When the compressed gas in the gas cylinder 51 enters the upper inflatable bag 52, the gas in the upper inflatable bag 52 enters the lower inflatable bag 61, so that the lower inflatable bag 61 is inflated together, the lower inflatable bag 61 is inflated to press the barrier plate 62 to rotate downwards to open, the torsion spring 63 deforms, and then the lower inflatable bag 61 can protect the lower body of the driver, so that the safety of the driver can be improved, the barrier plate 62 can block the lower inflatable bag 61 in a contracted state, and the lower inflatable bag 61 is prevented from falling out of the pulling frame 24, so that the lower inflatable bag 61 is damaged, and the protection effect is affected.
Referring to fig. 3 and 15, the stopper mechanism 7 is further included, the stopper mechanism 7 is used for clamping the blocking plate 62, the stopper mechanism 7 includes a telescopic rod 71, a sixth spring 72, a clamping frame 73 and a limiting frame 74, the front portion of the pulling frame 24 is welded with the telescopic rod 71, the telescopic rod 71 is sleeved with the sixth spring 72, two ends of the sixth spring 72 are respectively connected with the telescopic rod 71 and the pulling frame 24, a clamping frame 73 is welded at the bottom of the telescopic rod 71, the clamping frame 73 is used for clamping the blocking plate 62, the rear lower portion of the clamping frame 73 is an inclined plane, the front sides of the tops of the two blocking plates 62 are fixedly connected with the limiting frame 74, and the lower portion of the clamping frame 73 is clamped in the limiting frame 74. Initially, the stopper frame 73 blocks the restriction frame 74, thereby being capable of stopping the blocking plate 62, avoiding that the blocking plate 62 will be opened due to jolt, resulting in that the lower expansion airbag 61 will drop out of the pulling frame 24, thus being capable of improving the stability of the blocking plate 62, when the lower expansion airbag 61 is expanded, the expansion rod 71 will be extruded to shrink, the sixth spring 72 is compressed, so that the stopper frame 74 is not blocked any more by the stopper frame 73, and the lower expansion airbag 61 is expanded to push the blocking plate 62 open in order to protect the lower body of the driver.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art from this disclosure that various other changes and modifications can be made which are within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (6)
1. The engineering vehicle seat with the protection function is characterized by comprising an engineering chair (1), a protection mechanism (2) and a loosening mechanism (3), wherein the protection mechanism (2) for playing a protection role is arranged on the upper part of the engineering chair (1), the protection mechanism (2) is pulled downwards to clamp a driver and is used for protecting the front chest of the driver, the loosening mechanism (3) for automatically clamping the protection mechanism (2) is arranged between the protection mechanism (2) and the engineering chair (1), the loosening mechanism (3) is arranged on the engineering chair, and the loosening mechanism (3) moves downwards and is used for automatically clamping the protection mechanism (2); the protection mechanism (2) comprises a rotating rod (21), a protection rod (22), a first spring (23) and a pulling frame (24), wherein the rotating rod (21) is rotationally connected to the right upper side of the engineering chair (1), the protection rod (22) for protecting the front chest of a driver is slidingly connected to the rotating rod (21), the first spring (23) is sleeved on the front side and the rear side of the rotating rod (21), the inner side of the first spring (23) is connected with the similar protection rod (22), the outer side of the first spring (23) is contacted with the engineering chair (1), and the pulling frame (24) is connected between the left lower side of the protection rod (22); the loosening mechanism (3) comprises a lower pressing plate (31), a second spring (32), a lower pressing rod (33), a positioning rod (34), wedge-shaped positioning plates (35) and clamping blocks (36), wherein the front side and the rear side of the rotating rod (21) are respectively connected with the wedge-shaped positioning plates (35), the front side and the rear side of the upper portion of the engineering chair (1) are respectively connected with the positioning rod (34) in a sliding mode, the lower portion of the positioning rod (34) is respectively provided with a guide groove, the upper portion of the positioning rod (34) is respectively connected with the clamping blocks (36) used for clamping the wedge-shaped positioning plates (35), the lower portion of each clamping block (36) is an inclined surface, the clamping blocks (36) are made of rubber materials, the lower portion in the engineering chair (1) is connected with the lower pressing plate (31) in a sliding mode through the second spring (32), the right side of the top of the lower pressing plate (31) is respectively connected with the lower pressing rods (33), and the lower pressing rods (33) respectively slide in the guide grooves on the similar positioning rods (34).
2. An engineering vehicle seat with protection function according to claim 1, characterized in that the protruding block on the wedge-shaped positioning disc (35) is right trapezoid.

The engineering vehicle seat with the protection function according to claim 2, further comprising a positioning mechanism (4) for positioning the protection rod (22), wherein the positioning mechanism (4) comprises limiting plates (41), third springs (42) and round positioning blocks (43), the round positioning blocks (43) are uniformly and alternately connected to the inner sides of the right parts of the protection rod (22), the limiting plates (41) for positioning the protection rod (22) are slidably connected to the front side and the rear side of the right upper part of the engineering chair (1), the round positioning blocks (43) are in contact with the similar limiting plates (41), the third springs (42) are sleeved on each limiting plate (41), and two ends of each third spring (42) are respectively connected with the corresponding limiting plate (41) and the engineering chair (1).

The engineering vehicle seat with the protection function according to claim 3, further comprising a chest inflation mechanism (5) for protecting the chest and the head, wherein the chest inflation mechanism (5) comprises a gas cylinder (51), an upper inflation airbag (52), an inflation tube (53), a limiting baffle plate (54), a baffle plate (55), an L-shaped baffle plate (56), a fourth spring (57), a fifth spring (58) and an extrusion block (59), the upper inflation airbag (52) for protecting the chest and the head is connected to the protecting rod (22), gas cylinders (51) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the right part of the engineering vehicle seat (1), an inflation tube (53) is communicated between the right side of the upper inflation airbag (52) and the adjacent gas cylinder (51), a baffle plate (55) is connected to the upper part of each gas cylinder (51) in a sliding mode, a through hole is formed in the lower part of each baffle plate (55), a limiting baffle plate (54) is connected to the right upper side of the locating rod (34), a limiting baffle plate (54) is connected to the right side of the upper part of the baffle plate (55) in a convex shape, a chute is connected to the upper part of the limiting baffle plate (55) close to the upper part of the baffle plate (55), the upper portion of each gear plate (55) is connected with an L-shaped baffle plate (56) in a sliding mode, the upper portion of each gear plate (55) is sleeved with a fourth spring (57), two ends of the fourth spring (57) are connected with the gear plates (55) and the L-shaped baffle plates (56) respectively, the upper portions of the protection rods (22) are connected with extrusion blocks (59) at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the extrusion blocks (59) are in contact with the L-shaped baffle plates (56).

The engineering vehicle seat with the protection function according to claim 4, further comprising a lower expansion mechanism (6) for protecting a body, wherein the lower expansion mechanism (6) comprises a lower expansion air bag (61), a blocking plate (62) and a torsion spring (63), the lower expansion air bag (61) for protecting the body is connected inside the pulling frame (24), the left part of the upper expansion air bag (52) is communicated with the lower expansion air bag (61) through the pulling frame (24), the blocking plate (62) for limiting the lower expansion air bag (61) is rotatably connected to the lower part of the pulling frame (24), the torsion spring (63) is sleeved on the front side and the rear side of the blocking plate (62), and two ends of the torsion spring (63) are respectively connected with the blocking plate (62) and the pulling frame (24).

The engineering vehicle seat with the protection function according to claim 5, further comprising a blocking mechanism (7) for clamping the blocking plate (62), wherein the blocking mechanism (7) comprises a telescopic rod (71), a sixth spring (72), a clamping frame (73) and a limiting frame (74), the limiting frame (74) is connected to the front side of the top of the blocking plate (62), the telescopic rod (71) is connected to the front portion of the pulling frame (24), the clamping frame (73) for clamping the blocking plate (62) is connected to the bottom of the telescopic rod (71), the rear lower portion of the clamping frame (73) is an inclined plane, the lower portion of the clamping frame (73) is clamped in the limiting frame (74), the telescopic rod (71) is sleeved with the sixth spring (72), and two ends of the sixth spring (72) are respectively connected with the telescopic rod (71) and the pulling frame (24).
