The specific working principle and the using method of the invention are explained in detail as follows: when the device is used, the lamp is arranged at the illuminating lamp of an automobile, the wiring is connected at the wire connector 13, so that a loop is formed among the wire connector 13, the magnetic switch 22, the wiring board 40, the lamp body 3 and the camera 6, when the device is slightly collided, the impact force can be buffered due to the common blocking of the damping block 7 and the rubber sheet 24, meanwhile, the power failure caused by the displacement of the connecting cover is avoided, the height of the first protruding part 15 is higher than that of the second protruding part 16, the first protruding part 15 is stressed firstly, the first protruding part 15 is recessed inwards, the second protruding part 16 is outwards arched due to the support of the limiting block 11, the impact force can be buffered due to the elasticity of the second protruding part 16, and when the device is in serious collision or extrusion, namely the extrusion is directly acted on the limiting block 11, so that the connecting cover is driven to move towards the tail cover 5, the magnetic slip ring 21 moves downwards and is not positioned on the outer side of the glass covers 25 any more, so that the two glass covers 25 are disconnected, namely, the power supply to the lamp body 3 and the camera 6 is stopped, so that the danger is avoided, a plurality of forward thorns 34 on the outer side of the sliding column 8 can scratch the rubber damping sleeve 36, the reverse thorns 33 on the upper side can be inserted into the scratched rubber damping sleeve 36, the connecting cover is prevented from rebounding to restore the power supply again, meanwhile, the rubber sheet 24 can be extruded and broken by the magnetic slip ring 21, the end part of the rubber sheet 24 is not connected with the outer wall of the magnetic switch 22 any more, the gap between the magnetic slip ring 21 and the movable groove 23 is filled under the movement of the magnetic slip ring 21, and the resistance between the magnetic slip ring 21 and the movable groove 23 is increased, and the lamp body 3 and the camera 6 are prevented from being electrified again due to the rebounding of the magnetic slip ring 21.
