based on the vehicle driving data, performing risk assessment on the vehicle state of the operating vehicle to obtain a vehicle state assessment result;
performing risk assessment on the driving behaviors of the driver based on the behavior data to obtain a driver risk assessment result;
and generating the safety risk assessment result based on the driver risk assessment result and the vehicle state assessment result.
The generating module 22 is further configured to:
the security risk assessment result comprises first alarm information and second alarm information;
if the driver risk assessment result is a dangerous driving assessment result, generating the first warning information;
and if the vehicle state evaluation result is the vehicle abnormal state evaluation result, generating the second alarm information.
The vehicle safety supervision method device further comprises the following steps:
acquiring road information corresponding to a running route of the operating vehicle;
performing risk assessment on the driving route based on the road information to obtain a road risk assessment result;
and displaying the road risk assessment result corresponding to the driving route.
The vehicle safety supervision method device further comprises the following steps:
the safety risk assessment result of the operating vehicle, the vehicle driving data and the enterprise to which the operating vehicle belongs are stored in an associated mode;
based on security risk assessment results and vehicle driving data corresponding to all operating vehicles in a target enterprise, performing risk assessment on the target enterprise to obtain enterprise risk assessment results of the target enterprise;
and performing risk supervision on the target enterprise based on the enterprise risk assessment result.
The vehicle safety supervision method device further comprises the following steps:
determining the industry to which the commercial vehicle belongs based on the vehicle type of the commercial vehicle;
based on security risk assessment results and vehicle driving data corresponding to all operating vehicles in the industry, carrying out risk assessment on the industry to obtain an industry risk level;
and performing risk supervision on the industry based on the industry risk level.
The vehicle safety supervision method device further comprises the following steps:
the vehicle driving data at least comprises a vehicle positioning position and positioning time;
generating running track information corresponding to the commercial vehicle based on the vehicle positioning position and positioning time of the commercial vehicle in the driving process;
and storing the running track information corresponding to the operating vehicle for an administrator to check.
It should be noted that, the above device provided in the embodiment of the present invention can implement all the method steps implemented in the method embodiment and achieve the same technical effects, and detailed descriptions of the same parts and beneficial effects as those of the method embodiment in the embodiment are omitted.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the electronic device may include: processor 310, memory 320, communication interface (Communications Interface) 330 and communication bus 340, wherein processor 310, memory 320, and communication interface 330 communicate with each other via communication bus 340. The processor 310 may invoke logic instructions in the memory 320 to perform a vehicle safety supervision method comprising: acquiring vehicle driving data of an operating vehicle and behavior data of a driver; generating a safety risk assessment result of the operating vehicle based on the vehicle driving data and the behavior data; and performing risk supervision on the operating vehicle based on the safety risk assessment result.
Further, the logic instructions in the memory 320 described above may be implemented in the form of software functional units and may be stored in a computer readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand alone product. Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art or in a part of the technical solution, in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
In yet another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the vehicle safety supervision method provided by the above methods, the method comprising: acquiring vehicle driving data of an operating vehicle and behavior data of a driver; generating a safety risk assessment result of the operating vehicle based on the vehicle driving data and the behavior data; and performing risk supervision on the operating vehicle based on the safety risk assessment result.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program, the computer program being storable on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the computer program, when executed by a processor, being capable of performing the vehicle safety supervision method provided by the methods above, the method comprising: acquiring vehicle driving data of an operating vehicle and behavior data of a driver; generating a safety risk assessment result of the operating vehicle based on the vehicle driving data and the behavior data; and performing risk supervision on the operating vehicle based on the safety risk assessment result.
The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, wherein the elements illustrated as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and the elements shown as elements may or may not be physical elements, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment. Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand and implement the present invention without undue burden.

Based on this understanding, the foregoing technical solution may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method described in the respective embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle safety supervision method, comprising:
acquiring vehicle driving data of an operating vehicle and behavior data of a driver;
generating a safety risk assessment result of the operating vehicle based on the vehicle driving data and the behavior data;
and performing risk supervision on the operating vehicle based on the safety risk assessment result.
2. The vehicle safety supervision method according to claim 1, wherein the generating a safety risk assessment result of the operating vehicle based on the vehicle driving data and the behavior data includes:
based on the vehicle driving data, performing risk assessment on the vehicle state of the operating vehicle to obtain a vehicle state assessment result;
performing risk assessment on the driving behaviors of the driver based on the behavior data to obtain a driver risk assessment result;
and generating the safety risk assessment result based on the driver risk assessment result and the vehicle state assessment result.
3. The vehicle safety supervision method according to claim 2, wherein the safety risk assessment result includes first warning information and second warning information; the generating the security risk assessment result based on the driver risk assessment result and the vehicle state assessment result includes:
if the driver risk assessment result is a dangerous driving assessment result, generating the first warning information;
and if the vehicle state evaluation result is the vehicle abnormal state evaluation result, generating the second alarm information.
4. The vehicle safety supervision method according to claim 1, further comprising, before the acquiring the vehicle driving data of the commercial vehicle and the behavior data of the driver:
acquiring road information corresponding to a running route of the operating vehicle;
performing risk assessment on the driving route based on the road information to obtain a road risk assessment result;
and displaying the road risk assessment result corresponding to the driving route.
5. The vehicle safety supervision method according to claim 1, wherein after the generating the safety risk assessment result of the operating vehicle based on the vehicle driving data and the behavior data, further comprising:
the safety risk assessment result of the operating vehicle, the vehicle driving data and the enterprise to which the operating vehicle belongs are stored in an associated mode;
based on security risk assessment results and vehicle driving data corresponding to all operating vehicles in a target enterprise, performing risk assessment on the target enterprise to obtain enterprise risk assessment results of the target enterprise;
and performing risk supervision on the target enterprise based on the enterprise risk assessment result.
6. The method for vehicle safety supervision according to claim 5, further comprising, after the step of storing the safety risk assessment result of the commercial vehicle, the vehicle driving data, and the business to which the commercial vehicle belongs in association with each other:
determining the industry to which the commercial vehicle belongs based on the vehicle type of the commercial vehicle;
based on security risk assessment results and vehicle driving data corresponding to all operating vehicles in the industry, carrying out risk assessment on the industry to obtain an industry risk level;
and performing risk supervision on the industry based on the industry risk level.
7. The vehicle safety supervision method according to claim 5, wherein the vehicle driving data includes at least a vehicle positioning position and a positioning time;
after the safety risk assessment result of the operating vehicle, the vehicle driving data and the enterprise to which the operating vehicle belongs are stored in an associated mode, the method further comprises the following steps:
generating running track information corresponding to the commercial vehicle based on the vehicle positioning position and positioning time of the commercial vehicle in the driving process;
and storing the running track information corresponding to the operating vehicle for an administrator to check.
8. A vehicle safety supervision method apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle driving data of the commercial vehicle and behavior data of a driver;
the generation module is used for generating a safety risk assessment result of the operating vehicle based on the vehicle driving data and the behavior data;
and the monitoring module is used for monitoring the risk of the operating vehicle based on the safety risk assessment result.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and running on the processor, wherein the processor implements the vehicle safety supervision method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when the program is executed by the processor.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the vehicle safety supervision method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
