step three: when the air inlet fan 11 is started, the dust of the carrier is blown away by the air blown out from the air outlet pipe 36 in the process of transporting the carrier on the second conveyor belt 5, then the second cylinders 14 are started, the heating plate 39 is driven to descend to heat the part which is partially damaged to loosen the part, the follow-up bidirectional electric rod 40 is started to drive the triangular plate 43 to move, and the loosened part is taken out and replaced by a new part.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the loading body of the server is placed on the first bottom plate 1, the loading body is driven to move to a proper position through a driving device at the bottom end of the first bottom plate 1, then the corresponding upright post 3 is pushed, the sliding block 23 is pulled to a proper height, the disassembly post 21 is driven to rotate through the starting rotation device 20, the bolts on the outer shell of the loading body are disassembled, then the heights of the sliding block 23 and the positions of the loading body are adjusted for multiple times, the bolts on two sides of the loading body are all disassembled, the two sides of the loading body can be disassembled after the loading body is rotated, after the bolts are disassembled, the first conveyor belt 4 and the second conveyor belt 5 are started to drive the loading body to move forward, in the advancing process, the first air cylinder 7 is started to drive the transverse plate 8 to descend, the second electric rod 18 is started to drive the inserting block 17 to move forward, the thrust on the other two sides of the loading body is given, the top end and the two side surfaces of the loading body can be dismounted by restarting the first air cylinder 7 to retract the transverse plate 8, then starting the air inlet machine 11, then controlling the heating plate 39 to descend to heat the side surface of the damaged part, facilitating subsequent dismounting, after the damaged part is loose, controlling the second conveyor belt 5 to move the loading body to a proper position, controlling the corresponding second air cylinder 14 to control the first placing component to descend, controlling the bidirectional electric rod 40 to shrink and clamp the part, then controlling the first placing component to ascend, controlling the second conveyor belt 5 to move the loading body, then using the second air cylinder 14 in the second placing component to place the corresponding part at the missing position, and then controlling the corresponding bidirectional electric rod 40 to enable the distance between the two vertical plates 42 to be increased until the part is not affected and then being pulled up.
