since the scraping and rubbing component 51 is connected with the rotating rod 7, when the scraping and rubbing component 51 rotates, the adjusting block 516 slides outwards under the action of the centrifugal force of the adjusting block 516, the shaking spring 515 is stretched and then expanded, the pushing rod 513 extrudes the pushing plate 512, the pushing plate 512 moves outwards along the rotating plate 514, the scraping blade 511 contacts with the attaching ring 521, the scraping blade 511 is used for pushing the ground asphalt raw material to rotate along the inner wall of the attaching ring 521 until the scraping blade 511 moves to the filtering side plate 55, and then the asphalt raw material enters the transmission component 52 through the filtering side plate 55;
because the sealing plate 517 has certain flexible force by itself, when the pushing plate 512 moves in the rotating plate 514, the sealing plate 517 is driven to be unfolded or extruded along with the pushing plate, and in the extrusion process after being unfolded, the gap between the pushing plate 512 and the rotating plate 514 can still be sealed, so that the situation that asphalt raw materials remain in the rotating plate 514 and cannot be completely transmitted during transmission is avoided.
