Background
The closed ring is an important part in the gun, and the analysis of a closed mechanism and the correct selection of a closed mode are key points of realizing reliable closed. The sealing principle of the closed ring is that under the action of gunpowder air pressure, radial deformation is generated at the thin wall of the closed ring and the thin wall of the powder chamber is tightly contacted to realize radial sealing, and along with the increase of pressure, the contact force is increased, the axial bonding and the radial elastic bonding are tighter, and finally the aim of sealing gunpowder and gas is achieved.
The performance index of the closed ring is mainly (1) the reliability of closed gas: the gas-closing ring and the lining cylinder are in clearance fit, so that the leakage of gunpowder and gas is reduced as much as possible; (2) service life of the closed ring: the gas-tight ring is acted by gunpowder and gas, and the situation of unreliable gas-tight performance can occur after a certain number of shots; (3) safety in use of the closed ring: reliable measures are taken to ensure that the device is not damaged under working conditions; (4) service: the maintenance operation is convenient, and the replacement of parts is easy.
Currently, the types of the closed gas ring mainly comprise (1) the closed gas type of the inner cone of the barrel bore: the closed ring is mounted and matched with the inner wall of the medicine chamber at a certain angle, the closed ring generates radial elastic deformation under the pressure in the chamber, and the deformed closed ring is clung to the inner wall of the medicine chamber to finally realize radial sealing; (2) double conical surface closed gas: the closed ring is provided with double conical surfaces with diamond-shaped cross sections, the front conical surface and the rear conical surface are respectively attached to corresponding contact surfaces of the gun barrel inner bore and the gun barrel outer bore latch body, and the closed ring is expanded and calibrated by utilizing the gunpowder gas pressure in the bore to realize reliable sealing; (3) the outer end face of the chamber is closed with air: the gas-closing ring is connected to the latch body and moves together with the latch body, so that the pressure in the chamber is converted into the fitting force of the gas-closing ring and the end face of the barrel, and the gunpowder gas in the chamber is tightly sealed by the tight fitting of the end face of the gas-closing ring and the end face of the barrel; (4) mixed gas-tight type of inner radial and outer end face of the chamber: the front part of the closed ring is designed into a cylindrical surface or a thin-wall conical surface with a certain angle, and when the gun is launched, the front part of the thin-wall cylindrical surface is elastically deformed and tightly attached to the inner wall of the powder chamber, so that radial sealing is realized.
However, the above-mentioned closed gas ring type is only suitable for various conventional barrel type barrel gun shooting tests, and the barrel of the rail balance gun is paved with a running rail, so that the shot firing environment is not a circumferentially symmetrical barrel type, but becomes a special-shaped structure conforming to 'barrel+rail', therefore, the structure of the rail balance gun (the barrel is paved with a rail, and the shot runs on the rail) is completely unsuitable, and the closed gas problem of the rail balance gun is more serious.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a special-shaped closed ring applied to a rail balance gun, and aims to solve the problem that a good closed effect is difficult to ensure in the rail balance gun through reasonable structural size optimization, shape optimization and topology optimization aiming at the characteristic that a running rail is paved in a rail balance gun bore.
The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: the special-shaped closed ring for the rail balance gun is of a disc-shaped structure with a groove, and specifically comprises a special-shaped groove, an edge thin wall, a reinforcing ring, a connecting part and a closed ring bottom plate; the closed ring bottom plate is provided with a special-shaped groove for enabling the closed ring to be attached to the track; the edge thin wall is arranged at the edge of the air-tight ring and is used for realizing radial sealing; the reinforcing ring is connected with the edge thin wall and the closed ring bottom plate and is used for providing structural support for the closed ring bottom plate; the bottom plate of the air-closed ring is provided with a connecting part for fixing the air-closed ring at the tail part of the projectile.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the remarkable advantages that:
(1) The outer wall surface of the closed ring is a non-conical surface, and the outer diameter of the closed ring is the same as the outer diameter of the projectile, so that the closed ring can be easily installed in a balance gun with a constant diameter barrel to ensure good closed effect.
(2) The appearance of the closed ring is not circumferentially symmetrical, but a special-shaped structure conforming to the equal-diameter gun barrel and the track, so that the closed ring can be better attached to the inner wall of the gun barrel of the novel rail balance gun to ensure good closed gas effect;
(3) The gas-closing ring is provided with a circle of reinforcing ring, so that the strength of the gas-closing ring is enhanced, namely, the gas-closing ring is ensured to be in good structure under the action of gunpowder and gas, and the function of closing gas is realized;
(4) The groove tail of the closed ring is a smooth transition arc buckled inwards, and is attached to the track under the action of gunpowder and gas, so that the track is better wrapped by the arc buckled inwards, and the closed effect is improved.

The working principle of the special-shaped closed ring is as follows: in a shooting test of the rail balance gun, a special-shaped closed gas ring is fixed at the tail of a projectile by using a screw and is filled in a gun tube of the rail balance gun; the special-shaped groove 1 of the closed ring is attached to the inner track wall of the gun barrel, and when the gun barrel is launched, the edge thin wall 4 of the special-shaped closed ring is stressed to deform, the edge thin wall 4 is radially deformed, so that the outer wall of the edge thin wall of the circular arc section is attached to the inner wall of the gun barrel, and the edge thin wall of the notch section is attached to the track wall, so that radial sealing of the gun barrel is realized. And meanwhile, under the support of the reinforcing ring 5 and the closed ring bottom plate, the whole structure of the closed ring is stable, so that the sealing effect is better.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, according to the test results, under the same powder charge, 1.99kg of the heavy projectile had a maximum chamber pressure of 198.0Mpa;2.27kg of heavy projectile, the maximum rifling pressure of the medicine chamber is 219.0Mpa, the maximum rifling pressure under two test working conditions is good in consistency, and the inner ballistic theory is met, so that the air tightness is good.
The special-shaped gas-closing ring provided by the invention is applied to the rail balance gun, has a simple structural design principle, is easy to realize, and ensures the gas-closing problem in the special-shaped gun barrel. On the premise of ensuring that other components of the balance gun are normal in function, the special-shaped closed gas ring is subjected to structural size optimization, shape optimization and topology optimization, and good closed gas effect is ensured.
