As shown in fig. 1, the physician's seat of the present embodiment includes a seat Y, armrests F and a walking wheel assembly E, an armrest adjusting structure, and a seat adjusting structure, wherein the armrests F are two and are located on opposite sides of the seat Y.
Specifically, each armrest F includes an armrest frame F1, an armrest pad F2, wherein the armrest frame F1 includes a support frame plate F10 and a support frame rod F11.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the armrest adjusting structure includes an adjusting seat T fixed to the seat Y, first and second adjusting rods G1 and G2 movably disposed up and down on the adjusting seat T, a universal joint F3 connecting the support frame plate F10 and the support frame rod F11 of each armrest F, and a locking member F4 extending into the corresponding universal joint F3 and cooperating with the universal joint F3 to position the support frame plate F10 and the support frame rod F11 at a desired position.
The end part of the support frame rod f11 far away from the support frame plate f10 is fixedly connected with the first adjusting rod G1 and the second adjusting rod G2 respectively, and the first adjusting rod G1 and the second adjusting rod G2 are adjusted up and down synchronously or sequentially or independently.
Specifically, the adjusting seat T includes a seat body T1, a seat frame T2 extending horizontally to two sides, and a first adjusting rod G1 and a second adjusting rod G2 are movably and adjustably disposed at two ends of the seat frame T2, respectively.
The adjusting structure further comprises a driving motor M, a driving wheel L which is arranged on the seat body t 1 and rotates around the horizontal direction, a driving shaft S which penetrates through the center of the driving wheel L and is fixedly arranged, a first coupler Q1 and a second coupler Q2 which are in butt joint with two ends of the driving shaft S, a first transmission shaft C1 and a second transmission shaft C2 which are respectively connected with the first coupler Q1 and the second coupler Q2, a first transmission piece D1 which is used for connecting the first transmission shaft C1 with the first adjusting rod G1 in a transmission way, and a second transmission piece D2 which is used for connecting the second transmission shaft C2 with the second adjusting rod G2 in a transmission way, wherein the first coupler Q1 and the second coupler Q2 can work synchronously or one or two of the two couplers work sequentially. The coupling is here equivalent to a conventional clutch, and once disengaged, the transmission shaft and the drive shaft cannot move synchronously; only when the clutch is coupled, the transmission shaft and the driving shaft can synchronously move, so that the use requirements under different working conditions can be met.
Specifically, the first transmission member D1 and the second transmission member D2 have the same structure, and therefore, on the premise that the structure of the first transmission member D1 is clear, the structure of the second transmission member D2 is also clear.
Similarly, the first coupling Q1 and the second coupling Q2 are identical in structure.
In this example, the first transmission member D1 includes a transmission gear D10 fixed on the first transmission shaft C1, and a transmission rack D11 movably disposed on the mount t 2 and engaged with the transmission gear D10, where the transmission rack D11 is fixedly connected with the first adjusting rod G1.
Specifically, a frame sleeve t 20 extending up and down is formed at an end of the seat frame t 2, and a transmission rack d11 is movably disposed in the frame sleeve t 20 up and down. Thus, the stability of the up-and-down movement is further improved.
As shown in connection with fig. 4 and 5, the armrest frame f1 includes a support frame plate f10 and a support frame rod f11, wherein the support frame plate f10 includes a rectangular panel f100, a folded plate f101 bent downward from both sides of the rectangular panel f100 in a length direction, the support frame rod f11 includes a main lever 110 and an auxiliary lever 111, wherein a universal rotation joint f3 connects the main lever 110 with the rectangular panel f100, and the auxiliary lever 111 is connected with a doctor seat.
In this example, the rectangular panel f100 and the folded plate f101 are integrally formed and formed as a sheet metal member.
As shown in fig. 6, the armrest pad f2 is also integrally disposed and includes a first pad f21 fixed on the rectangular panel f100, and a second pad f22 and a third pad f23 respectively disposed on two sides of the first pad f21 in the length direction, wherein the first pad f21, the second pad f22 and the third pad f23 form a supporting area with an upward opening. Therefore, the formed bearing area is comfortable, has a certain limiting effect and avoids the phenomenon that the bearing area is accidentally separated from the handrail to lose support during working.
The universal joint f3 is provided near the front end of the support frame plate f10, the lock member f4 extends toward the other end portion along the length direction of the support frame plate f10, and the extending end portion is located below the corresponding end portion of the support frame plate f 10.
In this example, the armrest pad f2 is a conventional flexible pad.
Referring to fig. 7, the locking member f4 can extend into the universal rotation joint f3 and cooperate with the universal rotation joint f3 to position the support frame plate f10 and the support frame rod f11 at a desired position, and meanwhile, the locking member f4 is subjected to an external force and kept under the force, and is integrally and rotatably adjusted with the universal rotation joint f3 and the support frame plate f10 relative to the support frame rod f 11; after the external force applied to the locking piece f4 is eliminated, the universal rotation joint f3 is locked by the locking piece f4, and the positions of the support frame plate f10 and the support frame rod f11 are relatively fixed. Therefore, the universal rotary joint can be used for adjusting any angle position required, so that the requirements of different doctors on using habits are met.
Referring to fig. 8, the universal joint f3 includes a ball head f30 and a ball seat f31, wherein the ball head f30 is fixed to the main rod 110, and the ball seat f31 is fixed to the bottom of the rectangular panel f 100. The arrangement is mainly convenient to assemble, and is also beneficial to the stable implementation of the position adjustment of the armrests.
Ball seat f31 includes upper and lower seats 310 and 311 forming a ball head cavity, a spacer 312, and an elastic connection member 313, wherein upper seat 310 is fixed at the bottom of rectangular panel f100, spacer 312 relatively separates upper and lower seats 310 and 312, elastic connection member 313 elastically abuts lower seat 311 on spacer 312, and universal rotary joint 3 is in a locked state when upper and lower seats 310 and 311 are relatively clamped on the opposite surfaces of ball head f 30; when the upper seat 310 and the lower seat 311 are relatively separated from each other and from the surface of the ball head f30, the universal rotary joint 3 is in an unlocked state. The implementation is convenient, the stability is high, and a good support is formed.
That is, under the abutting connection of the elastic connection member 313, the upper seat 310, the spacer 312 and the lower seat 311 are kept in a clamped state, and at this time, the formed ball cavity is the smallest, so that the clamping ball f30 can be optimally locked; once the lower seat 311 and the upper seat 310 are relatively opened, the ball cavity becomes larger, and at the moment, the ball seat f31 can be universally adjusted relative to the ball f 30.
Specifically, the spacer 312 includes an upper ball a and a lower ball b integrally disposed up and down, and the upper seat 310 and the lower seat 311 are respectively provided with mounting grooves matched with the upper ball a and the lower ball b. Therefore, the movable space for the upper seat and the lower seat after unlocking is increased under the relative movable ball, the universal rotation adjustment is more facilitated, the noise is low during rotation, and the abrasion to the ball head is small.
The resilient connector 313 employs conventional connecting pins and resilient pads.
The locking member f4 is inserted from the space formed by the upper seat 310 and the lower seat 311, and when unlocked, the locking member f4 expands the lower seat 311 relative to the upper seat 310. This embodiment is simple and the locking and unlocking means formed are easy to operate.
The locking piece f4 comprises a lock tongue f40 supported at the bottom of the upper seat 310 in a rotating way, and an operating handle rod f41 connected to the other end part of the lock tongue f40, wherein when the operating handle rod f41 is lifted upwards, the lock tongue f40 downwards toggles the lower seat 311 around a supporting point to unlock relative to the upper seat 310 in a moving way; when the operating lever f41 is released, the lock tongue f40 is reset by the weight of the operating lever f41, and the lower seat 311 is relatively reset and clamped on the ball head f30 to form locking. The quick resetting is implemented by utilizing the lever principle without adopting a resetting piece.
Specifically, ball f42 is adopted to butt-joint between upper seat 310 and lock tongue f40, guide support frame f5 is formed at the bottom of support frame plate f10, and lock tongue f40 is erected on guide support frame f5 from operating hand lever f41 when being separated from lower seat 311. The embodiment is convenient to assemble and dock, and meanwhile, the relatively movable ball bearings are adopted for docking, so that the assembly is convenient, and the implementation of unlocking and locking is more flexible.
In this example, there are two spacers 312 and two balls f42, wherein the two spacers 312 and the two balls f42 are distributed on opposite sides of the ball head f 30.
The guide support frame f5 includes a U-shaped chassis f50 open toward the support frame plate f10, and connecting pieces f51 which are upwardly and oppositely opened from both sides of the opening of the U-shaped chassis f50, wherein the connecting pieces f51 are fixed to the bottom of the support frame plate f 10.
The operation lever f41 extends along the length direction of the support frame plate f10 and passes through the U-shaped chassis f 50.
In this example, the operating lever f41 includes an extension arm 410 penetrating through the U-shaped chassis f50 and having one end connected to the locking bolt f40, and a grip lever 411 provided at the other end of the extension arm 410, wherein the extension arm 410 moves relatively closer to or farther from the support frame plate f10 along the side wall of the U-shaped chassis f50 to unlock or lock the universal joint rotation f 3. The lever movement is made more stable while the grip lever 411 extends in the width direction of the support frame plate f10, which is convenient for the user to operate manually.
In summary, the implementation process of the universal adjustment of the armrest of the embodiment is as follows:
holding handle bar 411 is lifted upwards, lock tongue f40 rotates around ball f42 and opens lower seat 311 downwards, at this time, the ball head cavity formed between upper seat 310 and lower seat 311 is enlarged and separated from the surface of ball head f30 relatively, therefore, under the condition of holding handle bar 411 lifted upwards (i.e. under the condition of holding lock tongue f40 to open ball head cavity), ball seat f31 rotates freely and universally relative to ball head f30, thus adjusting support frame plate f10 and support frame bar f11 to the required angle, after angle adjustment is completed, handle bar 411 is released, at this time, handle bar 411 is reset downwards along U-shaped underframe f50 and supported on U-shaped underframe f50, at the same time lock tongue f40 is reset gradually, lower seat 311 is reset synchronously, ball head cavity is reduced gradually until ball head cavity is clamped on the surface of ball head f30 from the inner wall, locking is implemented, and thus the armrest positioning after angle adjustment is completed.
In summary, the height process of the armrest of the present embodiment is as follows:
the driving motor M works, and under the driving of the driving shaft S, whether the first coupler Q1 and the second coupler Q2 are synchronously regulated or not is determined according to actual needs, once synchronous regulation is confirmed, the driving shaft S and the first transmission shaft C1 and the second transmission shaft C2 synchronously run, and meanwhile, the driving gear d10 is driven to rotate and drive the corresponding matched driving rack d11 to move up and down, so that up and down synchronous lifting of the two handrails F is implemented.
Thus, the armrest has the following advantages:
1. the armrest can be adjusted at any angle under the unlocking or locking of the universal rotary joint, and can be locked freely under the condition that the locking piece loses external force, so that the armrest is very convenient to implement, and the required armrest angle support can be met when different doctors work or rest;
2. the ball seat is designed to be elastically tightened, and the interval between the upper ball body and the lower ball body and the rolling support are added, so that the degree of freedom of the relative movement of the ball seat is larger once the ball seat is unlocked, the angle of the armrest is more beneficial to adjustment, and meanwhile, the abrasion and noise on the surface of the ball head are further reduced;
3. the automatic reset of the lock tongue can be implemented by adopting the forced fit of the lever and the dead weight without adding an external member, so that the automatic reset device is simple in structure and convenient to operate;
4. the two armrests can be synchronously adjusted in a lifting manner or adjusted in a height difference manner, so that the height required by doctors in different working conditions is met, and the angle of the armrests can be adjusted when the height adjustment is implemented.
