and controlling the discharge pump corresponding to the target filling pipeline to work, monitoring the weight data of the target seasoning container through the weighing equipment corresponding to the target seasoning container, and closing the discharge pump when the reduction amount of the weight data reaches the first filling weight.
In a specific application scenario, optionally, in the filling control module, the first filling time is determined according to a capacity of the target filling pipe and a discharge rate of the discharge pump, or the first filling time is determined according to a historical filling time of the target filling pipe;
in the fill control module, the first fill weight is determined based on a capacity of the target fill tube and a density of the target flavoring, or the first fill weight is determined based on a historical fill weight of the target fill tube.
In a specific application scenario, optionally, when the stuff instruction is a first stuff instruction, the parameter acquiring module is configured to:
acquiring a region to be filled of a target filling pipeline;
and determining a second filling time according to the capacity of the area to be filled and the discharging speed of the discharging pump, and/or determining a second filling weight according to the capacity of the area to be filled and the density of the target seasoning, wherein the filling parameters comprise the second filling time or the second filling weight.
In a specific application scenario, optionally, the filling control module is configured to:

collecting photoelectric signals through a photoelectric sensor arranged at least one first preset position of a target filling pipeline, determining whether seasoning is filled in the pipeline at each first preset position based on the photoelectric signals, and determining a region to be filled according to the seasoning filling condition at each first preset position; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and shooting a pipeline picture through an image acquisition device arranged at least one second preset position of the target filling pipeline, and carrying out image recognition on the pipeline picture to determine the region to be filled.
According to yet another aspect of the present application, there is provided a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the filling method of the seasoning machine described above.
According to yet another aspect of the present application, there is provided a seasoning machine comprising a storage medium, a processor and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the filling method of the seasoning machine when executing the computer program.
In a specific application scenario, optionally, the flavoring machine further comprises a control screen, a discharge pump, an electric cabinet, a flavoring container, and a flavoring conveying pipeline and a receiving area corresponding to the flavoring container. The user can input or select instructions on the control screen, so that the electric cabinet controls the discharge pump to work, and the discharge pump enables seasonings to enter the seasoning conveying pipeline from the seasoning container and can enter the material receiving area through the seasoning conveying pipeline.
It should be noted that, other corresponding descriptions of each functional module related to the filling device of the seasoning machine provided in the embodiments of the present application may refer to the corresponding descriptions of fig. 1, and are not repeated herein.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1, correspondingly, the embodiment of the application also provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the program is executed by a processor to implement the filling method of the flavoring machine shown in fig. 1.
Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in a software product or a hardware product, or a combination of hardware and software, where the software product may be stored in a nonvolatile storage medium (may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a mobile hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for causing a seasoning machine (may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the methods of various implementation scenarios of the present application.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1 and the filling device embodiment of the seasoning machine shown in fig. 2, in order to achieve the above objective, the embodiment of the present application further provides a seasoning machine, which may specifically be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc., where the seasoning machine includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program to implement the filling method of the seasoning machine as shown in fig. 1.
Optionally, the seasoning machine may also include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, radio Frequency (RF) circuitry, sensors, audio circuitry, WI-FI modules, and the like. The user interface may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), etc., and the optional user interface may also include a USB interface, a card reader interface, etc. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., bluetooth interface, WI-FI interface), etc.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configuration of a seasoning machine provided in this embodiment is not limiting and may include more or fewer components, or may be a combination of certain components, or may be a different arrangement of components.
The storage medium may also include an operating system, a network communication module. Claims (10)

1. A method of filling a seasoning machine, the method comprising:
determining a target filling pipe of the flavoring machine in response to a filling instruction, wherein the target filling pipe is a flavoring conveying pipe of the flavoring machine;
acquiring filling parameters of the target filling pipeline;
and controlling a discharging pump corresponding to the target filling pipeline to work according to the filling parameters so as to drive target seasonings in a target seasoning container corresponding to the target filling pipeline to enter the target filling pipeline under the action of the discharging pump.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, in response to a fill instruction, a target fill tube of the seasoning machine is preceded by:
determining the target filling pipeline based on the selection operation of the filling function in the man-machine interaction interface of the seasoning machine and/or based on sound wave input data, and generating a first filling instruction; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
when a cleaning end signal of a first seasoning conveying pipeline is monitored, determining the first seasoning conveying pipeline as the target filling pipeline, and generating a second filling instruction; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and when the mounting success signal or the replacement success signal of the second seasoning conveying pipeline is monitored, determining the second seasoning conveying pipeline as the target filling pipeline, and generating a third filling instruction.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the fill parameter comprises a first fill time or a first fill weight; according to the filling parameters, controlling the discharge pump corresponding to the target filling pipeline to work, specifically comprising:
starting a timer, controlling a discharge pump corresponding to the target filling pipeline to work at the same time, and closing the discharge pump when the timing time of the timer reaches the first filling time; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and controlling the discharge pump corresponding to the target filling pipeline to work, monitoring weight data of the target seasoning container through weighing equipment corresponding to the target seasoning container, and closing the discharge pump when the reduction amount of the weight data reaches the first filling weight.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of,
the first filling time is determined according to the capacity of the target filling pipeline and the discharging speed of the discharging pump, or the first filling time is determined according to the historical filling time of the target filling pipeline;
the first fill weight is determined based on the capacity of the target fill tube and the density of the target flavoring, or the first fill weight is determined based on the historical fill weight of the target fill tube.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the fill instruction is the first fill instruction, the obtaining the fill parameter of the target fill pipe specifically comprises:
acquiring a region to be filled of the target filling pipeline;
and determining a second filling time according to the capacity of the area to be filled and the discharging rate of the discharging pump, and/or determining a second filling weight according to the capacity of the area to be filled and the density of the target seasoning, wherein the filling parameters comprise the second filling time or the second filling weight.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the controlling the operation of the discharge pump corresponding to the target filling pipe according to the filling parameter specifically comprises:
starting a timer, controlling a discharge pump corresponding to the target filling pipeline to work at the same time, and closing the discharge pump when the timing time of the timer reaches the second filling time; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and controlling the discharge pump corresponding to the target filling pipeline to work, monitoring weight data of the target seasoning container through weighing equipment corresponding to the target seasoning container, and closing the discharge pump when the reduction amount of the weight data reaches the second filling weight.
7. The method according to claim 5, wherein the acquiring the region to be filled of the target filling pipe comprises:
collecting photoelectric signals through photoelectric sensors arranged at least one first preset position of the target filling pipeline, determining whether seasoning is filled in the pipeline at each first preset position based on the photoelectric signals, and determining the area to be filled according to the seasoning filling condition at each first preset position; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and shooting a pipeline picture through an image acquisition device arranged at least one second preset position of the target filling pipeline, and carrying out image recognition on the pipeline picture to determine the region to be filled.
8. A filling device for a seasoning machine, the device comprising:
a pipe determination module for determining a target fill pipe of the seasoning machine in response to a fill instruction, wherein the target fill pipe is a seasoning delivery pipe of the seasoning machine;
the parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring filling parameters of the target filling pipeline;
and the filling control module is used for controlling the discharging pump corresponding to the target filling pipeline to work according to the filling parameters so as to drive the target seasoning in the target seasoning container corresponding to the target filling pipeline to enter the target filling pipeline under the action of the discharging pump.
9. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A seasoning machine comprising a storage medium, a processor and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
