It will be appreciated that the inner cap 11 and the inner plug 12 are detachably connected, such as a clamping connection, a screwing connection, a plugging connection, etc., and the inner cap 11 and the inner plug 12 are detachably connected, so that a user or a manufacturer can fill materials in the storage tube 21 in advance, specifically, firstly, the outer cap 2 and the inner cap 11 are pressed in a matching manner, namely, the storage tube 21 is pressed into the placing cavity 13, then the materials to be mixed are injected and filled into the placing cavity 13, and finally, the inner plug 12 is connected to the inner cap 11 to form a closed storage bin 22, filling of the materials is realized, and the combined bottle cap 100 is covered on a container. And after single use, the bottle cap 100 can be provided with a mixing function again by replacing the inner plug 12 and replacing the shifted inner plug 12, thereby improving the utilization rate and the service life of the bottle cap 100.
In one embodiment, the inner plug 12 includes a main body 121 and a barrier portion 122, wherein a through hole 1211 is formed in the center of the main body 121, and the barrier portion 122 is detachably connected to a sidewall of the through hole 1211 and covers the through hole 1211; the side wall of the through hole 1211 is provided with a clamping groove 1212, the inner cover 11 is provided with a clamping part 1111, and the clamping part 1111 is matched and connected with the clamping groove 1212, so that the inner plug 12 is detachably connected with the inner cover 11.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 7 and fig. 14 to 16, the inner plug 12 includes a body 121 and a barrier 122 connected to each other, the body 121 is disposed in a ring shape, and a through via 1211 is formed at the center, and the barrier 122 is detachably connected to a sidewall of the via 1211 and completely covers the via 1211. It can be understood that the detachable connection between the barrier 122 and the main body 121 can realize the conversion between the closed state and the displacement state of the barrier 122, and the inner wall of the through hole 1211 and the bin 22 are surrounded together to form the bin 22 by the connection between the inner plug 12 and the inner cap 11.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, 11 to 13, and 15 and 16, the side wall of the through hole 1211 is provided with a clamping slot 1212, the end portion of the inner cap 11 connected with one end of the inner plug 12 is provided with a clamping portion 1111, and the inner plug 12 can be detachably connected to the inner cap 11 through the matching connection of the clamping portion 1111 and the clamping slot 1212, specifically, the blocking portion 122 includes a blocking surface and a supporting portion, the supporting portion is circumferentially connected to the side wall of the through hole 1211, a placing slot is formed by surrounding the supporting portion and the side wall of the through hole 1211, the inner plug 12 is placed in the placing slot, and is connected to the main body 121 through the clamping portion 1111, and the blocking surface is connected to the supporting portion and covers the through hole 1211, so as to realize sealing.
In an embodiment, the barrier 122 is provided with at least one separation break 1221, the separation break 1221 being used to separate the barrier 122 and the body 121 to displace the barrier 122.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 4 to 7 and fig. 15 and 16, the blocking portion 122 is provided with at least one separation break point 1221, that is, the blocking portion 122 is connected to the main body 121 through the separation break point 1221, and the separation break point 1221 can realize separation of the blocking portion 122 and the main body 121 under the action of the pushing force of the storage tube 21, that is, realize displacement of the blocking portion 122. When the separation blocking part 122 is provided with at least one separation breakpoint 1221, other areas where the separation blocking part 122 is connected with the main body part 121 are provided with separable closed structures, such as connection with smaller bearing external force, so that after the separation breakpoint 1221 is broken, other areas can be broken, and the storage bin 22 also has certain sealing performance; moreover, the external force born by the separation break point 1221 should be smaller than that of the separable closed structure of other areas, so that when the user operates, the separation break point 1221 is disconnected preferentially, and then the other areas are disconnected. In another embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of separation break points 1221 may be provided, where the plurality of separation break points 1221 are spaced around the via 1211 to ensure uniformity of force, and timeliness and convenience of disconnection.
Alternatively, the barrier 122 is provided in a concave shape, and the barrier 122 is concave toward an end remote from the inner lid 11.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 4 to 7 and fig. 14 and 15, the barrier in the barrier portion 122 is provided in a concave shape, and the barrier is recessed toward the end far from the inner lid 11, and the concave shape can form negative pressure in the storage bin 22, so as to ensure the sealing performance of the storage bin 22.
Optionally, at least one boss 1222 is spaced apart from the end surface of the baffle 122, and the storage tube 21 abuts against the at least one boss 1222.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 5, 7 and 15 and 16, at least one boss 1222 is provided on the end surface of the baffle 122, and at least one boss 1222 is provided adjacent to the separation break point 1221, that is, at least one boss 1222 is provided on the end of the support portion facing the bin 22, where the boss 1222 can provide a more concentrated force when the user operates the outer cap 2 to abut the inner plug 12, that is, the abutting force of the storage tube 21 to the whole baffle 122 is concentrated on the boss 1222, so that the user can break the separation break point 1221 and displace the baffle 122 while using a smaller force, thereby facilitating the separation of the baffle 122 and the main body 121, and the operation of the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the barrier 122 is further provided with a connecting member, which is connected to the barrier 122 and the main body 121, specifically, the connecting member is connected to the supporting portion of the barrier 122 and the side wall of the through hole 1211 in the main body 121, and the connecting member is used for ensuring that the barrier 122 can still be connected to the main body 121 through the connecting member after the barrier 122 is shifted or separated from the main body 121, preventing the barrier 122 from falling into the container 300 after separation, realizing no separation after separation, and ensuring the use safety of the user.
Optionally, the baffle 122 is provided with a first sealing ring 1223, and the first sealing ring 1223 is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the placement cavity 13 to seal the storage bin 22.

In an embodiment, the inner cover 11 includes a connecting tube 111 and a first connecting portion 112, the connecting tube 111 is in a cylindrical shape with two open ends, one end of the connecting tube 111 is connected with the inner plug 12 and encloses to form the placing cavity 13, the first connecting portion 112 is disposed at one end of the connecting tube 111 far away from the inner plug 12, the first connecting portion 112 encloses with the outer wall of the connecting tube 111 to form a mounting groove 113, and the mounting groove 113 is used for connecting the container 300.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 7 and fig. 11 and 13, the inner cover 11 includes a connecting tube 111 and a first connecting portion 112, the connecting tube 111 is hollow and cylindrical, and has openings at both ends, the connecting tube 111 encloses the placing cavity 13, one end of the outer tube wall of the connecting tube 111 is provided with a clamping portion 1111 for connecting the inner plug 12, and the other end of the connecting tube 111 is connected with the first connecting portion 112. It can be understood that the first connecting portion 112 is used for connecting the container 300 and the outer cap 2, the mounting groove 113 is formed by enclosing one side of the first connecting portion 112 with the outer wall of the connecting tube 111, the mounting groove 113 is provided with internal threads, the outer wall of the container mouth is provided with external threads, the container mouth is arranged in the mounting groove 113, and the container 300 is connected with the inner cap 11 through screwing of the internal threads and the external threads; the other side of the first connecting portion 112 is movably connected with the outer cap 2, so that the outer cap 2 is connected to the inner cap 11 and then to the container 300; the storage tube 21 of the outer cover 2 extends into the connecting tube 111, i.e. into the placing cavity 13 formed by the connecting tube 111, and abuts against the first connecting portion 112, so as to realize the fit installation.
In one embodiment, the side of the first connecting portion 112 facing the outer cap 2 is provided with a first thread 1121; the outer cover 2 comprises a storage tube 21 and a second connecting part 23, the second connecting part 23 and the outer wall of the storage tube 21 are enclosed to form a connecting cavity 24, the first connecting part 112 is arranged in the connecting cavity 24, the storage tube 21 extends into the placing cavity 13, and one side of the second connecting part 23 facing the inner cover 11 is provided with a second thread 231; wherein the first screw 1121 and the second screw 231 cooperate to movably connect the inner cap 11 with the outer cap 2.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 13, the outer cover 2 includes a storage tube 21 and a second connecting portion 23, one end of the storage tube 21 extends into the placement cavity 13, the other end is connected with the second connecting portion 23, and the second connecting portion 23 is simultaneously in limited abutment with the first connecting portion 112 and is connected to the first connecting portion 112; specifically, the second connection portion 23 is formed with a connection cavity 24 surrounding the outer wall of the storage tube 21 such that the first connection portion 112 of the inner cap 11 is disposed in the connection cavity 24 and the storage tube 21 extends into the placement cavity 13.
It will be appreciated that the outer cap 2 and the inner cap 11 are connected by the first connecting portion 112 and the second connecting portion 23, the first connecting portion 112 is provided with a first screw 1121 on a side facing the outer cap 2, the second connecting portion 23 is provided with a second screw 231 on a side facing the inner cap 11, the mating installation of the outer cap 2 and the inner cap 11 is achieved by the mating of the first screw 1121 and the second screw 231, and the outer cap 2 is movably connected with respect to the inner cap 11 by rotating the outer cap 2 clockwise or counterclockwise to move the outer cap 2 away from or close to the inner cap 11; the outer cover 2 is movably connected with the inner cover 11, so that when a user operates the outer cover 2, the storage tube 21 can move in the connecting tube 111, namely the placing cavity 13, and the abutting of the baffle part 122 is realized, so that the baffle part 122 is shifted, and the mixing of materials is realized.
In an embodiment, the first screw thread 1121 includes a first upper screw thread 1121a and a first lower screw thread 1121b, the first upper screw thread 1121a and the first lower screw thread 1121b are disposed at intervals along the axial direction of the connection pipe 111 and enclose a screw space 1121c, and the second screw thread 231 is disposed in the screw space 1121c and abuts against the first upper screw thread 1121a and/or the first lower screw thread 1121 b.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, the first screw 1121 provided on the first connection portion 112 includes a first upper screw 1121a and a first lower screw 1121b, each of the first upper screw 1121a and the first lower screw 1121b is spirally provided on a side wall of the first connection portion 112 facing the outer cap 2, and the first upper screw 1121a and the first lower screw 1121b are disposed at intervals along the axial direction of the connection pipe 111, a screw space 1121c is formed by surrounding the lower surface of the first upper screw 1121a and the upper surface of the first lower screw 1121b, and the second screw 231 is provided in the screw space 1121c and abuts against the lower surface of the first upper screw 1121a and/or the upper surface of the first lower screw 1121 b.
It can be understood that the first upper screw 1121a and the first lower screw 1121b are provided with double screw, so that the user can lock or unlock the outer cap 2 only by screwing half a turn or 1/3 of a turn, thereby facilitating the operation of the user and realizing the relative rotation between the outer cap 2 and the inner cap 11 more easily; and the second thread 231 is disposed in the spiral space 1121c, so that the position of the second thread 231 can be limited, and the rotation angle of the outer cover 2 is limited, so that the outer cover 2 is in a reasonable activity area, and the displacement of the baffle part 122 caused by the mistaken touch of the outer cover 2 by a user is avoided.
In one embodiment, the end of the first upper thread 1121a is provided with a first stop bar 1121d, the end of the first lower thread 1121b is provided with a second stop bar 1121e, and the first stop bar 1121d and the second stop bar 1121e extend towards the end facing away from the spiral space 1121 c; the end of the second thread 231 is provided with an outer cover baffle 2311, and a gap 2311a is formed in the outer cover baffle 2311, so that the first upper thread 1121a movably penetrates through the gap 2311a; the first stop bar 1121d and the second stop bar 1121e pass through the limit outer cover stop bar 2311 to limit the moving range of the outer cover 2.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 13, the first upper thread 1121a is arranged with a head-to-tail offset, and a first stop bar 1121d is provided at one end, the first stop bar 1121d extends from one end of the first upper thread 1121a along the axial direction of the connecting tube 111 to the end of the first connecting portion 112 adjacent to one end of the outer cap 2, and an installation opening is formed between the first stop bar 1121d and the other end of the first upper thread 1121 a; a second stop bar 1121e is provided at an end of the first lower thread 1121b remote from the first stop bar 1121d, the second stop bar 1121e extending from an end of the first lower thread 1121b in the axial direction of the connection pipe 111 to an end of the first connection portion 112 remote from an end of the outer cap 2; the end of the second thread 231 is provided with an outer cover stop bar 2311, the outer cover stop bar 2311 is arranged at two sides of the end of the second thread 231, and a notch 2311a is formed between the outer cover stop bar 2311 at one side and the end of the second thread 231, so that the first upper thread 1121a can be arranged in the notch 2311a in a penetrating manner.
It can be appreciated that an active area is formed between the first stop strip 1121d and the second stop strip 1121e, so that the first stop strip 1121d and the second stop strip 1121e can limit the outer cover stop strip 2311, so that the outer cover stop strip 2311 moves in the active area, and a part of the second threads 231 abuts against a part of the first upper threads 1121a to realize active connection, and the mounting opening is used for placing the outer cover stop strip 2311, so that the first upper threads 1121a penetrate into the notch 2311 a. In the movable region, the first upper screw 1121a has a height difference along the axial direction of the connection pipe 111, that is, from the first barrier 1121d to the second barrier 1121e, the first upper screw 1121a gradually descends in height, so that the outer cap 2 can descend or ascend by the same height as the height difference along the axial direction of the connection pipe 111 when the second screw 231 is movably connected with the first upper screw 1121a, and it can be understood that the outer cap 2 moves by the height difference, so that the storage pipe 21 can be ensured to be completely capable of displacing the barrier 122, thereby achieving the mixing of materials.
It will be appreciated that, before the outer cap 2 and the inner cap 11 are assembled, the edge of the outer cap 2 falls onto the first upper thread 1121a of the inner cap 11, the outer cap 2 is lightly pressed and the outer cap 2 is rotated, so that the outer cap stop bar 2311 of the outer cap 2 abuts against the first stop bar 1121d of the inner cap 11, and at the same time, the outer cap stop bar 2311 slides into the mounting opening, at this time, the first connecting portion 112 of the inner cap 11 is disposed in the connecting cavity 24, so that the end portion of the inner cap 11 abuts against the cavity wall of the connecting cavity 24, and the combined mounting of the inner cap 11 and the outer cap 2 is realized.
Optionally, the storage tube 21 is provided with a second sealing ring 211, and the second sealing ring 211 is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the placing cavity 13 so as to seal the storage bin 22. It will be appreciated that as shown in fig. 3 to 10, the second sealing ring 211 is provided at the periphery of the outer wall of the storage tube 21 and at the end of the storage tube 21 adjacent to the inner plug 12, and when the storage tube 21 extends into the placement cavity 13, the second sealing ring 211 seals against the cavity wall of the placement cavity 13 to seal the storage bin 22.

1. A closure for sealingly connecting a container, said closure comprising:
an inner cap assembly comprising an inner cap and an inner plug connected, the inner cap and the inner plug cooperating to form a placement cavity, the inner plug being provided with a displaceable barrier, the inner cap being adapted to be sealingly connected to the container such that at least a portion of the placement cavity is located within the container; and
the outer cover is provided with a storage tube with an opening at one end, and is movably connected with the inner cover so that the storage tube stretches into the placing cavity and is matched with the cavity wall of the placing cavity to form a storage bin, and the storage bin is used for containing materials to be mixed;
wherein the barrier has a closed state closing the bin and a displaced state opening the bin, the outer cover moves relative to the inner cover, and the storage tube pushes the barrier to displace so that the bin is in the displaced state.
2. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein the inner cap and the inner plug are detachably connected.
3. The bottle cap according to claim 2, wherein the inner plug comprises a main body part and the barrier part, a through hole is formed in the center of the main body part, and the barrier part is detachably connected to the side wall of the through hole and covers the through hole;
the side wall of the through hole is provided with a clamping groove, the inner cover is provided with a clamping part, and the clamping part is connected with the clamping groove in a matched mode, so that the inner plug is detachably connected with the inner cover.
4. A closure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the barrier portion is provided with at least one separation break for separating the barrier portion and the body portion to displace the barrier portion;
and/or the baffle part is arranged in a concave shape, and the baffle part is concave towards one end far away from the inner cover;
and/or, the end face of the baffle part is provided with at least one boss at intervals, and the storage pipe is propped against at least one boss;
and/or the baffle part is provided with a first sealing ring which is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the placing cavity so as to seal the storage bin;
and/or the baffle part is also provided with a connecting piece, and the connecting piece is connected with the baffle part and the main body part so as to prevent the baffle part from falling into the container.
5. The closure as in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the inner cap comprises:
the connecting pipe is in a cylinder shape with two open ends, one end of the connecting pipe is connected with the inner plug and is enclosed to form the placing cavity; and
the first connecting portion is arranged at one end, far away from the inner plug, of the connecting pipe, the first connecting portion and the outer wall of the connecting pipe are enclosed to form a mounting groove, and the mounting groove is used for connecting the container.
6. The bottle cap according to claim 5, wherein the side of the first connecting portion facing the outer cap is provided with a first thread;
the outer cover comprises a storage tube and a second connecting part, the second connecting part and the outer wall of the storage tube are enclosed to form a connecting cavity, the first connecting part is arranged in the connecting cavity, the storage tube extends into the placing cavity, and a second thread is arranged on one side of the second connecting part facing the inner cover;
the first threads and the second threads are matched, so that the inner cover is movably connected with the outer cover.
