The intelligent identification device for the power equipment is characterized by comprising a shifter, an adjusting mechanism, a light projecting mechanism, a first camera and a controller, wherein the controller is respectively and electrically connected with the shifter, the adjusting mechanism, the light projecting mechanism and the first camera; the first camera is used for respectively acquiring a personnel image and a first operation image and sending the personnel image and the first operation image to the controller; the adjusting mechanism is respectively connected with the first camera and the light projecting mechanism, and the controller is used for controlling the adjusting mechanism according to the first working image so that the adjusting mechanism drives the first camera to adjust the shooting position; the controller is also used for controlling the light projecting mechanism according to the first working image, projecting a guide area to a to-be-maintained area of the power equipment, so that a worker can maintain the equipment according to the guide area; the adjusting mechanism is arranged on the shifter, the controller is used for identifying the personnel image, and when the personnel image is identified, the shifter is controlled to drive the adjusting mechanism to move along with an operator; the adjusting mechanism comprises a first screw rod sliding table module and an installation seat, and the first screw rod sliding table module is arranged on the top side of the shifter; the first screw rod sliding table module comprises a first sliding table, the first sliding table is connected with the mounting seat, and the first screw rod sliding table module is used for driving the first sliding table so that the first sliding table drives the mounting seat to move along a first set direction in a horizontal plane; the first camera and the light projecting mechanism are arranged on the mounting seat, the controller is electrically connected with the first screw rod sliding table module, and the controller is used for controlling the first screw rod sliding table module so that the first sliding table drives the first camera and the light projecting mechanism to move along the first set direction through the mounting seat respectively; the adjusting mechanism further comprises a second screw rod sliding table module and a lifter, the second screw rod sliding table module is located between the first screw rod sliding table module and the mover, the second screw rod sliding table module comprises a second sliding table, the second sliding table is in driving connection with the first screw rod sliding table module, and the second screw rod sliding table module is used for driving the second sliding table so that the second sliding table drives the first screw rod sliding table to move along a second set direction in a horizontal plane; the first setting direction is perpendicular to the second setting direction; the lifter is arranged on one side, deviating from the first screw rod sliding table module, of the second screw rod sliding table module, the output end of the lifter is connected with the second screw rod sliding table module, and the lifter is used for driving the first camera and the light projecting mechanism to vertically lift through the second screw rod sliding table module, the first screw rod sliding table module and the mounting seat in sequence; the controller is respectively and electrically connected with the second screw rod sliding table module and the lifter, and is used for respectively controlling the first screw rod sliding table module, the second screw rod sliding table module and the lifter according to the first operation image so as to enable the first camera and the light projecting mechanism to be respectively aligned with a to-be-maintained area of the power equipment; the first screw rod sliding table module and the second screw rod sliding table module are in a cross shape; the first camera is also used for acquiring maintenance images and sending the maintenance images to the controller; the controller is also used for judging whether a shielding area exists in the maintenance image, when the shielding area exists in the maintenance image, determining a moving scheme according to the shielding area, and respectively controlling the first screw rod sliding table module, the second screw rod sliding table module and the lifter according to the moving scheme so that the first camera acquires the maintenance image again and sends the maintenance image to the controller, and the controller continuously executes the steps until the shielding area does not exist in the Nth maintenance image; the shielding area is an area to be maintained, which is shielded by an object in the maintenance image.

The intelligent power equipment identification device according to claim 1, wherein the light projecting mechanism comprises a fixing frame, a light projecting lamp and an angle adjuster, the fixing frame is arranged on one side of the mounting seat, which is away from the first sliding table, and the first camera is arranged on one side of the fixing frame, which is away from the mounting seat; the projection lamp and the angle adjuster are both arranged on the fixing frame, the projection lamp is rotatably arranged on the fixing frame, and the projection lamp is used for rotating along the vertical direction so as to enable the projection lamp to project a guiding area into a shooting area of the first camera; the angle adjuster is in driving connection with the projection lamp and is used for driving the projection lamp to rotate so as to change the irradiation angle of the projection lamp; the controller is electrically connected with the angle adjuster and the projection lamp, and is used for controlling the angle adjuster and the projection lamp according to a first operation image so that the projection lamp projects a guide area of a preset area to an area to be maintained of equipment.

The intelligent power equipment identification device according to claim 2, wherein the projection lamp comprises a lamp holder and a plurality of lamp sources, each lamp source is arranged on one side of the lamp holder facing the shooting area of the first camera in a longitudinal and transverse arrangement mode, the controller is electrically connected with each lamp source, the controller is used for respectively controlling each lamp source according to the first operation image, each lamp source irradiates according to the opening and closing of the area to be maintained, and the guiding area projected by each started lamp source coincides with the area to be maintained.

The intelligent power equipment identification device according to claim 2, wherein a rotating shaft is transversely arranged on one side of the projection lamp, which is away from the guiding area, and two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively connected with the fixing frame in a rotating manner; the angle adjuster comprises a stepping motor, a driving gear and a driven gear, wherein the driven gear is sleeved at one end of the rotating shaft, the stepping motor is positioned at one side of the projection lamp, which is close to the shifter, the driving gear is sleeved at the output end of the stepping motor, and the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear; the controller is electrically connected with the stepping motor, and the controller is used for controlling the stepping motor according to the first operation image, so that the stepping motor sequentially passes through the driving gear, the driven gear and the rotating shaft to drive the projection lamp to vertically rotate.
