The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments thereof in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
In order to solve the problem of how to obtain the quality index of the application on the terminal, the embodiment of the invention provides a terminal application performance monitoring method, which obtains a first performance parameter in the process that the terminal is switched from accessing a first network to accessing a second network; acquiring a second performance parameter under the condition that the terminal is accessed to the second network; according to the first performance parameter and the second performance parameter, analyzing quality related information of a target application when the terminal is switched from accessing the first network to accessing the second network, obtaining the performance parameter of each application on the terminal, and analyzing the quality related information, thereby positioning the problem, improving the experience of using application service by a user, and improving the bottleneck of service or network service.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the invention provides a terminal application performance monitoring method, which is applied to a service quality monitoring terminal module, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
step S101: and acquiring a first performance parameter in the process that the terminal is switched from accessing the first network to accessing the second network.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the IP (Internet Protocol ) address of the first network starts to be disconnected or disabled at the first moment, and the IP address of the second network starts to be connected or validated at the second moment, that is, the process of switching from accessing the first network to accessing the second network from the terminal between the first moment when the IP address of the first network is disconnected or disabled and the second moment when the terminal successfully accesses the second network.
The step S101 is as follows: before the first performance parameter is acquired in the process that the terminal is switched from the first network to the second network, the method may further include:

In the embodiment of the invention, the first performance parameter, the second performance parameter and the third performance parameter can truly and completely record the quality of service and network service when the user actually uses the application service.

When the user experience is degraded, based on the first performance parameter and the second performance parameter of the experience degradation, diagnostic analysis is performed on the quality difference cause respectively, and the quality related information is obtained so as to facilitate the subsequent accurate positioning problem.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the first performance parameter is obtained in the process that the terminal is switched from the first network to the second network; acquiring a second performance parameter under the condition that the terminal is accessed to the second network; according to the first performance parameter and the second performance parameter, analyzing quality related information of a target application when the terminal is switched from accessing the first network to accessing the second network, obtaining the performance parameter of each application on the terminal, and analyzing the quality related information, thereby positioning the problem, improving the experience of using application service by a user, and improving the bottleneck of service or network service.

It should be noted that, the qos related parameter may indicate a target application identifier, a monitoring level, and a monitoring quality indicator.

Optionally, the terminal applies a performance monitoring method, where, when the performance parameter includes the quality of service related parameter, acquiring the performance parameter includes:

When the terminal access network is a mobile communication network, the access information comprises a cell number of the mobile communication network; when the terminal access network is a wireless communication network, the access information includes information such as SSID (Service Set Identifier ) and frequency band of the wireless communication network.
The IP quintuple information comprises a source IP address, a destination IP address, a source port number, a destination port number and a transport layer protocol.
Here, the IP quintuple information before and after the network switching is accessed to the terminal is correlated, and the IP quintuple change condition of the target application caused by the network switching is obtained.
The network transmission parameters may include: traffic, rate, packet loss rate, time delay, time jitter, etc.; it should be noted that the network transmission parameters are different according to the network transmission protocol, for example, the packet loss rate may be a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol ) packet loss rate, an RTP (Real-time time Transport Protocol, real-time transmission protocol) packet loss rate, and the delay may be called a TCP link establishment delay or a TCP data transmission delay.
It should be noted that, the network quality related parameters may further include:
the time information before and after the terminal accesses the network switch and the interruption time of the communication connection used by the target application.
Specifically, the time information includes a start time of a handover operation and an end time of the handover operation, where the time may be transmitted to a network layer by a communication function of the terminal physical layer (e.g., a terminal baseband chip or a different system network communication management function).
The interruption time and quality index of the communication connection used by the target application, such as TCP, http connection.
It should be noted that, after the underlying physical network and the IP address are switched, the service application used by the user needs to quickly and re-establish the transmission channels of each layer of protocols such as the transmission layer, the application layer, etc. based on the new access network, for example, the video may re-establish the connection channel of the transmission layer TCP protocol, and the application layer HLS (Http Live Streaming, http-based online streaming media) may re-establish a new long connection, so as to generate new IP five-tuple information after the switching.
Optionally, the terminal applies a performance monitoring method, wherein the quality related information includes at least one of the following:
the IP address disconnection time, the connection state of the transmission layer and the application layer transmit message data.
It should be noted that, according to the first performance parameter, the IP address disconnection time of the first network, the last packet data transmitted by the transmission layer (e.g. TCP layer), and the last packet data transmitted by the application layer may be resolved, for example, when the target application is a video application, it may be resolved whether the application obtains the last video fragment number, the data size, whether the application downloads completely, the suspension time, and so on.
And according to the second performance parameter, the IP address acquisition time, the first message data transmitted by the transmission layer (e.g. TCP layer), and the first message data transmitted by the application layer, where for example, when the target application is a video application, the application may be analyzed to obtain the video fragment number and the data size on the new access network, and complete first video fragment data downloading completion time, etc.
And analyzing the quality related information of the target application when the terminal is switched from accessing the first network to accessing the second network according to the analysis result.
In the embodiment of the invention, the duration of the disconnection of the IP address can be analyzed according to the time of the disconnection of the IP address of the first network and the time of obtaining the IP address of the reconnection of the second network.
According to the last message data transmitted by the transmission layer (such as the TCP layer) of the first network, the last message data transmitted by the application layer, and the first message data transmitted by the second network reconnection transmission layer (such as the TCP layer), the first message data transmitted by the application layer, the connection state of the transmission layer, such as whether the TCP connection is successful, time consuming, etc., and the message data transmitted by the application layer, such as whether the application is a video application, whether the application is breakpoint or is downloaded again, etc., can be analyzed.
Optionally, the terminal applies a performance monitoring method, where after the second performance parameter is obtained, the method further includes:
sending switching notification information to a service quality monitoring platform module;

Further, the service quality monitoring platform module forms quality analysis summary data of the network switching process according to the switching notification information and the quality index data, and sends the analysis result to the service quality monitoring terminal module, and can also send the analysis result to a network operation and maintenance department.
It should also be noted that the analysis result may include: the network switch may cause the service disconnection of the target application, and the service disconnection may affect the service flow, where the service flow includes whether the related flows such as service authentication, service usage, and content push initiated by the target application are successful and time-consuming after the terminal IP address change may be caused by the network switch.
Further, receiving the analysis result sent by the quality of service monitoring platform module may form a monitoring configuration requirement of a subsequent network handover process, where the monitoring configuration requirement may include a configuration rule as described above.
As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal application performance monitoring method, which is applied to a communication module, where the method includes:
Step S201: in the process that a terminal is switched from being accessed to a first network to being accessed to a second network, and under the condition that the terminal is accessed to the second network, network quality related parameters are sent to a service quality monitoring terminal module, or message data are sent to the service quality monitoring terminal module;

The network transmission parameters may include: traffic, rate, packet loss rate, time delay, time jitter, etc.; it should be noted that the network transmission parameters are different according to the network transmission protocol, for example, the packet loss rate may be a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol ) packet loss rate, an RTP (Real-time time Transport Protocol, real-time transmission protocol) packet loss rate, and the delay may be called a TCP link establishment delay or a TCP data transmission delay.
It should be noted that, the network quality related parameters may further include:
the time information before and after the terminal accesses the network switch and the interruption time of the communication connection used by the target application.
Specifically, the time information includes a start time of a handover operation and an end time of the handover operation, where the time may be transmitted to a network layer by a communication function of the terminal physical layer (e.g., a terminal baseband chip or a different system network communication management function).
The interruption time and quality index of the communication connection used by the target application, such as TCP, http connection.

It should be noted that, the terminal application performance monitoring method of the embodiment of the present invention may implement all the steps implemented by the communication module in the method embodiment of the present invention applied to the service quality monitoring terminal module, and may achieve the same or similar technical effects, which are not described herein.
As shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal application performance monitoring method, which is applied to a service quality monitoring platform module, where the method further includes:

1. A method for monitoring application performance of a terminal, which is applied to a service quality monitoring terminal module, the method comprising:
acquiring a first performance parameter in the process that a terminal is switched from accessing a first network to accessing a second network;
acquiring a second performance parameter under the condition that the terminal is accessed to the second network;
and analyzing quality related information of a target application when the terminal is switched from accessing the first network to accessing the second network according to the first performance parameter and the second performance parameter.
