本发明公开了一种植物生长调节剂组合物,该组合物有效组分包括组分A和组分B,其中组分A为吲哚乙酸,组分B为赤霉素和三十烷醇中的至少一种;组分A和组分B在组合物中的质量配比为1:0.1‑8。本发明提供的植物生长调节剂组合物在一定的配比范围内,在提高作物结实率方面表现出协同增效的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于农药复配技术领域,具体涉及一种植物生长调节剂组合物及其应用。
背景技术
吲哚乙酸是一种常见的植物生长调节剂,可被植物的茎、叶和根系吸收,根据使用浓度不同,发挥作用也有所不同,既可起促进作用,也可起抑制作用。见光易分解。(1)影响细胞分裂、细胞伸长和分化;(2)影响营养器官和生殖器官的伸长、成熟和衰老;(3)用于组织培养中,诱导愈伤组织和根的形成。
在高等植物中几乎所有的器官和组织中均含有赤霉素,赤霉素促进生长具有以下特点:(1)可促进整株植物生长,尤其是对矮生突变品种的效果特别明显;(2)一般促进节间的伸长,不是促进节数增加;(3)对生长的促进作用不存在超最适浓度的抑制作用。
三十烷醇具有促进作物生根、发芽、开花、茎叶生长和早熟的作用,具有提高叶绿素含量、增强光合作用等多种生理功能。在作物生长前期使用,可提高发芽率、改善秧苗素质,增加有效分蘖。在生长中、后期使用,可增加花蕾数、座果率及千粒重。
本专利申请发明人通过深入研究,探索出植物生长调节剂组合物,该组合物在促进作物生长,尤其是提高作物结实率方面表现出协同增效的作用,且该组合物也未出现在已知的文献中,本领域普通技术人员也难以知晓该组合物用于提高作物结实率所产生的有益效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种植物生长调节剂组合物,该组合物在促进作物生长,尤其是提高作物结实率方面表现出协同增效的作用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种植物生长调节剂组合物,有效组分包括组分A和组分B,组分A为吲哚乙酸,组分B为赤霉素和三十烷醇中的一种,组分A和组分B在组合物中的质量配比为1:0.1-8,具体地,组分A和组分B在组合物中的质量配比为1:1-5;一种植物生长调节剂组合物,有效组分包括组分A和组分B,组分A为吲哚乙酸,组分B为赤霉素和三十烷醇的组合,赤霉素和三十烷醇在组分B中的质量配比为1:3,组分A和组分B在组合物中的质量配比为1:0.5-6,具体地,组分A和组分B在组合物中的质量配比为1:1.5-3。
另一方面,本发明还提供了植物生长调节剂组合物在提高作物结实率中的应用,具体地,作物包括番茄、大豆、苹果。
根据实际应用需要,本发明提供的植物生长调节剂组合物按照本领域技术人员公知的方法,可调整制备成便于农业上施用的制剂剂型。本领域技术人员易于知晓,除含有有效成分外,制剂体系中还含有配制农药制剂所需的助剂。助剂可以选用表面活性剂、润湿剂、稳定剂、分散剂、增稠剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、填料等中的一种或几种的混合。本发明的助剂可以均为已知物质,比如农药制剂中常用的各种助剂,根据不同情况可以有所变化,并无特别限定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的组合物,至少具有下述的优点或有益效果:所述组合物可促进作物生长,提高座果率,增加农作物产量;所述组合物在环境中易于降解,不会对环境造成污染,兼有药效和肥效双重生物调节功能的特点。
具体实施例
下面,结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行说明,但是,本发明并不限于下述的实施例。
下述各实施例中实验方法和检测方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所述药剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可在市场上购买得到;所述指标数据,如无特殊说明,均为常规测量方法。
实施例1
本实施例提供了植物生长调节剂组合物对番茄结实率的影响
供试番茄品种为中蔬4号,试验地点在石河子大学教学实验场,统一正常土肥水管理。供试药剂一种植物生长调节剂组合物,具体药剂浓度用量如表1所示。试验对照处理药剂为吲哚乙酸、赤霉素、三十烷醇单剂,为了达到更好的对比效果,以清水(CK)为空白对照,进行试验。每5m2为1个处理组,每个处理重复5次,各处理分别于2021年6月06日以喷施的方式施用药剂,于2021年6月26日分别统计各处理的坐果数及计算结实率。
结实率计算公式:结实率=坐果数/开花数

表1数据显示,本发明提供的植物生长调节剂组合物对番茄结实率表现出显著的促进作用,平均每株结实率最大为64.80%,最小为57.72%,均显著大于单剂组及对照组。
实施例2
本实施例提供了植物生长调节剂组合物对苹果单株产量的影响
供试苹果品种为新帅74-1,试验地点在第八师152团2连苹果园,统一正常土肥水管理,选用长势中等的5年生苹果树。供试药剂一种植物生长调节剂组合物,具体药剂浓度用量如表2所示。试验对照处理药剂为吲哚乙酸、赤霉素、三十烷醇单剂,为了达到更好的对比效果,以清水(CK)为空白对照,进行试验。每20m2为1个处理组,每个处理重复5次,各处理分别于2021年6月10日以喷施的方式施用药剂,于2021年8月26日分别统计各处理的单株平均产量。

表2数据显示,本发明提供的植物生长调节剂组合物对苹果结实情况表现出显著的促进作用,产量最大为18.3kg/株,最小为16.1kg/株,均显著大于单剂组及对照组。

3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组分B为赤霉素,所述组分A和所述组分B在所述组合物中的质量配比为1:1-5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组分B为三十烷醇,所述组分A和所述组分B在所述组合物中的质量配比为1:0.1-8。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组分B为三十烷醇,所述组分A和所述组分B在所述组合物中的质量配比为1:1-5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组分B为赤霉素和三十烷醇的组合,所述赤霉素和所述三十烷醇在所述组分B中的质量配比为3:1。
