Description

Automatic assembly method, system and related equipment for layout of surface acoustic wave filter
Technical Field
The invention is suitable for the technical field of wireless communication, and particularly relates to an automatic assembly method, system and related equipment of a layout of a surface acoustic wave filter.
Background
The surface acoustic wave filter (SAW) is a filter based on the piezoelectric effect, has the advantages of large design flexibility, compatibility of analog and digital, excellent frequency selection interval, high reliability, small volume and the like, and therefore has wide application in the field of radio frequency communication. The surface acoustic wave filter can be mainly divided into a resonator, a dual-mode surface acoustic wave structure (DMS) and the like, and the basic constituent units of the surface acoustic wave filter are an interdigital transducer (IDT) and a reflection grating, and the interdigital transducer and the reflection grating are also composed of basic units such as bus bars. The layout of the surface acoustic wave filter is used for designing and simulating devices, the layout form has great flexibility, such as the layout form comprises different numbers of interdigital transducers and reflection grids, the interdigital shapes can be designed into a rectangle or other different shapes, and the period of the interdigital electrodes can be a constant value or gradual change; the shape of the bus bar may not be fixed, or the like. In view of the above, if the drawing operation is performed by manual operations in the process of drawing the layout of the surface acoustic wave filter, a lot of time is consumed and the probability of errors is extremely high.
The conventional method for drawing the layout of the surface acoustic wave filter device generally uses layout design software such as ADS and the like, a designer needs to draw an interdigital basic unit, an interdigital transducer and a reflecting grating step by step in the software, and finally the required layout of the surface acoustic wave filter device is generated, and obviously, the process consumes huge time and labor; in another common drawing method, a plate gallery is imported into layout design software, the plate gallery comprises a fixed number of basic structures such as interdigital transducers and reflective grids, and typesetting can be performed by dragging and selecting the basic structures during drawing, but the drawing flexibility is insufficient due to insufficient structural parameters in the gallery, and the process still needs human participation, so that the efficiency is still to be improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block flow diagram of steps of an automatic assembly method of a layout of a surface acoustic wave filter according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the surface acoustic wave filter in the embodiment of the present invention refers to a filter device having an interdigital and bus bar structure, and the layout refers to a graphic file, such as a gds file, for designing the surface acoustic wave filter, and the automatic assembly method includes the following steps:
s1, establishing an interdigital library containing interdigital units with different shapes and a bus bar library containing bus bar units with different shapes, determining surface acoustic wave filters to be subjected to layout assembly, and taking all the surface acoustic wave filters to be subjected to layout assembly as a list to be processed.
Further, the first interdigital unit has a shape with an interruption gap, and the second interdigital unit has a shape with an interruption gap.
Still further, at least a portion of the shape of the busbar unit has a chamfer.
The structure examples of the finger inserting unit and the bus bar unit established in the embodiment of the present invention are shown in fig. 2 and 3, where the geometry of the finger inserting unit is related to the electrical performance of the saw filter, such as the center frequency, bandwidth, insertion loss, etc. of the passband, and is also related to the process of the manufacturing and processing factory of the saw filter in the actual implementation process, and in fig. 2, the shapes of the three finger inserting units are illustrated, and in order to facilitate layout drawing, the finger inserting units are designed into rectangular shapes, and geometric parameters of the same duration, width, etc. can be defined according to actual needs. In addition, because of the manufacturing process error, in order to ensure that the factory manufactured finger structure has the same shape as the unit shape designed in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown by the finger 3 in fig. 1, an additional component may be added to the corner of the gap, so as to form a fault tolerant design, so as to reduce the error of the manufacturing process.
In the surface acoustic wave filter, the bus bars are mainly used for connecting the interdigital transducer and the interdigital of the reflecting grating and uniformly receiving and transmitting electric signals. In the embodiment of the present invention, since the bus bar unit area actually required is large, electromagnetic interference is easily generated at high frequency, and a lead angle is required to be formed on the corners of the rectangular shape, as shown in the bus bar 2 in fig. 3.
In order to realize the function of batch automatic processing, the embodiment of the invention establishes a list to be processed in the beginning according to all the SAW filters which can be subjected to layout assembly as required, and in the whole process, whether the layout assembly is required to be automatically carried out according to the filters marked in the list can be determined according to the list to be processed.
S2, selecting one surface acoustic wave filter from the to-be-processed list, and respectively selecting and assembling an interdigital unit and a bus bar unit corresponding to the electrical structure of the surface acoustic wave filter from the interdigital library and the bus bar library according to a preset interdigital transducer arrangement rule to obtain an interdigital transducer layout.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an assembly schematic diagram of an interdigital transducer according to an embodiment of the present invention, and further, the preset interdigital transducer arrangement rule specifically includes:
according to the characteristics of the interdigital transducer structure, the first interdigital units are selected for assembly, one vertex of the first interdigital unit is taken as a coordinate origin, two sides connected with the coordinate origin in the first interdigital unit are respectively taken as an abscissa axis and an ordinate axis, the subsequent first interdigital units are sequentially arranged at a first preset interval in the direction of the abscissa axis, and the bus bar units are arranged in the direction of the ordinate axis, so that the first interdigital units are positioned between two adjacent bus bar units, and the first interdigital units are connected with the bus bar units. In order to conform to the actual structure of the filter device, it is necessary to design the positions of the interruption intervals in the cells according to the shape shown in fig. 4 when the arrangement of the first finger inserting cells is performed.
Wherein the first preset interval is defined as gap1, and the first preset interval gap1 satisfies the following relation (1):
gap1 = pitch1 * (1 – mr1) * α(1);
in the relation (1), pitch1 represents a grid period of the interdigital transducer corresponding to the interdigital transducer layout, mr1 represents a design parameter of the interdigital transducer corresponding to the interdigital transducer layout, mr1(0.0, 1.0), alpha represents the process fluctuation coefficient, alpha +.>(0.0,1.0)。
S3, according to a preset reflection grid arrangement rule, selecting the interdigital unit and the bus bar unit corresponding to the electrical structure of the surface acoustic wave filter from the interdigital library and the bus bar library respectively, and assembling to obtain a reflection grid layout.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an assembly schematic diagram of a reflective grating according to an embodiment of the present invention, and further, the preset reflective grating arrangement rule specifically includes:
and selecting the second interdigital units for assembly, taking one vertex of the first second interdigital units as an origin of coordinates, taking two sides connected with the origin of coordinates in the first second interdigital units as an abscissa axis and an ordinate axis respectively, sequentially arranging the subsequent second interdigital units in the direction of the abscissa axis at a second preset interval, and arranging the bus bar units in the direction of the ordinate axis, so that the second interdigital units are positioned between two adjacent bus bar units, and the second interdigital units are connected with the bus bar units. The process is similar to step S2, except that the interdigital transducers and the reflective grating are assembled by selecting the interdigital units without intervals according to the actual structures of the interdigital transducers and the reflective grating, so that only units with different shapes are added according to the needs in the arrangement process, and therefore, in the implementation process, the sequence of the steps S2 and S3 can be exchanged, or the steps can be set to be performed simultaneously for improving the working efficiency.
Wherein the second preset interval is defined as gap2, and the second preset interval gap2 satisfies the following relation (2):
gap2 = pitch2 * (1 – mr2) * α(2);
in the relation (2), pitch2 represents the grid period of the reflective grid corresponding to the reflective grid layout, mr2 represents the design parameter of the reflective grid corresponding to the reflective grid layout, mr2(0.0,1.0)。
S4, assembling the interdigital transducer layout and the reflecting grating layout according to a preset layout arrangement rule to obtain a surface acoustic wave filter layout, and updating the to-be-processed list to remove the surface acoustic wave filter assembled by the layout from the to-be-processed list.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an assembly schematic diagram of a layout of a surface acoustic wave filter according to an embodiment of the present invention, and further, the preset layout arrangement rule specifically includes:
sequentially arranging the subsequent interdigital transducer layouts or the reflecting grating layouts in a direction of an abscissa axis according to a third preset interval by taking the first interdigital transducer layout or the reflecting grating layout as an origin of coordinates, wherein the third preset interval is defined as gap3, and the third preset interval gap3 satisfies the following relational expression (3):
gap3 = [pitch1 * (1 - mr1) + pitch2 * (1 - mr2)] * α(3)。
s5, judging whether the list to be processed is empty, if not, returning to the step S2; if yes, outputting all the surface acoustic wave filter layouts.
The updating of the list to be processed in the step S4 means that the list entry corresponding to the assembled surface acoustic wave filter layout is removed, so that only surface acoustic wave filters which are not assembled always exist in the list to be processed, and in the actual implementation process, new layout assembly can be performed according to the list to be processed in the mass assembly process by continuously updating the list, thereby meeting the automatic functional requirement; and when the list is empty, the fact that the assembly of all the surface acoustic wave filter layouts is completed at the moment is indicated, and the layout assembly flow of automatic batch processing is completed after all the surface acoustic wave filter layouts are output.
It should be noted that although the embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to the surface acoustic wave filter, it is envisioned that layout assembly of any filter device formed by combining the interdigital structure and the bus bar structure may be implemented based on the automatic assembly method of the surface acoustic wave filter layout provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
