Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a response method of an event report task according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method is applied to a cleaning task management system, and the cleaning task management system can be used for carrying out cleaning task management on limited areas inside and outside a plurality of buildings, has an operation processing function, can be used for cleaning management personnel, and can be called as a system for short. As shown in fig. 1, the present application includes the steps of:
step 110, acquiring task information; the task information comprises original task response time and primary worker ID;
the task information may include a variety of types, and several common task information are described below.
The first task is that the user sends out the task after the special button of the user terminal or the environment where the user is located is pressed when the user needs the operator, for example, the user presses the clean call button of the environment where the user is located, or the user terminal receives the clean requirement information of the user and sends the clean requirement information to the management device. The user terminal here may be a user handset, tablet or the like that can communicate with the management device.
Second, the task of maintaining the equipment refers to that when equipment in a place fails or needs maintenance, the equipment automatically gives out a warning and sends the warning to the management equipment, the task generated by the management equipment is distributed to a terminal of an operator responsible for the scene or the area, the terminal can be a mobile phone or a portable equipment without a positioning function, and the portable equipment can be a wearable equipment, such as a bracelet or a wristwatch, and the like, and can be communicated with the management equipment.
Thirdly, task assignment refers to that when an emergency situation occurs in a place, such as a guest visits, a cleaning agent is required to arrive at the place, the management equipment can acquire the positions and the states of a plurality of operators, and assign tasks to 1 or more operators preferentially.
Fourth, the planning task means that the working personnel are required to clean the place at fixed time in daily work arrangement. The management device may receive a planned task entered by a manager, such as a sanitation manager, for a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom time period, where the planned task may include selecting a worker or a sanitation team to complete the task, and then the management device may send the planned task to the terminal of the worker or sanitation team before the task execution period begins.
Fifth, the patrol task is used for checking patrol, so that operators or sanitation authorities can check whether the scene is not checked. Such tasks have set routing inspection routes, routing inspection points, routing inspection execution time ranges, routing inspection executives or execution groups and the like required by the tasks. When the current time is already at the starting time in the patrol execution time range, the management device automatically generates patrol tasks and sends the patrol tasks to the terminals of the executive or the executive team.
Aiming at the issued patrol task, an executive or an executive team can carry out patrol reporting, wherein the patrol reporting refers to the patrol reporting task filled by the executive or the executive team when a scene needing to be cleaned or maintained is found in the execution process of the patrol task, and the content of the patrol reporting task comprises information such as reporting scene, reporting description, photo, voice and the like. The patrol report task is filled in and stored and then sent to the management equipment, and the management equipment can automatically dispatch the task to the terminal of the operator responsible for the scene.
Different task information needs to be matched with different operators, fig. 2 is a flow which needs to be passed by a task from generating the task to completing, namely task generation, task matching, task dispatch, task response, arrival execution and task completion, but how to generate the task dispatch for the task is not an important point of the application, in fig. 2, when the task is dispatched, a task dispatch object and task response time are determined, and the task dispatch object is the first-level operator of the application, and the task response time is the order receiving time of the task dispatch object.
Step 120, according to the first-level operator ID, task information is sent to a first-level terminal corresponding to the first-level operator ID;
specifically, the operator ID includes, but is not limited to, any one of an operator name, an identification card number, a number, an operator account number, or a combination thereof, and each operator corresponds to an operator terminal, where the terminal includes, but is not limited to, a wearable device or a mobile phone, and the wearable device includes, but is not limited to, a bracelet, a watch, and the like.
130, resetting the original task response time to be a first task response time when the task information is not responded within the original task response time, and sending a reminding message to a primary terminal corresponding to a primary worker ID through a primary response method;
specifically, if the task information is not responded in the original task response time, for example, the task information is sent in the form of an in-station message or the like, and when the confirmation message sent by the terminal is not received in the original task response time, the task information can be considered to be not confirmed, at this time, the system can update the original response time to obtain the first task response time, and send a reminding message to the terminal corresponding to the first-stage operator ID again to remind the first-stage operator to confirm the task.
The task information has a response notification template, where the response notification template includes at least one of an in-station message mode, a mobile phone short message mode and a voice phone mode, and referring to fig. 3, sending, by a primary response method, a reminder message to a primary terminal corresponding to a primary operator ID includes: when the response notification template is at least one of an in-station message mode, a mobile phone short message mode and a voice telephone mode, a reminding message is sent to a primary terminal corresponding to the primary operator ID through at least one of the in-station message, the mobile phone short message and the voice telephone.
Further, for the system, the system monitors task information in real time, and when a plurality of tasks are not responded in the corresponding original task response time, the sending sequence of the reminding messages of the plurality of tasks is determined according to the task priority, the task expiration time and the task reporting time; the task out-of-date time is the time when the task information exceeds the original task response time; and sending the reminding message to the primary terminal according to the sending sequence of the reminding message.
The task priority at this time may be determined according to the task type, for example, in the above-mentioned task reporting task, equipment maintenance task, task assignment task, planning task, and inspection task, where the task priority is higher, and is the task reporting task and equipment maintenance task for the user, and the task priority of this type is already included in the task information when the task is generated. The task reporting time is the time reported by the user for the task reported by the user, the time for equipment maintenance task for equipment failure, and the time generated for the task for task assignment, task planning and task inspection. When the system monitors that the tasks exceed the original task response time, the sending sequence of the reminding messages is determined according to the task priority, the task expiration time and the task reporting time, and the reminding messages are sent according to the sequence, so that the ordered sending of the reminding messages is ensured.
Further, the system also considers the response times when determining the sending sequence of the reminding message, thereby facilitating more accurate calculation of the sending sequence of the reminding message.
Specifically, firstly, counting the times of a first-level response method;
secondly, when the fact that the plurality of tasks are not responded within the corresponding original task response time is monitored, determining the sending sequence of the reminding messages of the plurality of tasks according to the task priority, the task expiration time, the task reporting time and the times;
and finally, according to the sending sequence of the reminding message, sending the reminding message to the primary terminal.
Specifically, the sending sequence may be calculated by assigning a weight value, for example, a weight value is assigned to the number of times of each primary response method, a weight value is assigned to the task priority, a weight value is assigned to the task expiration time according to a time region corresponding to the expiration time, and a weight value is assigned to the task reporting time.
For example, when the number of times of the primary response method is 1, a weight value of 0.1 is corresponding, and when the number of times is 2, a weight value of 0.2 is corresponding; for tasks with higher priorities, the assigned weight value is larger than the weight value of tasks with lower priorities. The task overtime is 0-1 min, corresponding to a weight value of 0.3, the task overtime is 1-3 min, corresponding to a weight value of 0.2, the task overtime is 3-5 min, corresponding to a weight value of 0.1, and the like, so that the sorting value can be calculated, and the task with higher sorting value can be reminded preferentially.
Step 140, when the task information is not responded within the first task response time, determining a secondary operator ID according to the primary operator ID, updating the first task response time to the second task response time, sending the task information to a secondary terminal corresponding to the secondary operator ID, and simultaneously sending a reminding message to the secondary terminal corresponding to the secondary operator ID through the secondary response method;
the task information may further include task types, that is, the above five task types, and the secondary operator may be an operator with authority greater than that of the primary operator, for example, the secondary operator may be a supervisor or a shift of the area to which the secondary operator belongs. In determining the secondary worker ID from the primary worker ID, the following method may be included:
firstly, acquiring attendance information of a first number of second-level operators corresponding to first-level operators;
the second-level operators corresponding to the first-level operators can be preset in the system, and the second-level operators corresponding to the first-level operators can be directly obtained through inquiry.
Secondly, screening the first number of secondary operators to obtain a second number of secondary operators according to the attendance information; wherein the second number is not greater than the first number;
finally, screening a third number of secondary operators from the second number of secondary operators according to the task type; wherein the third number is not greater than the second number.
Specifically, screening for the 1 st time, namely screening from the first number of second-level operators to obtain the second number of second-level operators, screening out a main pipe/team length of the area to which the event report belongs and taking the attendance state as the working state to obtain a personnel set A1;
screening for the 2 nd time, namely screening from the second number of second-level operators to obtain a third number of second-level operators, namely screening out a main pipe/team leader responsible for a task type and having an attendance state of working when A1>0, and obtaining a personnel set A2;
it should be noted that, the insertion of a new matching algorithm is supported between the two filtering steps, and the two filtering steps can be executed in sequence; the matching algorithm of each step is provided with a start-stop switch, and when one step of algorithm is deactivated, the next step of algorithm is automatically skipped to continue executing the subsequent algorithm.
Accordingly, the system also calculates the number of secondary responses to determine the sending sequence of the alert message at this time, and the method is similar to that in step 130, referring to fig. 4, and the secondary response method is similar to the primary response method, which is not repeated here.
Step 150, when the task information is not responded within the second task response time, determining a third-level operation personnel ID according to the second-level operation personnel ID, updating the second task response time to obtain a third task response time, sending the task information to a third-level terminal corresponding to the third-level operation personnel ID, and simultaneously sending a reminding message to the third-level terminal corresponding to the third-level operation personnel ID through a third-level response method;
specifically, the three-level operator ID may be an ID of a manager on duty, a building length or an area responsible person, etc. The third-level operators corresponding to the second-level operators can be preset in the system, and the third-level operators corresponding to the second-level operators can be directly obtained through inquiry.
The second task response time may be updated according to the method of step 140 to obtain the third task response time, so as to send a reminder message to the terminal corresponding to the third-level worker ID with higher authority, so as to report the task that is not responded to the event and the task that is not responded to the event again.
Accordingly, the system also calculates the number of three-level responses, so as to determine the sending sequence of the reminding message at this time, and the method is similar to that in step 130, and will not be repeated here. Meanwhile, the system also screens the third-level worker ID, and the screening method is similar to the above-mentioned method for screening the second-level worker ID, and referring to fig. 5, the third-level response method is similar to the first-level response method, and will not be described again here.
And 160, when the task information is not responded within the third task response time, continuing to send the task information to the terminal corresponding to the first-level worker ID until the task information is responded.
While the task is still unresponsive, steps 130-150 may continue to be performed until the task is responded to.
Further, the task information further includes a response personnel notification configuration, which may include a notification mode configuration and a notification time configuration. For example, the notification mode configuration includes: sequentially notifying, namely, one notification is completed, and all notifications are completed, namely, all personnel are notified; the notification time configuration includes: legal holidays, legal workdays, custom time period.
The present application may further include: and sending a reminding message to the first-level operator, the second-level operator or the third-level operator according to the response operator notification configuration. Namely, according to the notification mode configuration and the notification time configuration, a reminding message is sent to an operator. For example, in the case of sequential notification, the primary worker may notify only one, or the secondary worker may notify only one, or the tertiary worker may notify only one. Alternatively, for example, the three-level response method may be performed on a legal day, with the notification time of the three-level worker configured as the legal day.
In one specific example, the steps from reporting an event to triggering a three-level response method are illustrated as shown in FIG. 6.
Step 601, an event reporting platform;
step 602, reporting information input;
step 603, the dispatch system performs dispatch;
step 604, whether the task response times out;
wherein, when the task response is not timed out, step 605 is executed, and when the task response is timed out, step 608 is executed.
Step 605, executing in the field;
step 606, processing is complete;
step 607, the message is fed back to the first level/second level/third level respondents;
step 608, triggering a first level response method;
wherein when time out, step 609 is performed.
Step 609, whether the task response times out;
wherein, when time out, step 610 is performed and when not time out, step 604 is performed.
Step 610, triggering a second level response method;
step 611, whether the task response times out;
wherein step 612 is performed when timeout occurs, and step 605 is performed when not timeout.
Step 612, a third level response method is triggered.
By applying the response method of the event reporting task, the response speed of the task can be improved, the task is promoted to be responded quickly, and therefore user experience is improved.
