step 108: increasing the movement speed of the light spot to the initial speed information under the condition that the third tracking efficiency represents that the eye of the wearer can track the light spot within the first time threshold, and repeatedly executing the step 101 and the step 107 after the second time interval;
step 109: controlling the movement speed of the light spot to be reduced under the condition that the third tracking efficiency indicates that the eyes of the wearer cannot track the light spot within a first time threshold at any time, so that the current movement speed of the light spot is lower than the second correction speed information;
step 110: and repeatedly executing steps 101 to 107 by taking the current movement speed as the initial speed information.
