when the gear plate rotates, the gas plate is driven to rotate in the gas cylinder so as to pump the gas in the gas channel into the gas cylinder, the gas in the gas cylinder is pumped into the piston part or the gas in the piston part is pumped back into the gas cylinder, and the gas in the gas cylinder is pumped back into the gas channel.
4. The corrugated box manufacturing system as set forth in claim 3, wherein,
the bottom of the fixed plate is connected with at least one sucking disc;
air holes communicated with the air passage are formed in two sides of the connection part of the sucker;
when the sucking disc adsorbs the label, the gear disk rotates and drives the air plate to rotate in the air pressure cylinder, so that air in the air passage is pumped into the air pressure cylinder, and the label at the air hole is tilted when the label is pasted.
5. The corrugated box manufacturing system as set forth in claim 4, wherein,
an arc-shaped sheet is arranged on the outer side of the piston part;
the arc-shaped sheet is suitable for being unfolded to be arc-shaped when the piston part is inflated, and is rolled to be roller-shaped otherwise.
6. The corrugated box manufacturing system of claim 5 further comprising:
the driving motor drives the arc-shaped piece; wherein the method comprises the steps of
The arc-shaped piece is suitable for hoisting the gear disc; and
one end of the telescopic cylinder is connected with one end of the telescopic piece;
the arc-shaped piece is suitable for driving the telescopic cylinder and the telescopic piece to rotate forwards or reversely.
7. A method of operating a corrugated box production system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising:
step S1, conveying corrugated cartons through a carton conveying device;
step S2, conveying labels through a label conveying device;
s3, adsorbing the labels on the label conveying device through a label adsorbing mechanism and adhering the labels on the corrugated paper boxes;
and S4, expanding after the label is adsorbed by the label absorbing mechanism through the rolling mechanism, and rolling the label after the label absorbing mechanism finishes labeling.
