of the cutting knife 4 gradually extends out of the groove 2. After the upper end of the cutter 4 extends out of the groove 2, the upper end of the cutter 4 punctures the side wall of the catheter adapter 9 and then passes through the side wall of the catheter adapter 9. Then as the plug 1 moves to the right with respect to the catheter 8, the cutting blade 4 moves to the right with respect to the catheter hub 9 and cuts the side wall of the catheter hub 9.
Working principle:
when in use, the catheter connector 9 is inserted and sleeved on the outer side of the plug 1, and the catheter connector 9 is in interference fit with the plug 1. In the process of inserting, the catheter joint 9 can push the cutting knife 4 when touching the cutting knife 4, so that the cutting knife 4 drives the arc rod 5 to drive the arc rod 5 to slide along the arc sliding cavity 3, the cutting knife 4 is attached to the right side edge of the triangle, and at the moment, the cutting knife 4 is completely located in the groove 2, namely, the upper end of the cutting knife 4 is located in the groove 2. The state of the plugging completion is shown in fig. 1. And then can be connected with an external urine receiving bag through the urine bag connector 7.
After the use, pinch the one end of the catheter 8 near the catheter connector 9 with one hand, pinch the one end of the hose 6 near the plug 1 with the other hand, make both ends of the plug 1 sealed, make the catheter 8, the plug 1, the catheter connector 9, the hose 6 enclose into the airtight space, and the space formed by the hollow structure of the plug 1 is larger. The two hands are then pulled to the sides respectively, which moves the catheter 8 to the left, moves the hose 6 to the right, and thus moves the plug 1 to the right relative to the catheter connector 9. The plug 1 is gradually separated from the catheter adapter 9. During this process the relative position of the hand and the catheter 8 or hose 6 is unchanged. The volume of the closed space formed by encircling the catheter 8, the plug 1, the catheter connector 9 and the hose 6 gradually increases, so that the air pressure in the closed space gradually decreases, the arc-shaped rod 5 moves along the arc-shaped sliding cavity 3 in the direction deviating from the groove 2, the arc-shaped rod 5 drives the cutting knife 4 to enable the cutting knife 4 to rotate leftwards, and the upper end of the cutting knife 4 gradually stretches out of the groove 2. After the upper end of the cutter 4 extends out of the groove 2, the upper end of the cutter 4 punctures the side wall of the catheter adapter 9 and then passes through the side wall of the catheter adapter 9. Then, along with the rightward movement of the plug 1 relative to the catheter 8, the cutter 4 moves rightward relative to the catheter connector 9 and cuts the side wall of the catheter connector 9, so that the catheter 8 is damaged and the catheter 8 is prevented from being reused.
The device has a simple structure, the cutting assembly in the device can be manufactured by integral molding, the groove 2 and the arc sliding cavity 3 on the plug 1 in the device can be molded once along with the plug 1, and the manufacturing and assembling processes of the device are simple.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and changes may be made without departing from the spirit and principles of the present invention.
