Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of coal water slurry additives, and particularly relates to a coal water slurry additive taking papermaking black liquor as a raw material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water-coal slurry is a new-type coal-base liquid fuel raised in 70 years, and is made up by using 65% of coal, 34% of water and 1% of chemical additive through a certain preparation process, and its ash content and sulfur content are low, and its flame centre temperature is low, combustion efficiency is high, and smoke dust and SO 2 NO and NO X Discharge ofThe amount is lower than that of fuel oil and fire coal. Many countries have studied, developed and reserved as a fuel technology using coal instead of oil based on long-term energy strategic consideration, and have been commercially used.
At present, the main source of the papermaking black liquor is papermaking industry waste pulp, and most of the papermaking black liquor is burned after alkali recovery, so that serious environmental pollution is caused, and great waste of resources is also caused. Therefore, the papermaking waste liquid is effectively utilized, and the corresponding water-coal-slurry additive product is developed, so that the cost performance of the water-coal-slurry dispersing agent can be improved, and the water-coal-slurry dispersing agent has obvious economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit.

In this scheme, the first step is basically sulfonation reaction, and the second step is crosslinking reaction and partial graft copolymerization reaction, thereby generating more complex hydrophilic molecular structure.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. for the traditional coal water slurry, the common coal water slurry additives comprise naphthalene sulfonate polymer, sodium polystyrene sulfonate, sodium lignin sulfonate and the like, the addition amount is about 0.5% -1%, and most additives are poor in single use effect and need to be added with a part of stabilizers and other auxiliary additives. The product has the characteristics of wide single application range, small addition amount, good stability of the coal water slurry product, good fluidity and low price.
2. The papermaking black liquor dry powder and the liquid papermaking black liquor used in the invention are directly provided by papermaking enterprises, can be directly used for experimental reaction without any treatment, and meet the production requirements of workshops. In addition, the process uses papermaking black liquor to make a certain contribution to environmental protection and high-value utilization.
3. Finally, the product manufactured by the process has good application performance, which shows that the process can provide corresponding help for optimizing the later-stage coal water slurry additive.
