Abstract
The invention provides a low-power consumption overlength luminous electric control light storage indication board, which comprises a shell, a lighting unit, a light homogenizing unit, a luminous main body, a reflecting unit, an electric storage unit and a control unit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a self-luminous light-storage material, a safety identification system and an automatic control system.
Background
With the increasing size of modern buildings, a large amount of underground engineering does not see sunlight all the year round, a larger amount of mines are available, no illumination is available for a long time after emergency occurs, and the direction guidance of people in the mine is a great challenge. Conventional emergency systems, which are all disposable after power failure, typically only support illumination for about 90 minutes. If trapped personnel are trapped in a completely dark environment after the emergency energy source is used up because of the dark places such as roads in the building, under the ground, subways, mines and the like, great difficulty is caused to the survival of the personnel, and the safety channel is difficult to find or know where the personnel are located under the condition of no identification. According to the invention, the luminous device is started for several seconds to tens of seconds to give low-illumination, the light storage material is simultaneously used for storing light, and then the luminous device is self-luminous for several hours, so that the storage battery which is originally used for 90 minutes is not applied once, but intermittently applied, the power consumption time only needs to be one thousandth of that of the traditional mode, but the indication function is continuous, the service time of the indication board is greatly prolonged, and the working time of the identification board can be prolonged by thousands times to tens of thousands times of luminous time by limited electric energy. The scheme can prolong the effective working time of the indicating plate from 90 minutes to tens of days, and provides safe and effective indexes for some special application places.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a low-power consumption and ultra-long light-emitting electric control light storage indication board.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the invention comprises a shell, a lighting unit, a dodging unit, a luminous main body, a reflecting unit and an electric storage unit. The shell is generally made of plastic and metal materials.
The luminous main body is a long-acting light-storing self-luminous material or a microprism reflecting luminous film. As shown in fig. 2, 7 is a reflective film layer, and 8 is a light-emitting film layer.
The lighting unit is a light-emitting linear array formed by LED energy-saving lamps and is positioned on the side surface of the light-emitting main body, and only a few light-emitting linear arrays are needed.
The photovoltaic unit is embedded in a proper position on the frame of the shell.
The electric storage unit is a polymer lithium battery, has the advantages of small self-discharge, long service life, large capacity density, good safety performance and the like, and is very suitable for the needs of the invention.
The control unit is an embedded single-chip microcomputer and further comprises a light intensity sensor for judging whether the environment needs to be lighted or not; the power supply system comprises a voltage detection chip, judges whether external power is supplied, and starts the power storage unit to work if the external power is not supplied.
Further, when external power supply is lost, the control unit intermittently starts the illumination system to illuminate, maintains the intensity of light stored by the luminous main body for a certain time, and then cuts off power supply, so that the light storage material can automatically emit light to meet the recognition of human eyes within the range of tens of meters.
Furthermore, the whole equipment does not need to uniformly and stepwisely turn on illumination, and only needs to be in an illumination state or an afterglow state, and alternately and continuously works. The light-accumulating material is lighted for 15-30 seconds, so that afterglow can be slowly released for 6 hours, and the light-accumulating material can last for several days or longer.
Meanwhile, if the luminous main body adopts a reflective luminous film, the luminous main body can be used as a reflective mark at any time, so that the identifiability of the luminous main body is enhanced.

Fig. 1 is a basic structural schematic diagram of a low-power consumption ultralong-light-emitting electric control light storage indicator board.
FIG. 2 is a diagram of a light-emitting reflective film structure for a light-emitting unit of a low-power consumption ultralong light-emitting electronic control light-storage indicator board.
FIG. 3 is a working schematic diagram of a low-power consumption ultralong-light-emitting electric control light storage indicator plate.
Description of the embodiments
Examples: as shown in fig. 1, the present invention may take this figure as a basic structure, but is not limited to this structure for layout. The method comprises the following steps:
1, the luminous main body is generally manufactured from a luminous reflecting film by adopting a lettering or printing mode and then is stuck on a transparent plastic plate.
And 2, the lighting unit adopts the combination of the light guide plate and the LED lamp, has low power consumption and high brightness, and simultaneously provides a light storage source for the luminous main body when the lighting unit emits light.
And 3, the light homogenizing unit is formed by adopting a composite film material such as a light guide plate and the like, and the light emitted by the LED lamp group is uniformly distributed in the plate.
And 4, the electric storage unit adopts a polymer lithium battery, the volume size is controllable, the electric storage unit can be adjusted according to the size of the shell, and the electric storage unit is usually made into a sheet form.
And 5, the control unit is arranged in the shell, and a low-power-consumption singlechip is adopted to automatically control the start and stop of the luminous main body and the management of related functions.
And 6, the shell is made of common metal, engineering plastic or other flame retardant materials.
The key point of the invention can be realized through the embodiment, and the light source is intermittently supplied with extremely low energy consumption, so that the indication board can emit light for a long time and has an indication function.
