The present application will be described in further detail below in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It is to be understood that the description is only intended to illustrate the application and is not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs, and the terms used herein in this description of the application are for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and are not intended to be limiting of the application. Reagents and instruments used herein are commercially available, and reference to characterization means is made to the relevant description of the prior art and will not be repeated herein.
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
A pet food fresh meat processing device, a heating treatment system, a mixing system and a drying granulating system; the heating treatment system comprises a plurality of fresh meat treatment bins and heating pipelines; the fresh meat treatment bins are independent; the heating pipeline is positioned outside the fresh meat treatment bin; the fresh meat treatment bin comprises a cutting space and a stirring space; the cutting space and the stirring space are divided by a filter screen; the cutting space comprises a stirrer I; the stirrer I is rotationally connected to the top end of the fresh meat treatment bin, and blades of the stirrer I are arranged as blades; the stirring space comprises a stirrer II; the stirrer II is rotationally connected to the bottom end of the fresh meat treatment bin, and a temperature sensor is arranged in a blade of the stirrer II; the mixing system comprises a mixing bin and a plurality of conveying pipelines; one end of the conveying pipeline is connected with the mixing bin, and the other end of the conveying pipeline is respectively connected with the fresh meat treatment bin; a cooling pipeline I is arranged outside the mixing bin; the outside of the plurality of conveying pipelines is respectively provided with a cooling pipeline II; the cooling pipeline I is connected with the cooling pipeline II; the water outlet of the cooling pipeline II is connected with the heating pipeline; the drying and granulating system is spray drying equipment.
The fresh meat treatment bins are independent and respectively store different kinds of meat pulp, such as fish meat, chicken meat, duck meat, pork, beef and the like. The processing temperature is set according to the different meat pulp types, and the processing bin is placed according to the processing temperature from high to low, for example, the pork processing temperature: 60 degrees + -1 degree; chicken treatment temperature: 55 degrees + -1 degree; temperature of fish meat treatment: 50 degrees + -1 degree.
As shown in fig. 1, the number of the fresh meat treating bins is three. The heating pipeline is positioned outside the fresh meat treatment bin, and flowing liquid or steam such as water, engine oil or steam exists inside the fresh meat treatment bin.
As shown in figure 2, the fresh meat treatment bin comprises an upper part and a lower part, wherein the upper part is provided with a cutting space 1-1-1, and the lower part is provided with a stirring space 1-1-2; the cutting space 1-1-1 and the stirring space 1-1-2 are divided by the filter screen 1-1-3. Through this filter screen 1-1-3, meat pieces of a larger size can be left in the cutting space, and meat pieces of a smaller size flow into the lower stirring space of the treatment bin due to gravity.
The slurry in the treatment bin is higher than the filter screen, so that liquid is formed in the cutting space, and the size of the meat can be further reduced.
The cutting space comprises a stirrer I; the bottom of agitator I is located fresh meat treatment storehouse's top, and agitator I's paddle sets up to the blade. The paddle can be arranged in a sharp blade mode at the front end or the whole paddle is directly replaced by a blade, so that the paddle can be used for mincing meat and can be used for stirring simultaneously.
The meat which is reduced after stirring can directly enter the stirring space through the filter screen. The mesh size of the filter screen is 1 cm-3 cm, which can be 1cm, 2cm or 3cm.
In the stirring space, a stirrer II is arranged; a temperature sensor is arranged in the blade of the stirrer II and can be used for monitoring the temperature of the slurry in real time.
Each treatment bin has a delivery conduit through which the slurry is delivered to the mixing bin.
The water inlet of the conveying pipeline is positioned on the side surface of the fresh meat treatment bin, and the height of the water inlet from the bottom of the fresh meat treatment bin is 5-20% of the whole height of the fresh meat treatment bin. The setting of this height can have a subsidence department in the processing storehouse bottom for unable misce bene, the great meat of size subside in the meat thick liquid, avoid follow-up jam to the shower nozzle.
The meat in the subsidence area can be ground again and then added into a treatment bin for further mincing and mixing.
The mixing bin is provided with a spiral stirrer, and blades of the spiral stirrer are blades. The added substances and the meat paste can be stirred, so that the mixing is more uniform; simultaneously, substances with larger particle sizes can be smashed, and the particle sizes are further reduced.
Temperature sensitive substances such as vitamins, enzyme preparations, etc. can be added into the mixing bin; the addition of enzymes, such as proteolytic enzymes, can promote the breakdown of proteins in the meat and promote better absorption by the pet. But is sensitive to temperature, and the cooling pipeline is arranged outside the mixing bin, so that the low-temperature environment of the mixing bin can be maintained, and the enzyme preparation has better playing effect.
A cooling pipeline I is arranged outside the mixing bin; the outside of the plurality of conveying pipelines is respectively provided with a cooling pipeline II; the cooling pipeline I is connected with the cooling pipeline II; the water outlet of the cooling pipeline II is connected with the heating pipeline.
The medium in the cooling pipeline flows from the cooling pipeline I to the cooling pipeline II and finally flows to the heating pipeline.
When the number of the fresh meat treatment bins is three, as shown in fig. 1, the first fresh meat treatment bin, the second fresh meat treatment bin and the third fresh meat treatment bin are respectively arranged; the external heating pipelines are respectively a first heating pipeline, a second heating pipeline and a third heating pipeline; a cooling pipeline II connected with the outside of the conveying pipeline (the first conveying pipeline 1-3) of the first fresh meat treatment bin is a first cooling pipeline II; a cooling pipeline II connected with the outside of a conveying pipeline (a second conveying pipeline 2-3) of the second fresh meat treatment bin is a second cooling pipeline II; and the cooling pipeline II connected with the outside of the conveying pipeline (the third conveying pipeline 3-3) of the third fresh meat treatment bin is the third cooling pipeline II.
The medium of the cooling pipeline I enters from the water inlet of the cooling pipeline and is cooled in the opposite direction, so that a better cooling effect can be realized; the cooling lines II are then connected separately, in fig. 1 the first cooling line II, the second cooling line II and the third cooling line II being connected separately.
The medium of the first cooling pipeline II, the second cooling pipeline II and the third cooling pipeline II is also changed from low temperature to high temperature at the part close to the fresh meat treatment bin, so that heat can be provided for the treatment bin with lower temperature, and the heating temperature of the treatment bin is controlled.
Since the temperature of the first cooling duct II cannot exceed the temperature of the first fresh meat treatment bin, the medium of this first cooling duct I cannot be used for heating the first fresh meat treatment bin.
The water outlet of the first cooling pipeline II can be connected with a second heating pipeline; and the water outlet of the second cooling pipeline II is connected with a third heating pipeline. If the temperature of the medium in the first cooling pipeline II is still lower than that of the second fresh meat treatment bin, the water outlet of the first cooling pipeline II can be connected with the third heating pipeline for heating the third fresh meat treatment bin. Or the temperature of the medium in the first cooling pipeline II is still lower than that of the second fresh meat treatment bin, and the water outlet of the first cooling pipeline II is connected with the second heating pipeline for controlling the temperature of the second heating pipeline and for controlling the temperature of the second treatment bin so as to avoid high temperature.
When more fresh meat treatment bins exist, the fresh meat treatment device further comprises a fourth treatment bin, a fourth heating pipeline and a fourth cooling pipeline II, wherein a water outlet of the third cooling pipeline II is connected with the fourth heating pipeline; for example, the device comprises a fifth treatment bin, a fifth heating pipeline and a fifth cooling pipeline II, wherein a water outlet of the fourth cooling pipeline II is connected with the fifth heating pipeline; for example, the device comprises a sixth treatment bin, a sixth heating pipeline and a sixth cooling pipeline II, wherein the water outlet of the fifth cooling pipeline II is connected with the sixth heating pipeline; and so on.
Still taking three fresh meat treatment bins as an example, as shown in fig. 1, the water outlet of the first cooling pipeline II is connected with the second heating pipeline; the water outlet of the second cooling pipeline II is connected with a third heating pipeline; the medium in the third cooling pipe can directly enter the water inlet of the cooling pipeline after being cooled by the cooling device, can also be converged with the pipeline after the third heating pipe heats the third treatment bin, and enters the first heating pipeline after being cooled into the water inlet of the cooling pipeline or being heated by the heating device.
Wherein, when cooling through the cooling pipeline, the heat that produces can be used to heating pipeline.
The cooling pipeline and the heating pipeline are matched with each other, so that the use of a medium can be reduced; meanwhile, the heat generated in the process can be utilized to the maximum, so that waste is avoided, and energy consumption is saved. Only a small portion of the medium is needed to achieve full circulation.
The medium may comprise water, oil, etc., preferably water, due to its relatively high specific heat capacity and low cost.
A channel is also arranged between the mixing bin and the drying and granulating system; the passage opening is positioned at the side part of the mixing bin, and the height of the passage opening from the bottom of the mixing bin is 5-20% of the whole height of the mixing bin as shown in figure 3. The setting of the height can ensure that a settlement part exists at the bottom of the mixing bin, so that substances which cannot be uniformly mixed and have larger size in the base material are settled, and the subsequent blockage of a spray head is avoided. The settled material, including meat or other materials, may be ground again and then added to a mixing bin for additional comminution and mixing.
The mixing bin is provided with an irradiation window, the irradiation sterilization device is positioned outside the mixing bin, and irradiation sterilization is carried out on the mixing bin through the irradiation window. The irradiation window is provided with a baffle which is opened when irradiation sterilization starts and closed when sterilization ends.
And then, the base material is subjected to spray drying, the particle size can be controlled, the moisture of the particles can be greatly reduced to 0.1%, and under the condition of the moisture, microorganisms cannot grow, so that the preservation period of the pet food can be greatly prolonged.
The above examples are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application and are not limiting thereof.
Example 2
A method of adding fresh meat to pet food using the apparatus for processing fresh meat to pet food as described in example 1.
The adding method comprises the following steps:
(1) Removing bones from fresh meat, and grinding to obtain meat slurry;
the fresh meat is put into a slicer for slicing after being deboned, then put into a meat grinder for grinding to prepare meat pulp, and put into the fresh meat processing equipment for pet food provided by the application for further preparation after being uniformly stirred. For fishes or shrimps with more fishbone, secondary grinding is needed to obtain meat pulp with required fineness.
(2) Placing the meat into different fresh meat treatment bins according to the types of meat, respectively opening a stirrer I and a stirrer II through a filter screen, and heating to obtain uniformly mixed slurry;
the processing temperatures of different kinds of meat pulps are different, wherein the pork processing temperature is as follows: 60 degrees + -1 degree; chicken treatment temperature: 55 degrees + -1 degree; temperature of fish meat treatment: 50 degrees + -1 degree. After the treatment, the meat pulp is filtered to remove excessive water.
(3) And (3) adding the additive after the slurry enters a mixing bin through a conveying pipeline, and mixing and stirring to obtain the base material.
The additive can be common additives in the market, including starch, taurine and the like.
A small amount of starch can be added for binding meat and preventing cracking.
The addition amount of the starch accounts for 0.01-10% of the mass of the pet food.
(4) And conveying the base material to spray drying equipment for drying and granulating to obtain the pet food.
The granulating and drying method can greatly reduce the moisture in the pet food, and does not need long-time drying treatment; is friendly to heat-sensitive substances.
After spray drying to form particles, further comprising: the particles are coated with grease or other nutrient substances, so that the nutrition or flavor of the particles can be increased. The particles are preferably grease coated, so that a grease layer can be formed, and the influence of moisture on the particles is further avoided.
Finally, the prepared pet food is vacuum packed.
The steps are all operated in a sterile workshop, so that the addition of external microorganisms is avoided.
Example 3
The fresh chicken, pork, fish meat were treated by the pet food fresh meat processing apparatus of example 1 and the method of example 2 to prepare pet food.
Test example 1
(1) Removing bones of fresh chicken, pork and fish, respectively slicing in a slicing machine, and grinding in a meat grinder to obtain chicken, pork and fish pulp;
(2) Placing the meat into three fresh meat treatment bins (a first pork treatment bin, a second chicken treatment bin and a third fish treatment bin shown in figure 1) according to the types of meat, and intercepting the meat with larger grain size by a filter screen with meshes of 1 cm; then, the stirrer I and the stirrer II are turned on, and heating is performed, and the temperature of the temperature sensor is maintained at 60 DEG + -1 DEG by the temperature sensor in the heater and the stirrer II even if the temperature of the first treatment chamber is adjusted; simultaneously opening a cooling pipeline I and a cooling pipeline II, controlling the flow of water in the first cooling pipeline II and the second heating pipeline through a stop valve, and controlling the temperature of the second treatment bin to be 55 DEG + -1 DEG; the flow of water in the second cooling pipeline II and the third heating pipeline is controlled through a stop valve, and the temperature of the third treatment bin is controlled to be 50 DEG + -1 ℃; finally, respectively obtaining chicken, pork and fish pulp which are uniformly mixed;
(3) The water inlet of the conveying pipeline is positioned at the side surface of the fresh meat treatment bin, and the distance from the water inlet to the bottom of the fresh meat treatment bin is 10% of the whole height of the fresh meat treatment bin; after chicken, pork and fish pulp enter a mixing bin through a conveying pipeline respectively, starch (the adding amount is 10 percent of the mass of the pet food), taurine (250 mg/1000 kcal pet food), vitamin (vitamin A:600 IU/1000 kcal pet food), vitamin D:30 IU/1000 kcal pet food, vitamin E:44 IU/1000 kcal pet food, vitamin B1:1.06 mg/1000 kcal pet food, vitamin B2:0.8 mg/1000 kcal pet food, vitamin B3:8 mg/1000 kcal pet food, vitamin B5:1.2 mg/1000 kcal pet food, vitamin B7:0.015 mg/1000 kcal pet food, vitamin B6:0.5 mg/1000 kcal pet food, vitamin B9:0.15 mg/1000 kcal pet food, vitamin B12:0.0045 mg/1000 kcal pet food, vitamin B3:8 mg/1000 kcal pet food, and choline are added, and the base stock is mixed to obtain the mixed and stirred.
(4) And conveying the base material to spray drying equipment for drying and granulating, and finally spraying grease on the surface to obtain the pet food.
Comparative example 1
The procedure was substantially as in test example 1, except that the spray-dried granulation in step (4) was changed to puffing using a puffing machine, to obtain pet food.
Because less starch is added, the process does not form pet food with intact granules.
Comparative example 2
Substantially the same as in test example 1, except that all the cooling pipes were removed, pet food was obtained.
The vitamin content added is greatly reduced because the cooling is not carried out, the nutrition structure required by the pet is destroyed, the function of the pet is damaged after long-term use, and some unnecessary diseases are caused.
Comparative example 3
Substantially the same as in test example 1, except that: (1) The blade of the stirrer I is replaced by a normal blade, namely no blade exists, and the stirrer cannot be smashed; (2) removing the filter screen; (3) A water inlet of the conveying pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the treatment bin; (4) And changing the blades of the spiral stirrer in the mixing bin into normal blades, namely no blades.
Because the unground meat particles appear in the meat paste, the spray nozzle in the spray drying equipment is blocked, the continuous production is difficult, and the production efficiency is seriously affected.
The pet food prepared in test example 1, comparative example 2 was sampled, and the samples were tested for shelf life (vacuum package, storage at normal temperature), microbial count, moisture content, and vitamin residual amount. Wherein the microbial population is detected according to the method of GB 4789.2-94.
Shelf life (vacuum package, normal temperature storage), microorganism number, moisture content and vitamin residual amount, and test results are as follows.

As can be seen from Table 1, the pet food produced by the apparatus and method provided by the application has the advantages of best maintenance of nutritional value, extremely low moisture content, difficult microorganism breeding and long shelf life.

the heating treatment system comprises a plurality of fresh meat treatment bins and heating pipelines; the fresh meat treatment bins are independent; the heating pipeline is positioned outside the fresh meat treatment bin; the fresh meat treatment bin comprises an upper part and a lower part, wherein the upper part is a cutting space, and the lower part is a stirring space; the cutting space and the stirring space are divided by a filter screen;
the cutting space comprises a stirrer I; the stirrer I is rotationally connected to the top end of the fresh meat treatment bin, and blades of the stirrer I are arranged as blades; the stirring space comprises a stirrer II; the stirrer II is rotationally connected to the bottom end of the fresh meat treatment bin, and a temperature sensor is arranged in a blade of the stirrer II;
the mixing system comprises a mixing bin and a plurality of conveying pipelines; one end of the conveying pipeline is connected with the mixing bin, and the other end of the conveying pipeline is respectively connected with the fresh meat treatment bin; a cooling pipeline I is arranged outside the mixing bin; the outside of the plurality of conveying pipelines is respectively provided with a cooling pipeline II; the cooling pipeline I is connected with the cooling pipeline II;
the water outlet of the cooling pipeline II is connected with the heating pipeline, and the water outlet of the heating pipeline of the fresh meat treatment bin is respectively connected with the water inlet of the cooling pipeline I and the water inlet of the heating pipeline; a cooling device is arranged between the water outlet of the heating pipeline and the water inlet of the cooling pipeline I; the water outlet of the heating pipeline and the water inlet of the heating pipeline are provided with heating devices;
the drying and granulating system is spray drying equipment.

(1) Removing bones from fresh meat, and grinding to obtain meat slurry;
(2) Placing the meat into different fresh meat treatment bins according to the types of meat, respectively opening a stirrer I and a stirrer II through a filter screen, and heating to obtain uniformly mixed slurry;
(3) Adding additives after the slurry enters a mixing bin through a conveying pipeline, and mixing and stirring to obtain a base material;
(4) And conveying the base material to spray drying equipment for drying and granulating to obtain the pet food.
7. The method of adding according to claim 6, wherein the cooling pipe is opened to cool the mixing chamber and the transfer pipe before the step (3).
8. The adding method according to claim 7, wherein in step (2), the temperature of the heating pipe is maintained when the temperature sensor shows that the sterilizing temperature of the meat is reached.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the residue in the filter screen is removed and the slurry is prepared again by grinding.
