Abstract
The invention relates to whisker-containing silicon pp material paint, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the paint comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-40 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 5-10 parts of adhesion promoting resin, 15-25 parts of solvent, 1-2 parts of matting powder, 20-30 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-2 parts of dispersing agent, 3-5 parts of anti-settling agent, 2-5 parts of talcum powder and 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent. And mixing, dispersing and grinding the components to obtain the whisker-containing silicon pp material coating. Compared with the prior art, the invention effectively improves the adhesive force on whisker-containing silicon PP materials and the boiling and soaking resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a whisker-containing silicon pp material coating, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic resin produced by polymerization of propylene, and is widely used in the production of fiber products, medical devices, chemical containers, etc., especially in applications of automotive interior and exterior parts, such as: instrument panel assembly, air conditioner outlet, speaker, bumper, etc. Because of the different industry demands for PP materials, various modified PP materials are produced in large quantities.
Whisker silicon is a fibrous body structural functional material, and is used for improving tensile strength, rigidity, scratch resistance, flexural strength, modulus, shrinkage rate, dimensional stability, warpage prevention, flame retardance, heat distortion temperature and insulating property of a product and reducing cost of a PP engineering plastic modified shell. However, most PP primers produced on the market have difficulty in solving the adhesion problem on whisker silicon-containing PP materials, and even if part of PP primers can have adhesion to materials, the performance requirements in terms of boiling resistance and water soaking cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of poor adhesive force, no boiling resistance, no bubble resistance and the like of whisker-containing silicon PP materials in the prior art, and provides a whisker-containing silicon PP material coating, a preparation method and application thereof.

Further, the extinction powder is fumed silica; the titanium dioxide is rutile titanium dioxide.
Further, the dispersant is selected from any one or more mixed solutions of a copolymer solution containing an acidic group or a high molecular weight block copolymer solution containing a pigment-philic group.
Further, the anti-settling agent is polyethylene wax; the leveling agent is polyacrylate solution.
The second technical scheme of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the whisker-containing silicon pp material coating according to the first technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the CPO modified acrylic polyol resin with chemical resistance and good adhesive force is adopted as a main film forming substance of the coating, and the adhesive force promoting resin chlorinated polyolefin is added, so that the adhesive force on PP (polypropylene) is effectively improved, and in particular, the adhesive force on whisker-containing silicon PP material and the boiling and soaking resistance are improved.

In the following examples and comparative examples, unless otherwise specified, the starting materials or processing techniques are all those which are conventional commercially available in the art.

high molecular weight block copolymer solution containing pigment affinic groups: BYK-163 is used in the form of a fiber,

Example 1:

(1) The following components in parts by weight are mixed: 40 parts of CPO modified acrylic polyol resin, 5 parts of chlorinated polyolefin, 17.3 parts of solvent (7 parts of cyclohexanone: 10.3 parts of dimethylbenzene), 2 parts of extinction powder fumed silica, 28 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 1.0 part of BYK-110 dispersing agent, 0.5 part of BYK-163 dispersing agent, 3 parts of anti-settling agent polyethylene wax, 2 parts of talcum powder and 0.2 part of leveling agent polyacrylate solution.
(2) Dispersing the components in the step (1) for 0.5h, pouring the dispersed components into a grinder, and grinding the mixture to the fineness of 10-15 mu m to obtain the whisker-containing silicon pp material coating.
Example 2:
a preparation method of whisker-containing silicon pp material paint comprises the following steps:
(1) The following components in parts by weight are mixed: 38 parts of CPO modified acrylic polyol resin, 7 parts of chlorinated polyolefin, 17.3 parts of solvent (7 parts of cyclohexanone: 10.3 parts of dimethylbenzene), 2 parts of extinction powder fumed silica, 28 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 1.0 part of BYK-110 dispersing agent, 0.5 part of BYK-163 dispersing agent, 3 parts of anti-settling agent polyethylene wax, 2 parts of talcum powder and 0.2 part of leveling agent polyacrylate solution.
(2) Dispersing the components in the step (1) for 0.5h, pouring the dispersed components into a grinder, and grinding the mixture to the fineness of 10-15 mu m to obtain the whisker-containing silicon pp material coating.
Example 3:
a preparation method of whisker-containing silicon pp material paint comprises the following steps:
(1) The following components in parts by weight are mixed: 39 parts of CPO modified acrylic polyol resin, 6 parts of chlorinated polyolefin, 17.3 parts of solvent (7 parts of cyclohexanone: 10.3 parts of dimethylbenzene), 2 parts of extinction powder fumed silica, 28 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 1.0 part of BYK-110 dispersing agent, 0.5 part of BYK-163 dispersing agent, 3 parts of anti-settling agent polyethylene wax, 2 parts of talcum powder and 0.2 part of leveling agent polyacrylate solution.
(2) Dispersing the components in the step (1) for 0.5h, pouring the dispersed components into a grinder, and grinding the mixture to the fineness of 10-15 mu m to obtain the whisker-containing silicon pp material coating.
Comparative example 1:
(1) The following components in parts by weight are mixed: 45 parts of chlorinated polypropylene resin CY-9124P, 17.3 parts of solvent (7 parts of cyclohexanone: 10.3 parts of dimethylbenzene), 2 parts of extinction powder fumed silica, 28 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 1.0 part of BYK-110 dispersing agent, 0.5 part of BYK-163 dispersing agent, 3 parts of anti-settling agent polyethylene wax, 2 parts of talcum powder and 0.2 part of leveling agent polyacrylate solution.
(2) Dispersing the components in the step (1) for 0.5h, pouring the dispersed components into a grinder, and grinding the mixture to the fineness of 10-15 mu m to obtain the pp material coating.
The whisker-containing silicon PP material paint prepared in the above 3 examples and the comparative PP material paint were subjected to related performance tests, and the results are shown in table 1:

6. The whisker-containing silicon pp material coating material of claim 1, wherein the anti-settling agent is polyethylene wax; the leveling agent is polyacrylate solution.
7. A method for preparing the whisker-containing silicon pp material coating material according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:
