Dielectric strength withstand voltage: the test was performed according to the method specified in chapter 22 of GBT5019.2-2009, and the dielectric strength of the mica tape as an insulator was examined.
Fire-resistant combustion experiment: the fire resistance of the mica tape was examined by the method prescribed by GBT 19216.11-2003.
Detection result: as shown in table 4.

In combination with Table 4, it is understood that the present application utilizes the weight ratio (4-6) by comparing the properties of the mica tapes in examples 1-17 and comparative examples 1-15: (3.5-4.5): (2-3): (1-2): the organic silica gel solution, the silicone rubber emulsion, the silica gel color agent, the flame retardant and the ceramic filler in the (2-4) are used as raw materials for preparing the coating, and the coating is coated on a mica tape matrix to obtain the high-temperature-resistant ceramic color separation mica tape with normal withstand voltage not less than 55Mv/mm and fire resistance temperature not less than 830 ℃. Therefore, by utilizing the technical scheme disclosed by the application, the mica tape has fire-resistant insulating property and color separation function, two materials of the sheath and the color separation tape used in the existing cable are combined into one, so that the manufacturing cost and the material cost can be effectively saved, and in addition, the fire-resistant insulating property of the mica tape is better, and the cable safety is improved.
According to the detection results of comparative examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-10, the weight ratio of 5 raw materials in the color separation coating treatment liquid is controlled to be (4-6): (3.5-4.5): (2-3): (1-2): (2-4) can improve the insulation performance and fire resistance of the ceramic color separation mica tape.
According to the detection results of comparative examples 3 and 7-15, the insulation performance and fire resistance of the ceramic color separation mica tape are further improved by screening the organic silica gel solution of model 9169 or ZNJ01, the silicone rubber emulsion of model 107 or 5468, the silica gel pigment of model GJ01 or 709, the fire retardant of model ZR105 or DLGK04 and the porcelain filler of model 24304 or 24304.
According to the detection results of comparative examples 3, 16-17 and comparative examples 11-14, in the preparation method of the ceramic color separation mica tape, when the speed of crack coating is lower than 5m/min, or when the speed of crack coating is higher than 7m/min, or by using a two-zone drying method, the insulation performance and the fire resistance of the ceramic color separation mica tape are poor; the application further improves the insulation performance and fire resistance of the ceramic color separation mica tape by controlling the crack coating speed to be 5-7m/min and utilizing a three-zone drying method.
While the invention has been described in detail in the foregoing general description and with reference to specific embodiments thereof, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications and improvements can be made thereto. Accordingly, such modifications or improvements may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention and are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (3)
1. The coating is characterized by being prepared by using color separation coating treatment liquid; the color separation coating treatment liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: organic silica gel solution: silicone rubber emulsion: silica gel color agent: flame retardant: ceramic filler = 6: (3.5-4.5): (2-3): (1-2): (2-3); the type of the organic silica gel solution is model 9169 or model ZNJ01; the type of the silicone rubber emulsion is model 107 or model 5468; the type of the silica gel toner is model GJ01 or model 709; the type of the flame retardant is model ZR105 or model DLGK04; the type of the porcelain filler is model 24304;
The preparation method of the color separation coating treatment liquid specifically comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials according to the weight ratio, and then mixing and stirring under the conditions that the speed is not lower than 800rpm and the stirring time is not lower than 2 hours to prepare the color separation coating treatment liquid;
The preparation method of the coating comprises the following steps: coating the color separation coating treatment liquid on the surface of the substrate in a crack coating mode, and drying in three areas to finish coating on the surface of the substrate; the speed of the crack coating is 5-7m/min;
The specific method for drying in the three areas comprises the following steps: the temperature of the first region is 60-80 ℃, the time is 4-6min, the temperature of the second region is 130-140 ℃, the time is 2-4min, the temperature of the third region is 40-50 ℃, and the time is 4-6min.
