(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种分散橙染料组合物,尤其是一种适合印染疏水性纤维材料的环保型分散橙染料组合物及其制品。
(二)背景技术
随着社会的进步和人们生活水平的提高,多种混纺纤维的纺织织物得以应用,其中,涤氨纶混纺织物由于具有较好的悬垂性、舒适的包覆性、丰富柔软的手感且穿着舒适、透气等优点,满足了人们对服装面料产品的诸多需求,目前达到了一般面料无法媲美的服用性能,因而赢得了广阔的市场。人们对印染涤/氨纶产品的水洗色牢度也提出了很高的要求,如六纤沾色需达到4级以上等,从实际应用过程看,对染料的水泡牢度也提出了新的要求。分散橙染料是一类应用较广的色种,即可单色应用,又可用于红色、蓝色及黑色等深色染料的复配增效,而市面上综合性能优异的橙色染料十分有限。
(三)发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种环保型分散橙染料组合物,应用于疏水性纤维材料染色时,具有耐升华沾色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、水泡牢度好以及落色清等特点。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种分散橙染料组合物,包括组分A、组分B和组分C,所述的组分A选自下式(I)中的至少一种,所述的组分B选自下式(II)中的至少一种,所述的组分C选自下式(III)中的至少一种,基于所述的组分A、组分B和组分C,组分A的质量百分含量为1~40%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~80%,组分C的质量百分含量为10~85%:

X1为硝基、氰基或卤素,
X2为卤素,所述的卤素优选氯或溴,
R1为C1~C4烷基、苄基或C1~C4烷氧基取代的C1~C4烷基,所述的C1~C4烷基优选甲基或乙基、C1~C4的烷氧基优选甲氧基或乙氧基;
式(II)中:
R2为C1~C4烷基、C1~C4烷氧基取代的C1~C4烷基,
R3为C1~C4烷基、C1~C4烷氧基取代的C1~C4烷基;

本发明中,所述的C1~C4烷基可以是甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基。
本发明所述的分散橙染料组合物,优选的,基于所述的组分A、组分B和组分C,组分A的质量百分含量为1~30%,组分B的质量百分含量为15~70%,组分C的质量百分含量为20~80%:

本发明所述的分散橙染料组合物,还可进一步加入不超过组分A~C总重20%的橙色或黄色调色组分,如C.I.分散橙30,C.I.分散黄119等。
本发明所述的分散橙染料组合物,可直接作为商品出售,或者也可以加入常规助剂后再作为商品出售或应用于纺织材料着色。因此,本发明还提供了一种分散橙染料制品,其主要含有所述的分散橙染料组合物和助剂,助剂和分散染料组合物的重量之比为0.2~5∶1。优选的,所述的分散橙染料制品由所述的分散橙染料组合物和助剂组成。所述的助剂为分散染料复配时常用的分散剂、扩散剂及其它表面活性剂等,优选自下列之一或其中两种以上任意比例的混合物:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物[如甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(分散剂MF)]、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(扩散剂NNO)、苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(扩散剂CNF)、木质素磺酸钠(木质素85A、木质素83A)、元明粉(硫酸钠)等。
本发明所述的分散橙染料制品的制备方法如下:将组成分散橙染料组合物的染料单体化合物(原染料)按配比混合后,在助剂、水或其他润湿剂的存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化;另外也可将各染料单体化合物分别在助剂、水的存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化处理后按前述比例进行混合。本发明所述的分散橙染料制品,用砂磨机或研磨机研磨后为液状,喷雾干燥后可为粉状、颗粒状,这是本领域技术人员公知的制备方法。
本发明中,式(I)~(III)所示的染料化合物可方便地按本领域技术人员熟知的方式合成,也可以参照专利ZL88102341A等文献中介绍的方法或类似的方法制备,也可以采用市售商品。
利用本发明的染料组合物制成的染料制品,可按行业内惯用方式对疏水性纤维材料(如聚酯及其混纺交织物)进行染色,如采用普通浸染法或高温高压染色法进行染色,也可直接用于印花。其中,普通浸染法如:将疏水性纤维材料进行预处理,放入染缸中进行浸染,染毕,冷水清洗至中性,绞干,再进行还原清洗,烘干;直接印花如:将织物进行染前处理,烘干,定形,在印花机上印分散染料色浆,再进行蒸化,利用汽蒸方式使织物上的染料固色,最后水洗,拉幅定型。
本发明提供的分散橙染料组合物和染料制品,应用于疏水性纤维材料染色时,具有耐升华沾色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、水泡牢度优异以及落色清等特点。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此。
实施例1:
将20克式(I-1)所示的组分A、40克式(II-1)所示的组分B、40克式(III-1)所示的组分C、250克的分散剂MF、50克的木质素磺酸钠,加水1000克拼混后,研磨分散并干燥,即得成品,该染料能提供给聚酯及其混纺织物各项牢度性能优良的橙色。
实施例2
将30克式(I-1)所示的组分A、40克式(II-2)所示的组分B、20克式(III-2)所示的组分C、10克式(IV)所示的C.I.分散黄119、250克的分散剂MF、30克的木质素磺酸钠,加水850克拼混后,研磨分散并干燥,即得成品,该染料能提供给聚酯及其混纺织物各项牢度性能优良的橙色。

按照实施例1所述的方法,不同的是采用表1中组分A~C的结构和重量,加入助剂250克(分散剂MF为200克,木质素磺酸钠为50克),加水1500克拼混后制成浆液,研磨分散,干燥,制得成品,该染料能提供给聚酯及其混纺织物各项牢度性能优良的橙色:

染色实施例:
分别称取2克实施例1~30制得的分散橙染料,采用常规高温高压染色法处理涤氨织物,处理过程中,控制染色深度(o.w.f)3.0%,浴比1∶25,调染浴pH值4~5,室温入染,以1℃/min升温至130℃,保温60min,按常法水洗、还原净洗、中和、定型(180℃×30s),得到染织物。观察样布色光,采用ISO 105-X12、AATCC 61-2A分别测试其耐升华、耐水洗色沾色牢度,结果见表2;

水泡落色牢度测试
将实施例1~30染料染色后的涤纶织物2g与同规格白布2g缝合后分别放入60℃(清水)、60℃(洗衣粉5g/L)、95℃(清水)、95℃(洗衣粉5g/L)浸泡15min,浴比1∶50,判断落色轻重、白布沾色评级,结果见表3:

可见,本发明所述的分散橙染料,应用于聚酯及其混纺织物染色时,其水洗沾色及水泡落色牢度性能优异,同时可进一步与其他蓝色、红色染料复配组成新的深色染料品种。
Claims (9)
1.一种分散橙染料组合物,包括组分A、组分B和组分C,所述的组分A选自下式(I)中的至少一种,所述的组分B选自下式(II)中的至少一种,所述的组分C选自下式(III)中的至少一种,基于所述的组分A、组分B和组分C,组分A的质量百分含量为1~40%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~80%,组分C的质量百分含量为10~85%:
式(I)中:
X1为硝基、氰基或卤素,X2为卤素,R1为C1~C4烷基、苄基或C1~C4烷氧基取代的C1~C4烷基;
式(II)中:
R2为C1~C4烷基、C1~C4烷氧基取代的C1~C4烷基,R3为C1~C4烷基、C1~C4烷氧基取代的C1~C4烷基;
式(III)中:
R4为-H、卤素或-CN,R5为-H或卤素,R6为C1~C4烷基或氰乙基,n为1或2。
2.如权利要求1所述的分散橙染料组合物,其特征在于,所述的X2为氯或溴,所述的C1~C4烷基为甲基或乙基、C1~C4的烷氧基为甲氧基或乙氧基。
6.如权利要求1所述的分散橙染料组合物,其特征在于,由组分A、组分B、和组分C组成。
8.一种分散橙染料制品,包括助剂和权利要求1所述的分散橙染料组合物,两者重量之比为0.2~5∶1,所述的助剂为分散染料复配时常用的分散剂、扩散剂或其它表面活性剂。
9.权利要求1所述的分散橙染料组合物或权利要求8所述的分散橙染料制品在聚酯及其混纺织物上的染色应用。
